Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and a device for non-stop stack change in a sheet feeder with a height-adjustable sheet separation device, each separates a top sheet from a sheet stack and in a conveying direction transported and at least one scanning device detecting the position of the top of the sheet stack has and with a non-stop device that one from parallel to each other arranged bars contains existing auxiliary stacking table, the motor against the Direction of conveyance in the stacking area for taking over a residual sheet stack from a stacking plate guided and can be returned in the conveying direction from the stacking area to combine the remaining sheet stack with a new main sheet stack, which is on the stacking plate positioned and by lifting at an approach speed to the auxiliary stacking table is approximated that this is just partially with its top one of the rods touched.
After that, when toasting the new one Main sheet stack against the support rods, the position of the support rods relative to the lifting device detected. Is a difference, resulting from a not exactly horizontal Surface of the main sheet stack, the position of the support rods in relation to the lifting device so determined that one or all support rods in the area of the non-stop facility are raised higher than at their opposite free end, the Lifting movement of the lifting mechanism carrying the main sheet stack is stopped while the the non-stop auxiliary lifting device continues its movement until a permissible Position difference is undershot. Then the support rods are brought out the stacking profile. To determine the difference in position of the support rods, each support rod is in the area of the motor drive is assigned a sensing element which determines the position of the supporting rods recorded in the vertical direction relative to their motor drive.
The disadvantage is that to detect the position of the top of a new main sheet stack the load on the support rods of the non-stop device is used, which is a high Effort and the performance of the downstream sheet-processing machine disadvantageously influencing incorrect measurements.
The object of the invention is to create a further method and a further device, which also enables trouble-free non-stop stack changes with little effort enable a surface of a new main sheet stack that is not exactly horizontal.
According to the invention, the object is achieved by a method. the features of the
The solution according to the invention makes it possible to use simple means independently of the position of the surface of a new main sheet stack an automatic non-stop stack change to realize.

Zugmittel 3 in vertikaler Richtung bewegt.
In Fig. 1, a
In FIG. 1, the auxiliary stacking table 6 is shown in its position in the
As is customary, a
The new
9 herausgeführt und der Restbogenstapel 13 mit dem Hauptbogenstapel 19 vereinigt.3, the surface of the new
It is also possible to detect the surface of the
That of the
