Description
Es ist kein erhöhter Platzbedarf für Hilfsmittel zur Betätigung der Klemmfeder erforderlich, es ist also für einen Löseeingriff kein Zugang freizuhalten.
Man erzielt geringe Montagezeiten bei angereihten Klemmen durch gleichzeitiges Betätigen mehrerer Klemmen.
Die Klemmfedern können hinsichtlich der Betätigungsseite vollständig isoliert werden und es entfällt die Isolierung eines Hilfsmittels, da dieses ohnehin nicht erforderlich ist. Die Klemme kann im Bedarfsfall einfach so ausgeführt werden, daß eine stabile Offenhaltung erzielt wird.
Der Klemmzustand kann einfach sichtbar gemacht werden durch die Stellung des Lösekörpers oder durch die Stellung eines Stößels.
Claims (6)
- Schraubenlose Klemme, einsetzbar bei Geräten der Installationstechnik, die im Prinzip mit einer mittels eines in einer Bewegungsrichtung verschiebbaren keilförmigen Lösekörpers (5) durch einen senkrechten Druck lösbaren Klemmfeder (1) arbeitet, die einen anzuschließenden Leiter (2) unter Federkraft mit einer Stromschiene (3) in Verbindung bringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Klemmfeder (1) über ein ruhendes Lösedruckstück (4) mit dem aufgleitenden Lösekörper (5) in Wirkverbindung steht. - Klemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der aufgleitende Lösekörper (5) und ein Lösedruckstück (4) als zwei gegeneinander verschiebliche Keile ausgeführt sind.
- Klemme nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anreihung von schraubenlosen Klemmen mit einem sägezahnförmigen Lösekörper (5) über ein sägezahnförmiges Lösedruckstück (4) in aufspreizender Wirkverbindung steht.
- Klemme nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Lösekörper (5) und Lösedruckstück (4) im Endbereich ihrer aufspreizenden Verschiebungsstrecke mit einer Abflachung (11) versehen sind, wodurch eine Offenstellung der Klemmen erzielt wird.
- Klemme nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Lösekörper (5) und Lösedruckstück (4) im Endbereich ihrer aufspreizenden Verschiebungsstrecke zur Erzielung einer Offenstellung der Klemme verrastend ausgebildet sind.
- Klemme nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Lösekörper (5) ein Abschottungsteil (12) für die Anschlußöffnung (13) der zugeordneten Klemme in Verbindung steht.
