Abstract

Ce porte-bébé est caractérisé en ce qu'il est modulaire et est constitué d'un porte-bébé dorsal (3) agencé pour recevoir intérieurement un porte-bébé ventral (2), les deux porte-bébés étalit agencés avec des moyens de liaison et de fixation temporaire permettant soit la séparation du porte-bébé ventral et son utilisation indépendante, soit son intégration en vue du portage de l'enfant en très bas âge dans le porte-bébé dorsal. D'une manière spécifique le porte-bébé ventral est agencé sur sa face de devant (2a) avec une forme en coiffe (2b) présentant des moyens de rigidification (2c) et susceptible de s'ajuster et se positionner sur la partie supérieure (3a) de la face avant de l'ossature portante (3b) du porte-bébé dorsal. <IMAGE>

Description

L'invention se rattache au secteur technique des portes-bébés.
Selon l'art antérieur, on connaít le concept du porte-bébé dorsal, ainsi que le porte-bébé ventral pour le portage de petits enfants de sorte qu'ils soient en regard de la personne portante.
Le porte-bébé ventral est utilisé pour des enfants en très bas age jusqu'à un poids d'environ 7 kilos. Il permet de porter le bébé face au porteur les premières semaines, puis face à ce qui l'entoure après. On a notamment représenté aux figures 1 et 2 des dessins un exemple de réalisation et de portage. Un harnais de fixation est prévu autour du porteur avec ceinture et sangles assurant la liaison entre le porte-bébé et le harnais.
Le porte bébé dorsal n'est adapté aux enfants qu'à partir de 9 mois environ jusqu'à deux ans. Il est établi avec une ossature portante et rigide sur laquelle est rapportée du côté arrière la partie siège et dosseret de l'enfant avec le cas échéant une capuche de recouvrement et de protection. L'autre côté avant de l'ossature portante inclut des éléments de ceinturage autour de la taille du porteur, des bretelles d'appui sur les épaules du porteur ainsi que des sangles de liaison et de réglage de la tension. Des bandes latérales relient la partie dosseret et l'ossature portante pour éviter le basculement de l'enfant de la partie siège.
Accessoirement, le porte-bébé dorsal peut présenter dans son volume intérieure une bande textile fixe, mais escamotable pouvant supporter l'enfant dans sa première tranche d'âge 9 à 12 mois environ, à un niveau différent de la partie basse du fond du siège du porte-bébé, qui est prévu d'être utilisée lorsque l'enfant est un plus grand jusqu'à deux ans. Ainsi, ledit porte-bébé permet le positionnement en toute sécurité d'enfants de tailles différentes dans la tranche d'âge 9 mois à 2 ans.
Ainsi selon l'art antérieur, deux produits différents existent sans qu 'il y ait de complémentarité entre eux, et de compatibilité.
Jusqu'à présente, les fabricants n'ont pas recherché et travaillé dans ce sens.
Cela nécessite alors pour les utilisateurs d'avoir un double équipement, avec les coûts s'y rapportant.
Le problème posé réside lorsque les utilisateurs souhaitent partir en randonnées, promenades, et il y a donc un choix à effectuer sur le produit à utiliser. Cependant en pratique dans cette utilisation, le porte-bébé ventral est peu adapté et constitue une gêne à l'utilisation des mouvements du porteur.
La démarche du demandeur a donc été de s'intéresser à la conception d'un porte-bébé qui puisse répondre à l'objectif d'offrir à l'utilisateur un seul porte-bébé qui couvre d'une manière plus large la tranche d'âge des premières semaines jusqu'à deux ans.
Le but recherché était d'offrir à l'utilisateur un porte-bébé qui offre par un agencement original une modularité d'utilisation tant en porte-bébé ventral que dorsal et pour la tranche d'âge précitée.
Un autre but recherché selon l'invention était d'offrir un nouveau porte-bébé qui soit d'utilisation simple, facile à mettre en oeuvre par une adaptation en fonction de l'âge de l'enfant.
Un autre but recherché selon l'invention, était d'offrir un porte-bébé qui puisse être utilisé indépendamment en fonction de l'âge de l'enfant dans ces différentes versions.
Selon une première caractéristique de l'invention, le porte-bébé est modulaire et est constitué d'un porte-bébé dorsal agencé pour recevoir intérieurement un porte-bébé ventral, les deux porte-bébés étant agencés avec des moyens de liaison et de fixation temporaire permettant soit la séparation du porte-bébé ventral et son utilisation indépendante, soit son intégration en vue du portage de l'enfant en très bas âge dans le porte-bébé dorsal.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le porte-bébé ventral est agencé sur sa face de devant avec une forme en coiffe présentant des moyens de rigidification et susceptible de s'ajuster et se positionner sur la partie supérieure rigidifiée de la face avant de l'ossature portante du porte-bébé dorsal.
Ces caractéristiques et d'autres encore ressortiront bien de la suite de la description.
Pour fixer l'objet de l'invention illustré d'une manière non limitative aux figures des dessins où :
  • La figure 1 est une vue de de trois quart d'un porte bébé ventral agencé selon l'invention.
  • La figure 2 est une vue de côté illustrant le porte-bébé ventral en situation de port indépendant.
  • La figure 3 est une vue en perspective du porte-bébé modulaire incluant l'agencement et le positionnement du porte-bébé ventral dans la structure du porte-bébé dorsal.
