Description

Insulated goods are used for the transport and storage of temperature-controlled goods Tank container required, usually insulated with insulation be applied to the tank and surrounded by an outer shell are. Temperature changes of the cargo arise on the one hand from the Insulation material itself and the other through thermal bridges, for example at the metallic connection points between tank and frame arise. These temperature changes require additional heating or Cooling units to maintain a certain temperature range.

Particularly high quality insulation, especially vacuum insulation, where the space between the tank and the outer shell is evacuated, temperature ranges can occur over a longer period of time comply with and thus avoid the use of additional units. Here is the insulating effect is decisively limited by the remaining thermal bridges. The heat emission is particularly in the area of the tank frame connection especially large because the connection between For reasons of strength, the tank and frame are largely metallic Components are made.

The preamble of claim 1 corresponds to a DE 32 12 696 C2 known freight container, in which a tank over a Ring saddle is connected to the front frame. Even with an insulating one Intermediate layer between the tank-side front ring and the frame-side saddle ring exists there via metallic mounting screws, both Insert the rings and the intermediate layer, a well conductive, metallic one Coupling between tank and frame. Such a saddle is also known from DE 90 14 104 U1. In addition, conventional liners only absorb pressure forces.

The invention is based on the general object of difficulties, as they occur with comparable prior art, at least partially eliminate. A more specific task can be seen in a tank container suitable for holding tempered goods with low heat losses, which also applies to high-quality insulation, is particularly suitable for vacuum insulation.

The solution to this problem according to the invention is specified in claim 1. In the tank provided here, the insulating frame can cause undesirable Effects of thermal bridges between the tank and the frame are considerable be reduced. The metallic connection ends can each be conventional Way with elements on the tank or frame side Ring saddle can be connected. The insulating frame transfers all loads between tank and frame; it can be prefabricated and simple can be processed as a quasi-metallic component.

The development of the invention according to claims 2 and 3 allows by integrating the frame-side ring saddle into an insulating sleeve, which is hermetically sealed with the outer surface of the tank Space defined, a particularly high quality vacuum-insulated Tank containers.

The inventive design of the connection between the tank and outer shell according to claims 4 to 7 allows a particularly space-saving and easy to manufacture tank saddle.

The design according to claim 8 avoids temperature-related Tensions between the tank and the outer shell caused by different Thermal expansion of the tank and outer shell arise. With that Large openings that penetrate the tank and outer shell are also possible without that critical stresses occur at the connection points.

Ansprüche 9 bis 14 geben besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Isolierzarge zur Optimierung der Festigkeit und der Isolierwirkung an.Claims 9 to 14 give particularly advantageous embodiments of the Insulating frame to optimize the strength and the insulating effect.

The tank container comprises an essentially cylindrical tank 1, which is connected to two end frames 3 via ring saddles 2 . Each end frame 3 is provided with two upper and two lower corner fittings 4, 5 . The end frames 3 have upper and lower cross members 6, 7 and corner supports 8 , which are arranged between the corner fittings 4, 5 . In addition, the end frames 3 are reinforced by inserted diagonal struts 9 .

On the outer shell 10 3 saddle structures 11 are attached for better power transmission between the outer shell 10 and the end frame, which are connected via struts 12 to the lower corner fittings 5 . Additional floor groups 13 with corner fittings 5 allow variable coupling to the vehicle chassis (not shown).

The front frame 3 is welded to the outer shell 10 at corresponding recesses in the cross bars 6, 7, the corner supports 8 and the diagonal struts 9 . The end frames can also be designed according to DE 32 12 696 C2 and attached to the end faces of the ends 14 of the outer shell 10 .

Dabei zeigt Figur 3 das Restprofil einer Eckstütze 8.According to the sectional view in FIG. 3, the ring saddle 2 comprises an end ring 15 , an insulating frame 16 and a first saddle ring 17 . The end ring 15 is designed as a piece of pipe and is welded to a bottom 18 of the tank 1 . A reinforcing ring 19 with a radial flange is inserted between the bottom 18 and the end ring 15 . The first saddle ring 17 is welded to the cylindrical outer shell 10 and connected via ribs 20 to a second saddle ring 21 , the ribs 20 also being welded to the outer shell 10 , which in turn is welded to correspondingly cut out frame parts 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 . 3 shows the remaining profile of a corner support 8 .

The conical insulating frame 16 consists of a metallic, narrow, tank-side connection end 22 , an intermediate piece 23 and a metallic, wide, frame-side connection end 24 . The intermediate piece 23 consists of a suitable fiber-reinforced plastic, into which the connecting ends 22, 24 are laminated, which are additionally positively fixed via the intermediate piece 23 and the connecting ends 22, 24 through pins 25 . The distance and thus the number of pins 25 can be varied according to the loads to be transferred. The loads transmitted in the lower part of the tank container are usually higher than those in the upper part. This should increase the number of pins 25 in the lower part.

The cross section of the intermediate piece 23 can be reduced between the two connection ends 22, 24 in order to further reduce the heat transfer. In addition, an intermediate layer 26 with an additionally reduced thermal conductivity can be used within the intermediate piece between the connection ends in order to further improve the insulating effect of the intermediate piece 23.

The tank-side connection end 22 is welded to the cylindrical peripheral surface 28 of the end ring 15 , and the frame-side connection end 24 is welded to the radially extending end surface 29 of the first saddle ring 17 . With this arrangement, longitudinal and transverse tolerances with respect to the tank axis 30 can be compensated for during assembly. The end 14 of the outer shell 10 is also welded to the radial end face 29 . This creates an evacuable cavity 27 between the tank 1 and the outer casing 10 .

Die Zugfestigkeit einer geeigneten Isolierzarge 16 liegt über 105 N/mm2.The fiber-reinforced plastic from which the intermediate piece 23 is made has low outgassing rates in order to keep the internal leakage of the evacuated cavity 27 low. An initial outgassing volume of less than 9x10 12 mol / cm 3 is advantageous within 2 months at an initial ambient pressure of 10 -4 hPa. The tensile strength of a suitable insulating frame 16 is over 105 N / mm 2 .

The outer shell 10 has two compensator rings 31 , which compensate for temperature-related different length changes in the axial direction of the tank 1 and outer shell 10 by elastic deformation. Between the compensator rings 31 there is a connection area 32 which passes through the outer casing 10 and is connected to the tank 1 . Due to the compensator rings 31 , the connection points between the connection area 32 and the outer casing 10 on the one hand and between the connection area 32 and the tank 1 on the other hand remain low in tension.
