Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schließzylinder, umfassend

  • ein Zylindergehäuse,
    mit einem ersten axialen Ende und einem zweiten axialen Ende sowie einer Längsachse,
    mit einem vom ersten axialen Ende ausgehenden ersten Bohrungsabschnitt, der in einen dazu im Querschnitt reduzierten zweiten Bohrungsabschnitt in Richtung zum zweiten axialen Ende mit einer ersten Stufenfläche übergeht, der wiederum in einem vom zweiten axialen Ende ausgehenden dritten Bohrungsabschnitt mit gegenüber dem zweiten Bohrungsabschnitt vergrößerten Querschnitt unter Bildung einer zweiten Stufenfläche endet,
    wobei zwischen der ersten Stufenfläche und der zweiten Stufenfläche ein Durchbruch zum Einführen eines Werkzeugs verläuft, der zur zweiten Stufenfläche hin mit einer in dieser angeordneten Vertiefung in Verbindung steht, welche wiederum entfernt von dem Durchbruch mit einer Ausnehmung in Verbindung steht;
  • einen gebogenen Federstab,

In Richtung zum Kupplungsansatz 26 besitzt der Zylinderkern 22 eine um die Längsachse 2 umlaufende Ringnut 27 zum Eingriff des Federstabs 18. In dem Kernabschnitt 23 ist von der kragenseitigen Stirnfläche ausgehend ein Schlüsselkanal 25 zur Einführung eines Schlüssels vorhanden. Dieser steht mit Durchbrüchen in Verbindung, die zur Außenfläche des Kernabschnitts 23 offen sind. Die Durchbrüche nehmen vom Schlüssel zu betätigende Plättchen auf, die unter Federwirkung aus diesen austreten bzw. durch den Schlüssel in den Kernabschnitt 23 hineinverlagert werden können, so dass der Zylinderkern 22 um die Längsachse 2 im Zylindergehäuse 1 verschwenkt werden kann. In einer Ebene, die die Längsachse 2 enthält, ist in der Außenkontur des Kernabschnittes 23 und durch den Kragen 24 hindurch ein Führungskanal 28 angeordnet, der im Bereich des Kragens 24 einen ersten Kanalabschnitt 28a und an dem diesem entfernten Ende einen Kanalabschnitt 28b aufweist. Der Kanalabschnitt 28a dient zum Einführen des drahtförmigen Werkzeugs 29. Es tritt aus dem Kanalabschnitt 28b aus und kann in der Wechselstellung, in der der Kanalabschnitt 28a mit der Markierung 17 sich in einer übereinstimmenden Schwenkstellung befindet, über den Kanalabschnitt 28b in den Durchbruch 12 eingeführt und in Wirkverbindung zum Ende 20 des Federstabs 18 gebracht werden. Diese Anfangsposition ist insbesondere in den Figuren 1 und 2 zu erkennen. Durch Verschwenken des Zylinderkerns 22 mittels eines in den Schlüsselkanal 25 eingeführten Schlüssels wird das drahtförmige Werkzeug 29 verschwenkt und gelangt in Anlage zum Ende 20 der Stabfeder 18 und weiter in eine Position wie sie aus Figur 3 ersichtlich ist. In dieser sind die abgewinkelten Bereiche des Federstabs 18 in Anlage zu den Begrenzungsflächen 14, 15 der Vertiefung 13 gelangt, wodurch der Federstab 18 außer Eingriff zur Ringnut 27 am Kupplungsansatz 26 gelangt. Der Zylinderkern 22 kann, wie in Figur 7 dargestellt ist, aus dem Zylindergehäuse 1 herausgezogen werden. Der Federstab 18 wird durch einen, insbesondere aus den Figuren 1 sowie 5 und 6 ersichtlichen Adapter 30 gehalten, der in seinem Umfang eine Vertiefung 31 aufweist. Der Adapter 30 ist mit seinem Führungsabschnitt 32 in dem dritten Bohrungsabschnitt 9 gelagert und erhält durch diesen infolge eines relativ großen Durchmessers eine stabile Führung. Der Adapter 30 weist eine der Form des Kupplungsansatzes 26 angepasste Bohrung 37 auf, so dass er mit dem Kupplungsansatz 26 drehfest verbunden ist und bei entsprechender Verschwenkung des Zylinderkerns 22 mittels eines Schlüssels ebenfalls geschwenkt wird. Der Adapter 30 besitzt ferner einen Verbindungsabschnitt 33, an dem beispielsweise ein Schließhebel, Schließhaken oder dergleichen Riegelelement anschließbar ist. Der Adapter 30 ist durch ein relativ dünnes und damit kurzbauendes Halteelement 34, das ein Blechformteil ist, in seinem Sitz in der dritten Bohrungsstufe 9 sicher gehalten. Das Halteelement 34 besitzt Bohrungen, die entsprechend den Zapfen 21 am zweiten axialen Ende 4 des Zylindergehäuses 1 ausgebildet sind und wird von den Zapfen 21 nach Verformung festgelegt. Darüber hinaus besitzt das Halteelement 34 einen federnden Ansatz 35, der mit der Vertiefung 31 im Adapter 30 zusammenwirkt und zur Fixierung der Drehstellung des Zylinderkerns 22 dient. Zur Begrenzung der Schwenkbewegung des Adapters 30 sind dieser und das Halteelement 34 mit Anschlägen 38, 39 versehen. Über die Zuordnung des Halteelementes 34 in unterschiedlichen Schwenkpositionen zum Zylindergehäuse 1 kann die Drehstellung des Zylinderkerns 22 an verschiedene Anordnungspositionen des Schließzylinders angepasst werden. Durch die Nutzung der Schwenkbewegung des Zylinderkerns 22 bei eingeführtem Werkzeug 29 wird der Kraftaufwand für die Betätigung des Federstabs 18, um diesen in die entriegelte Position zu bringen, wesentlich verringert, wodurch die Handhabbarkeit verbessert wird. Claims (8)

  1. A locking cylinder comprising
    - a cylinder housing (1)
    having a first axial end (3) and a second axial end (4) as well as a longitudinal axis (2),
    having a first bore portion (6) which starts from the first axial end (3) and which, towards the second axial end (4), by means of a stepped face (7), changes into a second bore portion (8) whose cross-section is reduced relative to the first bore portion (6) and which, in turn, ends in a third bore portion (9) which starts from the second axial end (4) and whose cross-section is increased relative to the second bore portion (8) while forming a second stepped face (10,
    wherein, between the first stepped face (7) and the second stepped face (10), there extends an aperture (12) for introducing a tool (29), which aperture (12), towards the second stepped face (10), is connected to an indentation (13) which, in turn, is arranged in said second stepped face (10) and which, at a distance from the aperture (12) is connected to a recess (16),
    - a bent spring bar (18)
    which, by means of its one end (19) is fixed in the recess (16) and is guided in the indentation (13) towards the aperture (12) and, by means of its other end (20), traverses said aperture (12) or projects into same to be able to provide an effective connection with an introduced tool (29),