  • La figure 4 est une vue de dessus du porte-bébé modulaire montrant la liaison du porte-bébé ventral sur l'ossature portante du porte-bébé dorsal.
  • La figure 5 est une vue avant du porte-bébé modulaire montrant notamment la liaison du porte-bébé ventral sur le porte-bébé dorsal.
  • La figure 6 est une vue de côté et en coupe selon la ligne A-A de la figure 5 montrant la liaison et positionnement du porte-bébé ventral sur le porte-bébé dorsal.
  • La figure 7 est une vue en coupe transversal selon la ligne B-B- de la figure 5 montrant la liaison et le chevauchement de la partie avant du porte-bébé ventral sur l'ossature supérieure avant du porte-bébé dorsal.
  • La figure 8 est une vue en variante relative à cette liaison.
Afin de rendre plus concret l'objet de l'invention, on le décrit maintenant d'une manière non limitative illustrée aux figures des dessins.
Le porte-bébé modulaire selon l'invention est référencé dans son ensemble par (1). Il inclut un porte-bébé ventral (2) et un porte-bébé dorsal (3).
Ces porte-bébés ventral et dorsal sont agencés de toute manière connue avec des harnais, ceinturages, bretelles, sangles et autres composants qui ne font pas partie de la présente invention. Ils sont illustrés aux dessins pour mémoire mais non décrits spécifiquement dans la suite de la description.
Selon l'invention, le porte-bébé dorsal (3) est agencé pour autoriser l'insertion temporaire et positionnement du porte-bébé ventral (2) lorsqu'il y a un besoin pour le porteur de l'associer en vue du transport d'un bébé en très bas âge pour des randonnées, ballades et autres. A cet effet, le porte-bébé ventral et le porte-bébé dorsal sont agencés avec des moyens de liaison et de suspension permettant le positionnement en toute sécurité dudit porte-bébé ventral à l'intérieur du volume du porte-bébé dorsal.
A cet effet, dans une mise en oeuvre avantageuse de l'invention, la partie avant (2a) du porte-bébé ventral (2) est agencée à son extrémité et sur sa longueur avec une forme en coiffe (2b) qui est susceptible de venir se positionner sur la partie supérieure correspondante (3a) de l'ossature portante (3b) du porte-bébé dorsal (3). Plus particulièrement, ladite coiffe (2b) présente une certaine profondeur (e) avec de préférence un moyen de rigidification (2c) telle que plaque ou similaire.
Par ailleurs, l'ossature portante (3b) est rigide à son extrémité supérieure avant, et elle vient s'enfiler dans la coiffe précitée pour assurer une liaison temporaire. Ladite ossature portante est recouverte d'une manière classique d'une garniture textile de protection.
Ce positionnement spécifique permet d'obtenir une bonne tenue et suspension du porte-bébé ventral dans sa partie avant avec une répartition des charges et donc du poids de l'enfant.
La partie arrière dorsale (2d) du porte-bébé ventral (2) est agencée d'une part avec des fentes (2e) permettant le passage de sangles de fixation (4) associées et fixées dans les zones (3c1) à partir du dosseret (3c) du porte-bébé dorsal (3). D'autre part, la partie arrière (2d) précitée du porte-bébé ventral est agencée avec des moyens (5) de liaison du type crochets, mousquetons ou similaires qui sont susceptibles de s'accrocher et se fixer à des passants (6) disposés sur la partie arrière du dosseret du porte-bébé dorsal.
Il est prévu également que la coiffe du porte-bébé ventral présente un moyen complémentaire (7) de liaison et de fixation sur un moyen (8) disposé sur la partie avant de l'ossature rigide du porte-bébé dorsal. Plus particulièrement, le moyen (7) est une attache (7a), femelle ou mâle, disposée à partir d'une sangle (7b), tandis que le moyen (8) est une attache (8a), mâle ou femelle, complémentaire.
Ainsi selon l'invention, et dans cette réalisation le porte-bébé ventral est parfaitement positionné et maintenu sur l'ossature portante du porte-bébé dorsal à la fois dans l'assemblage de la coiffe sur ladite ossature portante et par les différents moyens complémentaires de liaison et de tenue précités.
A titre complémentaire, les sangles (4) qui traversent les fentes (2e) réalisées sur le porte-bébé ventral se prolongent en passant sur les épaules du bébé et par des moyens d'attache en extrémité (10) s'accouplent à des moyens d'attache ou de fixation existant sur le porte-bébé dorsal. En outre, le moyen de rigidification (2c) et la partie supérieure de l'ossature portante peuvent être conformés avec un évidemment (2f) (3d) pour faciliter l'appui en mentonnière de la tête de l'enfant.
Dans cette mise en oeuvre particulière, le bébé est parfaitement maintenu.
En variante, le positionnement du porte-bébé ventral sur l'ossature portante du porte-bébé dorsal peut être établie comme représenté à la figure 8 des dessins. Dans ce cas, la partie avant du porte bébé ventral ne présente pas de coiffe et vient s'ajuster en appui et fixation à l'aide de moyens auto-agrippants (12) contre la face en regard de l'ossature rigide, tandis que des moyens de ceinturage (11) du type sangles auto-agrippantes (11a) assurent la tenue de l'ensemble.
En variante le porte bébé ventral peut être positionné en suspension sur le porte-bébé dorsal grâce à des moyens de liaison et de tenue.
Les avantages ressortent bien de l'invention, on souligne le nouveau concept du porte bébé modulaire, la facilité d'ajustement du porte bébé ventral.

