Description

The present invention relates to shelters, for example shelters for pool, which include a frame made of curved profiles forming hoops on which are attached roof plates that form the roof and the walls of the shelter. It relates more particularly to a structure for sliding door equipping a shelter as mentioned above.

In the majority of shelters as previously described, the flap of the door moves by means of rollers that slide in a U-shaped rail. made of the rounded shape of the shelter, the water is quickly evacuated along the walls and no special sealing is provided at the rail, if is a flange deviating water on the sides of the door.

The problem of tightness is more crucial in the case a shelter formed against a wall, that is to say whose curved profiles take support on a wall and extend in an arc to the ground. In this case, the rail U-shaped is located at the wall which corresponds to the roof of the shelter. A a simple rim covering the rail is therefore no longer sufficient to avoid water flows inside the shelter. In general, in this case, build a rainwater harvesting gutter on which we come fix the sliding door. Most of the rainwater that flows is collected by the gutter, infiltrations at the U-rail of the door are therefore reduced. Nevertheless, the presence of this gutter imposes a regular maintenance to avoid the risk of clogging.

The present invention aims to provide a sliding door for shelter of the type comprising a structure of curved profiles on which are fixed cover plates which ensure a good seal of the shelter at the door and which in the case of a shelter based on a wall avoid the construction of a gutter as mentioned above.

  • un premier profilé rectiligne comportant une gorge longitudinale;
  • au moins deux roulettes insérées dans ladite gorge du premier profilé et mobiles en translation dans cette dernière ;
This object is achieved by means of a set of elements for the manufacture of a sliding door for shelter comprising a structure formed of curved sections on which are fixed cover plates, the door itself having curved side uprights, which typically according to the invention comprises:
  • a first straight section having a longitudinal groove;
  • at least two rollers inserted in said groove of the first section and movable in translation therein;
  • connecting means of each of the wheels with an amount made of a profile in a direction substantially perpendicular to said groove; and
  • means for sealing at least one cover plate between the rollers which comprise a flat strip extending parallel to the first profile between the two rollers and a second section which cooperates with said strip for fixing by pinching, in a sealed manner, said one or more cover plates on said strip.

The invention further relates to a sliding door as defined by appended claim 8.

The sealing of the structure of the door of the invention is ensured by the close contact of the slider on the cover plate. The second section which ensures that contact can extend over all or part of the length of the strip.

According to an alternative embodiment, the second section has a section transverse U-shaped which ensures an effective pinching of the plate cover on the ruler. This second section can also, when the material which constitutes it is sufficiently rigid, to avoid that the plate of cover does not gondola, so it also serves as means of stiffening.

According to the invention, the means for connecting the rollers with an amount are not limited. According to a particular embodiment, the means of connection of the casters with an upright comprise a rod insert in said profile.

Similarly, the section of the throat and the shape of the casters are not limited according to the invention. According to a particular embodiment, the throat is substantially tubular and the rollers have a cross-section two arcs of opposite circles that cooperate with the throat so allow a rotation of the wheel with respect to a substantially transverse to the first section.

According to a particular embodiment, the first section comprises second sealing means for sealing between the first section, the hoops of the shelter structure and blanket.

According to a particular variant embodiment, the second means sealing elements comprise a third profile secured to the first section which extends parallel to the latter section beyond the opening of the throat of the first section and which has a cavity extending over its entire length; this cavity is adapted to receive a sealing element. This sealing element may for example be a broom or a seal of rubber.

  • la figure 1 représente une vue en perspective d'un abri prenant appui sur un mur et équipé d'une porte coulissante de l'invention ;
  • la figure 2 représente une vue de dessus d'un détail d'un mode de réalisation de la porte coulissante de l'invention ;
The present invention, its characteristics and the various advantages that it affords will appear better on reading the description which follows and refers to the attached drawings representing a particular embodiment, presented by way of non-limiting example and in which:
  • Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a shelter supported on a wall and equipped with a sliding door of the invention;
  • Figure 2 shows a top view of a detail of an embodiment of the sliding door of the invention;
  • Figure 3 shows a cross section of the same embodiment.

In the particular case of Figure 1, the shelter has four P-profiles between which cover plates are attached C. These plates C form, because of their rounded shape, both the roof and one of the side walls of the shelter (the second side wall is formed by the wall M). In the case of FIG. 1, the shelter comprises a sliding door 1 to a wing 1a. This sliding door 1, which slides in a first section 2 fixed on the wall M, includes two door posts 3 and one or more cover plates C fixed between the two uprights 3 and secured to the first section 2 via fastening means 4 which will be more amply described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.

