The invention has the object of providing a recessed light of the type specified in such a way that a simple and small axial construction can be achieved.
This object is solved by the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are described in the subclaims.
In the embodiment according to the invention the connecting means between the mounting ring and the retaining ring by at least two plug-in elements with plug pins and provided on the mounting ring, radially extending plug recesses are formed for inserting the plug-in pin. Due to the radial alignment of the connecting means can be realized in the axial direction narrow construction, which is advantageous and is sought to avoid a large visible projection of the recessed light from the mounting wall. A radial insertion movement, in particular a radially inwardly directed insertion movement is not a problem, since at least two plug-in elements are present, which can be mounted independently of each other and z. B. may be formed as segments. Another advantage of the embodiment of the invention is that the plug-in elements according to the invention can be easily formed, so that the recessed light can also be produced inexpensively. For connecting the plug-in elements with the retaining ring, corresponding known connection means can be used.
It is advantageous to form the connecting means between the plug-in elements and the retaining ring by a so-called bayonet connection, wherein two or more, z. B. three, distributed around the circumference arranged bayonet connection means can be provided. Such an embodiment is advantageous both for handling reasons when closing and opening the connection and for design reasons. It is also advantageous to form the retaining ring as a sleeve-shaped component, which covers both the plug-in elements and a flange of the mounting frame and optionally also an edge flange of a reflector in the mounted position. It should be noted that in the assembled state between the retaining ring and the mounting wall, a gap may remain as a so-called shadow edge, which does not affect the appearance of the recessed light.
Further features of the subclaims also contribute to improving the design in terms of design as well as handling technology and to ensure a simple and cost-effective production.

The recessed luminaire, designated in its entirety by 1, can be installed in an installation opening 2 of an
In the context of the invention, both plug connection parts of the
The light source carrier 7 may be connected at its end facing away from the
The mounting
In the present embodiment serve for releasably securing the retaining
The
For holding the stem or
To secure the plug-in
The installation of the recessed luminaire 1 can be carried out according to the following process steps.
First, the mounting
