  • the position of the hip joints serve as the center axis of exercises, the central of rotational operation and the body harmonize with each other.
  • the load generator 8 or 80 when the load generator 8 or 80 can be used so as to be operated actively or passively.
  • a user can perform exercises utilizing exercise load generated by the load generator according to his own will, or perform exercises utilizing external drive force forcibly exerted by the handle lever 74 according to another intention, thereby strengthening the waist by the extension exercises of the waist region.
  • the present invention provides a waist exercise appliance that is capable of allowing the lumbar muscles to be strengthened using the upper and lower bodies. While the waist region is exercised using the upper body, the lower body and the pelvis are tightly held by the lower body holding unit 20 constructed in accordance with the present invention. Differently from a conventional appliance, the upper and lower portions and the rear portion are distinguished from one another and tightly held in diagonal directions. While the waist region is exercised using the upper and lower bodies, the degrees of the bending and extension of the knee joint can be adjusted by the adjustment of the height, tilt angle and horizontal position of the foot support 26, and the quantity and range of the strengthening and rehabilitating of related muscles can be adjusted by the conjunctive movement of the knee holding bar 9 and foot support 26.
  • the force of the arms is not transmitted to the back frame 2 by the removal prevention unit 30 during extension exercises, so waist exercises can be performed only using the upper body.
  • the central axis of the exercise is constructed to coincide with the lumbar vertebrae or hip joint, so the human body and the exercise appliance harmonize with and are moved in conjunction with each other.
  • the angle range of exercises can be adjusted by the exercise range adjustment unit 60. External effects can be excluded from the pure exercise load force by the counter exercise unit 70.
  • the quantity and direction of load can be easily controlled, the structure of the load generator is simplified, the load generator is widely applied to a place where loading force is required, and the load generator is easily installed and utilized.

Claims (8)

  1. Trainingsgerät für die Taille zum Trainieren, Stärken order Rehabilitieren der Taille, wobei eine Stuhleinheit (7) gebildet wird, indem ein Sitz (1), zwei Beine (3), ein Griff (4) und verbundene Rahmen (5) und (6) zusammengesetzt werden, und wobei Übungen durchgeführt werden unter Verwendung eines Rückenrahmens (2) oder einer Kniehaltestange (9), die in Verbindung mit einem Lastgenerator (8) betrieben werden, mit ferner einer Unterkörperhalteeinheit (20), die dafür ausgebildet ist, den Unterkörper vor der Stuhleinheit (7) zu befestigen oder mit dem Unterkörper bewegt zu werden, wobei die Unterkörperhalteeinheit (20) eine Fußstütze (26) aufweist, die derart konstruiert ist, dass ihre vertikale Position eingestellt werden kann, einen Unterkörperhalter (22) zum Halten des Unterkörpers und einen Beckenhalter (24) zum Halten des Beckens, wobei der Unterkörperhalter (22) derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Fußstütze (26) und die Kniehaltestange (9) bewegt werden können,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Beckenhalter (24) ausgebildet ist, um den oberen und unteren Bereich des Beckens gleichzeitig oder getrennt zu halten, und er ferner eine Beckenstütze (28) aufweist, welche auf dem hinteren Bereich des Sitzes (1) angeordnet ist, um vorwärts und rückwärts bewegt zu werden und so den hinteren Bereich des Beckens fest zu halten, wobei die Kniehaltestange (9) des Unterkörperhalters (22) und Haltekörper (27) des Beckenhalters (24) an einer Betätigungsstange (220) befestigt sind, um in Verbindung miteinander betätigt zu werden,
    wobei die Haltekörper (27) derart ausgebildet sind, dass ihre Positionen eingestellt werden können, wobei die Betätigungsstange (220) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie mit Hilfe von Verbindungsstücken (221) vorwärts und rückwärts bewegt werden kann, so dass wenn der hintere Bereich der Betätigungsstange (220) um ein Scharnier (231) herum angehoben wird, die an dem Vorderbereich der Betätigungsstange (220) angeordneten Haltekörper (27) nach unten bewegt werden, und die Haltekörper (27) den oberen und unteren Bereich zugleich drücken, wodurch das Becken fest gehalten wird.
