- Zinklegierungen für den Zinkguß oder Zinkdruckguß enthaltend außer Zink und den darin enthaltenen unvermeidlichen Verunreinigungen0,01 bis 6 Gew.-% Aluminium0,01 bis 1,5 Gew.-% Kupfer0,001 bis 0,06 Gew.-% Magnesium0,001 bis 0,2 Gew.-% Silizium,0,002 bis 0,05 Gew.-% Titan0,0002 bis 0,005 Gew.-% Bor
- Zinklegierung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie bis zu 0,2 Gew.-% Chrom enthalten.
- Zinklegierungen gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie 0,004 bis 0,007 Gew.-% Titan
0,0005 bis 0,002 Gew.-% Bor
enthalten. - Zinklegierungen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie0,01 bis 4,2 Gew.-% Aluminium und0,01 bis 1,2 Gew.-% Kupfer
- Zinklegierungen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, in Form von Masseln, Tafeln, Bändern oder Drähten.
- Zinklegierungen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 in Form von Gußbauteilen oder Druckgußbauteilen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Zinklegierungen in Form von Masseln, Tafeln, Bändern oder Drähten gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass handelsübliche Feinzinklegierungen enthaltend0,1 bis 4,2 Gew.-% Aluminium0,03 bis 1,5 Gew.-% Kupfer0,001 bis 0,06 Gew.-% Magnesium0,002 bis 0,04 Gew.-% Silizium
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Aluminim-Titan-Bor-Vorlegierung AlTi5B1 und/oder AlTi3B1 und/oder AlTi5B0,5 verwendet werden.
