Beim Anfahren einer Offsetrotationsdruckmaschine, beispielsweise beim Beginn einer neuen Produktion, ist man bestrebt, schnell den Betriebszustand für den Fortdruck zu erreichen, um die Makulatur niedrig zu halten. Hinsichtlich der Zufuhrmenge von Druckfarbe-und Feuchtmittel zur Druckform sind Einstellungen vorzunehmen. Bei dem beschriebenen Programmablauf fallen bis zum Erhalt guter Druckexemplare etwa 600 Makulaturexemplare an (siehe Fig. 3). Im Rahmen dieses Anfahrvorgangs liefert das Farbwerk dank der beschriebenen Voreinfärbung bereits nach ca. 100 Exemplaren die erforderliche Farbdichte SF für einen makulaturfreien Druck (siehe Fig. 2).In the described program run fall to the receipt of good printed copies about 600 copies copies (see Fig. 3 ). Claims (5)

  1. Method for starting up an offset rotary printing machine having printing groups with a dampening unit and inking unit with a metering device for the zone-wise setting of an ink profile, wherein in the first instance an ink profile that is inverse to the ink profile for production printing is set at the metering device and at a first rotational speed (n1) with application rollers thrown off from the printing forme a defined quantity of ink is supplied to the cleaned inking unit, then the ink profile for the production printing is set at the metering device, the offset printing machine is accelerated to a third speed (n3), whilst the rubber blankets are pre-dampened, and when the third rotational speed (n3) is reached the sequence for impression on is executed.
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that the inverse ink profile is dimensioned with respect to approximately the difference between a 100 % opening and a desired opening of the zones of the metering device for production printing.
  3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that during the acceleration to the third speed (n3) there is persistence at a second speed (n2) until a dryer is cleared.
  4. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the sequence for impression on includes
    a) driving the dampening unit
    b) driving the ink ductor
    c) throwing on the dampening application roller
    d) throwing the metering device onto the inking unit
    e) throwing on the ink-application rollers
    f) throwing on the impression.
  5. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the printing machine is slowly run up to a fourth rotational speed (n4) for the production printing at the end of the waste-elimination.
