Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for treatment of textile webs according to the preamble of the claim 1.
Devices of this type contain a housing, devices to transport the web in the spread Condition due to the housing, a nozzle system for inflation of treatment gas on the web and at least a fan interacting with the nozzle system to generate a circulating treatment gas stream. Furthermore, especially in the case of dryers Device for heating the treatment gas is provided.
Such textile dryers are usually electric, with steam, hot water, thermal oil or gas directly heated. Has direct heating with gas or oil however, the disadvantage that the combustion gases with the Goods come into contact and thereby the quality of the Goods can affect. For certain applications indirect heating is therefore desirable.
From DE-C-36 05 100 is a device with thermal Post-combustion known at which the circulating Treatment gas flow by means of a heat exchanger is heated.
dargestellt.1 to 6 is a first in the following
Embodiment of a device for treatment

Warenbahn 1 erreichen.The
The treatment gas, for example heated air, is

In the following, in particular with reference to FIG
to 6, the
Verbindung.The
Der Rekuperator weist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel
zwei flache Rohrbündel 60a, 60b als wärmeübertragende
Bauelemente auf, wobei die Brennkammer 61 zwischen
den beiden Rohrbündeln angeordnet ist und sich
parallel zu den Rohrbündeln erstreckt. Der Rekuperator
60 weist zudem Leitelemente 60c, 60d und 60e auf, wobei
die Leitelemente in bezug auf die Rohrbündel 60a, 60b
derart angeordnet sind, daß das zirkulierende Behandlungsgas
(Pfeile 11 in Fig.2) die Rohrbündel wenigstens
zweimal quer zu ihrer Längserstreckung durchströmt. The recuperator has in the illustrated embodiment
two
64a.As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the
erstreckt. Dadurch ist die durch den Verteiler 63 gebildete
dritte Wärmeaustauschzone 64c am heißesten.The
Due to the successive half fields
staggered arrangement of the nozzle boxes (see Fig. 2) and
the need for a sufficient backflow space
for the treatment gas there is between
Within the scope of the invention are of course also other configurations of the device for indirect Heating the treatment stream is conceivable. You could in particular also to a rotationally symmetrical arrangement think.
Brennkammer 61 leitet. The indirect heating device has one
steht.The
Pfeilen 68 dargestellt.The
To regulate the amount of
The provision of the
Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Abgassammelstutzen
65 ferner mit einem Frischlufterhitzer 70
versehen, so daß die der Vorrichtung zugeführte
Frischluft durch die aus der Vorrichtung abgeleiteten
Abgase vorgewärmt werden kann. Dadurch wird eine noch
bessere Ausnutzung der Verbrennungsgase erreicht. In the illustrated embodiment, the
A second embodiment is described below 7 to 12 explained in more detail. For the sake of easier understanding for the same Share the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment used.
Das zweite Ausführungsbeispiel verzichtet auf den weiteren
Ventilator 67 des ersten Ausführungsbeispieles. The second embodiment dispenses with the further one
65 in Verbindung steht.The
By placing the combustion chamber parallel to the heat transfer
Components, i.e. the
Finally, a third exemplary embodiment is shown in FIGS
shown, which differs from the previous
Differentiates embodiments,
that the
Fig.3 bis 5. Die Unterschiede bestehen lediglich in der
Ausbildung der Rohrbündel 60a, 60b, die im Vergleich
zum ersten Ausführungsbeispiel jeweils etwa doppelt so
viele Rohre aufweisen.
By means of the arrangement according to FIG. 14, it is possible instead
two devices for indirect heating of the treatment gas
a correspondingly larger dimension
To provide facility. As can be seen in particular from the
Fig. 15 to 18 shows the structure of this device corresponds
essentially the structure of the facility for
indirect heating of the treatment gas according to the
Fig.3 to 5. The only differences are in the
Formation of the
It is of course also within the scope of the invention
possible, the further described in Figures 1 to 6
which is characterized in that the
The recuperator is in turn powered by a bundle of tubes
formed, however, in this embodiment
are arranged around the
Another peculiarity of this embodiment
consists in the supply of
The four embodiments described above can due to their compact shape without major conversion measures in the housings that were previously integrated with a direct heating.
The devices for indirect heating according to the invention of the treatment gas stand out next to the compact form also characterized by a high efficiency.
