Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a restraint system in Transport vehicle for the disabled, with a wheelchair when driving and in case of accidents holding elements, and with Anchors trained on the motor vehicle that secure the wheelchair.
A restraint system with the features mentioned at the beginning is well known. The known holding elements grip directly to the anchorages, the parts of the vehicle structure or integrated support elements. As a result, lead the holding elements in normal driving as well as in accidents occurring forces directly into the anchorages. On the other hand, however, it is necessary to construct the relevant structure always available to transport disabled people to be able to perform. As a result, are for the transport of disabled people requires special vehicles, the known restraint system described above available provides.
In contrast, the invention is based on the object a restraint system with the features mentioned above to improve that it can also be applied in motor vehicles can, who are not constantly for the handicapped with a complete restraint system should be equipped.
The above object is achieved in that the Holding elements are attached to a securing frame in that the wheelchair can be inserted and that on the anchorages can be removed.
It is important for the invention that a securing frame is present, with the help of which the necessary Restraint tasks can be performed, if necessary but can also be easily removed or installed. For this is of particular advantage that the wheelchair in the safety frame can be introduced, namely in particular retractable. If the safety frame is installed, the payload is of the disabled in the same way, namely by pushing in and / or lifting in, so that the securing frame in no way affects the charging process. On the other hand, the securing frame can also serve to take on additional security tasks for the disabled, that are not achieved by the known restraint system can be.
The restraint system can advantageously be designed in this way be that the safety rack one on a floor of the motor vehicle resting on the floor support frame on which the holding elements are fastened and with fasteners is provided. The floor support frame is used for fastening of the securing frame for such an attachment predetermined locations of the floor of the motor vehicle and can be trained for many types of motor vehicles in which the attachment points are positioned differently. The floor support frame can be a corresponding variety of attack points. He can also participate the bottom of the motor vehicle to be positively adapted to the To relieve anchorages. Furthermore, he can at different Places with fasteners, where the holding elements are attached. The fasteners can formed at different locations on the floor support frame to be appropriate variability in application to have different wheelchairs.
It is advantageous to design the restraint system that the securing frame through holes in the anchorages has screw-in fastening screws. In order to there is a structurally simple way to Connection of the safety frame to the floor of the motor vehicle.
A preferred embodiment of the restraint system is characterized in that the securing frame a entrance with a swiveling gate, the Has wheelchair surrounding grid with frame struts on all sides. The frame formed from frame struts secures the Wheelchair on all sides and can provide additional securing and fastening options Offer. The goal is simple Introduce the wheelchair into the side cage Securing frame. With the help of the gate it is possible the wheelchair by retracting inside the safety frame contribute.
For the disabled especially in the shoulder area to secure, the restraint system must be designed so that the securing frame has a vertical strut on each side of the door has one in the shoulder area shoulder strut at shoulder level into one Front end of the securing frame extends.
In order for the restraint system to be more stable, it can be designed in this way be that the shoulder struts are roughly at chest level are connected by a front cross strut. In particular seen in relation to the direction of travel of the motor vehicle This can result in transverse loads on the securing frame be better intercepted.
Furthermore, the restraint system is preferable train that the shoulder struts and / or front cross struts equipped with impact insulation pads and / or with airbags are. The impact insulation pads offer additional to those used Safety belts collateral against injury. With One or more airbags can cause head and / or upper body movements position of the disabled person in the event of an accident be what is particularly important since disabled people are common have weakened muscles, which makes them particularly heavy Impairments of the body in the case of sudden occurrences Can cause stress.
It is common knowledge when transporting the disabled Use support devices that act in the event of a rebound. A standard-compliant transport of disabled people requires one Support device that only on a special handicapped transport vehicle can be trained when normal Wheelchairs are to be used to transport the disabled. Now the restraint system is designed so that a gate of Security frame with a head and / or a back in the event of a rebound supporting support device is provided, so there is no need for the transport of disabled people a special disabled transport vehicle. Much more can with the help of the restraint system with the aforementioned Features a normal, the required transport height Motor vehicles are used to transport the disabled with the help of the described safety frame and a normal wheelchair.
Improved stability of the restraint system will achieved in that an upper end of each vertical strut with a diagonal strut, if necessary on the support frame side to it has vertical support struts at a front end the securing frame is supported. The diagonal strut leads especially in the case of sudden occurrences in the direction of travel Loads to a stiffener. The diagonal strut can in turn are supported as needed, namely with her vertical support struts, which in turn on the floor support frame and / or are supported on the vertical goal struts.
The restraint system can also be designed such that safety belts securing the transported disabled person are present, which are attached to the securing frame. In this case, the securing frame is a component that enables a standardized transport of the disabled without doing so especially use wheelchairs equipped with seat belts to have to. Rather, conventional wheelchairs can be used and the required seat belts are part of it of the restraint system.
The restraint system can also be used to facilitate loading of the motor vehicle are designed so that with the safety frame a multi-part foldable ramp is adjustable assembled. The ramp enables postponing the wheelchair occupied by the disabled on the transport surface or in the safety frame of the Motor vehicle. After loading or unloading, the ramp can be used folded and together with the safety frame be transported by means of the motor vehicle.
A particularly advantageous embodiment of the restraint system with respect to the ramp, that the ramp ramp telescopes with the floor support frame and at least two accordion-like, the pivoting gate Has ramp parts that can be folded in parallel. As a result, lets bring the ramp up close to the safety frame and it can be folded like an accordion Ramp parts a small pack size near the swiveling Reach the gate so that the entire length of the securing frame including ramp is sufficiently small to use conventional motor vehicles with the restraint system can.

The securing
Vertikalstrebe 39 angreift.The
Oberhalb jeder Diagonalstrebe 28 ist eine Schulterstrebe
22 angeordnet.
Above each
42 ausgebildet. At the rear ends of the longitudinal struts in the direction of travel

The
angreifen.So that the
Kraftwagens gesichert. Darüber hinaus ist eine Sicherung des
Behinderten 30 erforderlich. Diese erfolgt in herkömmlicher
Weise mit Sicherheitsgurten 31. Fig.2 zeigt unten einen Bekkengurt
Fig.2 zeigt einen
gestrichelten Verlauf 46 eines Trums des oberen Sicherheitsgurtes
31 von einem Umlenkstück 47 zu einer Gestellhaltestelle
With the holding
The effect of seat belts is due to the cage effect

Around the
To keep the packing size of the
Das Sicherungsgestell 13 kann dazu herangezogen werden,
die Sicherung des Behinderten 30 gegenüber einer üblichen
Rollstuhlbefestigung in einem Behindertentransportkraftwagen
zu verbessern. Hierzu werden beispielsweise Aufpralldämmpolster
25 angewendet.
erheblich herabgesetzt.The securing