Claims (9)

  1. Porte-bébé caractérisé en ce qu'il est modulaire et est constitué d'un porte-bébé dorsal (3) agencé pour recevoir intérieurement un porte-bébé ventral (2), les deux porte-bébés étant agencés avec des moyens de liaison et de fixation temporaire permettant soit la séparation du porte-bébé ventral et son utilisation indépendante, soit son intégration en vue du portage de l'enfant en très bas âge dans le porte-bébé dorsal.
  2. Porte-bébé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le porte-bébé ventral est agencé sur sa face de devant (2a) avec une forme en coiffe (2b) présentant des moyens de rigidification (2c) et susceptible de s'ajuster et se positionner sur la partie supérieure (3a) de la face avant de l'ossature portante (3b) du porte-bébé dorsal.
  3. Porte-bébé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie arrière dorsale (2d) du porte-bébé ventral (2) est agencée d'une part avec des fentes (2e) permettant le passage de sangles de fixation (4) associées et fixées dans les zones (3c1) à partir du dosseret (3c) du porte-bébé dorsal (3),
    et en ce que la partie arrière (2d) du porte-bébé ventral est agencée avec des moyens (5) de liaison qui sont susceptibles de s'accrocher et se fixer à des passants (6) disposés sur la partie arrière du dosseret du porte-bébé dorsal.
  4. Porte-bébé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 3 caractérisé en ce que la coiffe du porte-bébé ventral présente un moyen complémentaire (7) de liaison et de fixation sur un moyen (8) disposé sur la partie avant de l'ossature rigide du porte-bébé dorsal.
  5. Porte-bébé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (7) est une attache (7a), femelle ou mâle, disposée à partir d'une sangle (7b), tandis que le moyen (8) est une attache (8a), mâle ou femelle, complémentaire.
  6. Porte-bébé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les sangles (4) qui traversent les fentes (2e) réalisées sur le porte-bébé ventral se prolongent en passant sur les épaules du bébé et par des moyens d'attache en extrémité (10) s'accouplent à des moyens d'attache ou de fixation existant sur le porte-bébé dorsal.
  7. Porte-bébé selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que le moyen de rigidification (2c) et la partie supérieure de l'ossature portante peuvent être conformés avec un évidemment (2f) (3d) pour faciliter l'appui en mentonnière de la tête de l'enfant.
  8. Porte-bébé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le positionnement du porte-bébé ventral sur l'ossature portante du porte-bébé dorsal est établi avec la partie avant du porte bébé ventral venant s'ajuster en appui et fixation à l'aide de moyens auto-agrippants (12) contre la face en regard de l'ossature rigide, tandis que des moyens de ceinturage (11) du type sangles auto-agrippantes (11a) assurent la tenue de l'ensemble.
  9. Porte-bébé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le porte bébé ventral est positionné en suspension sur le porte-bébé dorsal grâce à des moyens de liaison et de tenue.