  2. Trainingsgerät für die Taille zum Trainieren, Stärken order Rehabilitieren der Taille, wobei eine Stuhleinheit (7) gebildet wird, indem ein Sitz (1), zwei Beine (3), ein Griff (4) und verbundene Rahmen (5) und (6) zusammengesetzt werden, und wobei Übungen durchgeführt werden unter Verwendung eines Rückenrahmens (2) oder einer Kniehaltestange (9), die in Verbindung mit einem Lastgenerator (8) betrieben werden,
    mit ferner einer Unterkörperhalteeinheit (20), die dafür ausgebildet ist, den Unterkörper vor der Stuhleinheit (7) zu befestigen oder mit dem Unterkörper bewegt zu werden,
    wobei die Unterkörperhalteeinheit (20) eine Fußstütze (26) aufweist, die derart konstruiert ist, dass ihre vertikale Position eingestellt werden kann, einen Unterkörperhalter (22) zum Halten des Unterkörpers und einen Beckenhalter (24) zum Halten des Beckens, wobei der Unterkörperhalter (22) derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Fußstütze (26) und die Kniehaltestange (9) bewegt werden können,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Beckenhalter (24) ausgebildet ist, um den oberen und unteren Bereich des Beckens gleichzeitig oder getrennt zu halten, wobei der obere und untere Haltekörper (27) des Beckenhalters (24) getrennt angeordnet sind, wobei die Haltekörper (27), die um Haltegurte (251) und (252) herum angeordnet sind, welche auf beiden Seiten einer Beckenhaltestange (11a) befestigt sind, an einer Seite eines Halterahmens (11) angelenkt sind, und wobei der untere Bereich der Beckenhaltestange (11a) von einem Schlitz (263) eines Druckbeauschlagungshebels (261) schwenkbar gehalten ist, so dass wenn der Druckbeaufschlagungshebel (261) hochgezogen wird, die Beckenhaltestange (11a) nach unten um ein Scharnier (265) herum gedreht wird, wodurch den Haltekörpern (27) ermöglicht wird, den oberen und unteren Bereich des Beckens fest zu halten.
  3. Gerät gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Rückenrahmen (6) derart angebracht ist, dass er in Verbindung mit einem Lastgenerator (8) durch ein Scharnier (13) bewegt werden kann, und wobei eine abnehmbare Sicherungseinheit (30) an dem oberen Ende des Rückenrahmens (6) angeordnet ist, um ein Wegrutschen aus einer Übungsrichtung zu verhindern.
  4. Gerät gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, mit ferner einer Oberkörperhalteeinheit (50), die an dem oberen Ende des Rückenrahmens (6) angebracht ist, um den Schulterbereich des Oberkörpers zu halten, wobei der mit zwei Griffen (4) versehene Oberkörperhalter (51) an dem oberen Ende des Rückenrahmens (6) durch ein Scharnier (32) befestigt ist, und wobei eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (52) in der Nähe des Scharniers (32) vorgesehen ist, um den Oberkörperhalter (51) offen oder geschlossen zu halten.
  5. Gerät gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Kniehaltestange (9) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie mit dem Hüftgelenk direkt oder durch ein Verbindungselement übereinstimmt.
  6. Gerät gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 oder 4, mit ferner einer Einstelleinheit für den Übungsbereich (60), welche auf der Mittelachse der Übung des Rückenrahmens (2) oder der Kniehaltestange (9) angebracht ist, und mit einem Bereich, der in Verbindung mit diesen Teilen bewegt wird, um den Übungsbereich während Dehnungs- oder Biegungsübungen einzustellen.
  7. Gerät gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 oder 4, mit ferner einer zusammen mit dem Lastgenerator vorgesehenen passiven Antriebseinheit, wobei die passive Antriebseinheit an dem Rückenrahmen (2) oder der Kniehaltestange (9) angebracht ist, um selektiv aktive Übungen und passive Übungen durchzuführen.
  8. Gerät gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 und 4, mit ferner einer Gegenübungseinheit (70), die gegenüber einem Bewegungsrahmen angeordnet ist, welcher in Verbindung mit dem Rückenrahmen (2) oder der Kniehaltestange (9) bewegt wird, und die derart angeordnet ist, dass sie in Verbindung mit dem Lastgenerator (8) bewegt wird.
