Claims (10)

  1. Groupe d'impression

    - avec un premier cylindre porte-blanchet (20, 22) adjacent au cylindre porte-plaque (10, 24), la barre d'insertion (16, 26) se trouvant dans sa position de service (38) près d'une fente (18) formée entre le cylindre porte-plaque (10, 24) et le premier cylindre porte-blanchet (20, 22) pour recouvrir cette fente (18),
    caractérisé par
    un deuxième cylindre porte-blanchet (22) adjacent au premier cylindre porte-blanchet (20),
    un entraînement de la barre d'insertion (36, 46) permettant le déplacement automatique de la barre d'insertion (16, 26) hors de la position de service (38) dans la position de repos (39), et en ce que la barre d'insertion (16, 26) se trouve dans sa position de repos (39) près de la fente (23) formée entre le premier et le deuxième cylindre porte-blanchet (20, 22) pour recouvrir cette fente (23).
  2. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par
    un bâti (100), dans lequel sont logés le cylindre porte-plaque (10, 24) et la barre d'insertion (16, 24), l'entraînement de la barre d'insertion (36, 46) étant fixé au niveau du bâti (100).

    que l'entraînement de la barre d'insertion (36, 46) comprend un disque excentrique (138).
  4. Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'entraînement de la barre d'insertion (36, 46) comprend un moteur pneumatique permettant de tourner le disque excentrique (138).
  5. Groupe d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'entraînement de la barre d'insertion (36, 46) présente un levier (140) vertical en liaison active avec la barre d'insertion (16, 26), qui permet un déplacement manuel de la barre d'insertion de la position de service à la position de repos.
  6. Groupe d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que dans la position de service (38), la barre d'insertion (16, 26) est éloignée d'au moins une des surfaces du cylindre porte-plaque (10, 24) ou du cylindre porte-blanchet (20, 22) de moins de 10 mm, de préférence de moins de 5 mm et mieux encore de seulement 1 mm environ.
  7. Groupe d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    que dans la position de repos (39), la barre d'insertion (16, 26) est éloignée de la surface du cylindre porte-blanchet (20, 22) de moins de 10 mm, de préférence de moins de 5 mm et mieux encore de seulement 1 mm environ.
  8. Procédé d'insertion d'un bord arrière d'une plaque d'impression dans un canal (12) s'étendant axialement d'un cylindre porte-plaque (10, 24), une barre d'insertion (16, 26) étant prévue qui pousse depuis une position de service (38) le bord arrière de la plaque d'impression dans le canal s'étendant axialement (12),
    comportant l'étape de procédé consistant à recouvrir une fente (18) entre le cylindre porte-plaque (10, 24) et un cylindre porte-blanchet adjacent (20, 22) à l'aide de la barre d'insertion (16, 26) se trouvant dans sa position de service
    caractérisé par
    les étapes de procédé consistant à :
    déplacer automatiquement la barre d'insertion (16, 26) de la position de service (38) à une position de repos (39) et
    recouvrir une fente (23) entre le cylindre porte-blanchet adjacent (20, 22) au cylindre porte-plaque (10, 24) et un autre cylindre porte-blanchet (20, 22) au moyen de la barre d'insertion (16, 26) se trouvant dans sa position de repos (39).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par l'étape de procédé supplémentaire consistant à
    - recouvrir la fente (18) entre le cylindre porte-plaque (10, 24) et le cylindre porte-blanchet (20, 22) adjacent au cours d'un mouvement d'avance de la bande (5),
    - recouvrir la fente (23) entre les cylindres porte-blanchet (20, 22) au cours d'un mouvement de recul de la bande (5).
  10. Imprimante, en particulier machine d'impression rotative à rouleaux caractérisée par un groupe d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
