Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Einziehen einer Materialbahn (12) in eine Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, mit einem in einem Einzugskanal (2) geführten Einzugselement (3) sowie mit einem mit dem Einzugselement (3) lösbar verbindbaren Einzugsdreieck (5), an welchem das vorlaufende Ende der einzuziehenden Materialbahn (12) befestigt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einzugsdreieck (5) an der dem Einzugskanal zugewandten Seite (6) eine sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Einzugsrichtung (4) erstreckende Verformung (30) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verformung durch ein Verformungselement (31) gebildet wird. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verformungselement (31) sich parallel zu der der Einzugsvorrichtung (1) zugewandten Seite (6) des Einzugsdreieckes (5) erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verformung (30) wellenförmig oder sägezahnförmig ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe (36) der dem Einzugsdreieck (5) aufgeprägten Verformung (30) die Weite eines im Einzugskanal (2) gebildeten Kanalschlitzes (13) übersteigt, durch welchen hindurch sich das Einzugselement (3) nach außen erstreckt. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verformungselement (31) als profilierte flexible metallische Schiene ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verformungselement (31) in Einzugsrichtung (4) gesehen, eine Abfolge von Erhebungen (32) und Vertiefungen (33) aufweist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (35) des Verformungselementes (31) dessen Breite (34) um ein Vielfaches übersteigt. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verformungselement (31) als liegendes U-Profil beschaffen ist und seitlich auf das Einzugsdreieck (5) aufschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verformungselement (31) auf der Ober- oder der Unterseite des Einzugsdreieckes (5) befestigbar ist.