In FIG. 1, the first section 2 extends over the entire length of the shelter and is arranged above the fixed P-profile. It is therefore possible to do slide the flap 1a over the entire length of the shelter, this beating 1a coming cover a portion of the side wall of the shelter. It is also possible according to the invention to equip a shelter with a door comprising several leaves similar to the flap 1a previously described. These leaves can slide in the same first profile as previously described, they are then folded on one side or both sides of the opening of the shelter. It is also possible to equip a shelter with several first profiles 2 extending over all or part of the length of the shelter and superimposed one on the other. In this case, it is possible to fold the doors of the door sliding on one another, due to the superposition of the first sections 2 in which they slide.

With reference to FIG. 2, the set of elements of the invention for the manufacture of a sliding door comprises a first profile 2 which comprises a longitudinal groove 2a. In the throat 2a are mounted in translation of two rollers 5. The rolling axle 5a of each of the rollers 5 is extended by a rod 5b serving as a connecting means and which is fixed, for example, by embedding in an amount 3. The two rods 5b are connected by a flat strip 4a which extends parallel to the groove 2a. A cover plate C is arranged on the strip 4a and pinched on the surface of the latter by the second section 4b which has a section transverse U. One of the branches of this U is therefore in contact with the face top of the cover plate C, the other bearing on the face bottom of the strip 4a. The distance separating the strip 4a from the opening of the groove 2a is determined so as to be able to slide in the second section 4b and to obtain a minimum gap between the second section 4b and the opening of the throat 2a. Due to the curved shape of the uprights 3 and the inclination possible rollers 5, the strip 4a and the second section 4b are positioned at near the first section 2 which ensures a good seal of the shelter. In the example shown, the second section 4b extends over the entire length of the cover plate C located between the uprights 3 and therefore also serves as means of stiffening this cover plate C, preventing it, for example, from curling. Amounts 3 can be profiles of the same type as the fixed profiles P. In this case, we will spare in the thickness of the side wall of the upright 3 a notch 3b allowing the passage of the strip 4a. The second section 4a can also be extended to inside the uprights 3 and abut against the rod 5b.

In cross section as shown in Figure 3, the groove 2a has a quasi-circular section which ensures a good tightness in the throat, the rain can only with difficulty enter the throat 2a. The rollers 5 have in cross section, two opposite arcs 5c and 5d which cooperate with the groove 2a for allow the sliding of the rollers 5 along the groove 2a and also to allow the articulation of the rollers 5 with respect to the axis Z. Indeed, the almost circular shape of the groove 2a and the cylindrical shape of the rollers 5 to level of the portions of arcs 5c and 5d, allow the inclination of the axis of rolling 5a of the wheel relative to the median axis Z which passes through the middle of the opening of the groove 2a and it is substantially transverse. In the particular embodiment shown, the rollers 5 can be inclined at an angle α less than or equal to 10 °, on one side or the other of the axis Z. This articulation in rotation of the wheel 5 facilitates the installation of the amounts 3 on the ground and allows them to work, the rotation of the wheel play area. The second section 4b is, when it is gripping the cover plate C, disposed at a distance of about 5 mm from the face 5e of the wheel 5 which is flush with the opening of the groove 2a.

The first section 2 comprises a face 2b intended to be fixed by example by means of screws or mortar, against the wall M. The face 2b comprises, in the particular example shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a flange 2c which is intended to be stuck in the wall so as to reinforce the fixing the first profile 2.

In the particular embodiment shown in FIG. first section 2 comprises second sealing means 6 which comprise a third profile 6a disposed vertically above the uprights 3 and the cover plate C of the sliding door. The third section 6a extends parallel to the first section 2 and is integral with the latter at means of a spacer 6b (or extension) which extends, in the case present, over the entire length of the first section 2 and the third section 6a. The first profile 2 and the third profile 6a preferably have the same length. The third profile 6a has a cavity 6c whose opening 6d is oriented towards the groove 2a. This cavity 6c can be as in the example shown, equipped with a broom 7 (or any other sealing element) the free end 7a comes to rest on the cover plate C and on the 3 amounts of the sliding door 1. The presence of the third section 6a, its spacer 6b and the sealing element completely prevents the passage rain to the groove 2a and thus ensures complete sealing. In the example shown in FIG. 3, the cavity 6c defines an opening 6d which is bordered with flanges 6e perpendicular to the side walls 6f of the cavity 6c. The third profile 6a is preferably, in this case, made of a sufficiently flexible material to allow the insertion of the broom 7 by deformation of the side walls 6f of the cavity 6c and the maintenance of the latter between the edges 6e which pinch the broom 7 like a jaw.

It is also possible according to the invention to equip a shelter that does not take not support on a wall of the sliding door of the invention. In this case, the first section 2 will be designed to be fixed on the fixed profiles P so as to allow the door leaf (s) to be folded down by sliding on a side walls of the shelter.
