Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Saugkopf für Saugreinigungsgeräte mit einer elektrisch betriebenen Bürstenwalze und einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung zur Arbeitsfeldbeleuchtung.
- Der Saugkopf ist durch ein Saugrohr und eine bewegliche Saugleitung mit dem Saugreinigungsgerät verbunden, welches auf dem Boden verfahrbar ist und ein Sauggebläse sowie einen Staubbeutel enthält. Der elektrische Teil des Saugkopfes ist durch eine Elektroleitung mit der Geräteelektrik des Sauggerätes verbunden. Alternativ kann der Saugkopf einen wiederaufladbaren Akku zum Betrieb seiner elektrischen Einrichtungen enthalten. Neben den beschriebenen Ausführungen für Bodenstaubsauger sind Kombinationen aus Saugkopf und Saugreinigungsgerät bekannt, die als Upright-Sauger bezeichnet werden. Das Saugreinigungsgerät ist hier durch ein kurzes Rohrstück schwenkbeweglich an den Saugkopf angeschlossen und weist an seinem rückwärtigen Ende einen Handgriff auf. Der Elektromotor der Bürstenwalze sowie die Beleuchtungseinrichtung des Saugkopfes sind an die Geräteelektrik des netzbetriebenen Saugreinigungsgerätes angeschlossen.
- Sowohl der Saugkopf für Bodenstaubsauger als auch der Saugkopf für Upright-Sauger sind zuweilen mit einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung zur Arbeitsfeldbeleuchtung ausgerüstet. Ein derartiger Saugkopf ist aus dem Dokument
US 5 467 501 bekannt. Im Rahmen der bekannten Maßnahmen weist die Beleuchtungseinrichtung als Leuchtmittel eine Glühlampe oder eine Leuchtstofflampe auf. Beide Ausführungen haben Nachteile. Glühlampen werden im Betrieb heiß, so dass bei den zumeist beengten Einbauverhältnissen Einrichtungen zur Kühlung und zur Sicherheitsabschaltung bei Überhitzung erforderlich sind. Ferner muss der Einbauraum für Glühlampen ausreichend temperaturbeständig ausgebildet sein. Glühwendeln insbesondere von Glühlampen, die bei Netzspannung betrieben werden und für kleine Leistungen ausgelegt sind, sind extrem dünn und stoßempfindlich. Um ausreichende Standzeiten beim Betrieb in einem Saugkopf zu gewährleisten, ist eine stoßgedämpfte Halterung erforderlich. Vorteilhafter ist die Verwendung von Leuchtstofflampen. Diese sind lichtstärker und stoßunempfindlicher. Sie erfordern jedoch einen großen Einbauraum und ein entsprechend großdimensioniertes Lichtaustrittfenster im Saugkopf. Die Ansteuerung der Leuchtstofflampe erfolgt konventionell über Drossel und Starter oder über ein elektronisches Vorschaltgerät. Beide Einrichtungen sind konstruktiv aufwendig. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine der Arbeitsfeldbeleuchtung dienende Beleuchtungseinrichtung an einem Saugkopf zu verbessern. Die Beleuchtungseinrichtung soll lichtstark und stoßunempfindlich sein und einen kleinen Einbauraum erfordern.
- Die Aufgabe wird bei einem Saugkopf für Saugreinigungsgeräte erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Beleuchtungseinrichtung eine Leuchtmittelanordnung aus mehreren ultrahellen Leuchtdioden, wie sie z.B. aus
US 5 561 346 bekannt sind, aufweist. Ultrahelle Leuchtdioden meint Leuchtdioden mit einer Lichtstärke von mehr als 1000 mCd (Milli Candela). Bevorzugt sind ultrahelle Leuchtdioden mit einer Lichtstärke von mehr 3000 mCd. Um höhere Lichtausbeuten bei gerichteter Lichtabstrahlung zu erreichen, werden die lichtemittierenden Dioden, auch LED-Chips genannt, in einem gestanzten Reflektor mit einem Leitkleber montiert. Der Reflektor bildet zumeist die Kathode. Die Anode wird über einen Gold- oder Aluminiumdraht kontaktiert. Die Anordnung ist zur technischen Handhabung in einen Kunststoffgehäuse untergebracht. Die optische Abstrahlcharakteristik der bedrahteten Leuchtdiode wird durch die Geometrie des Reflektors, die Form des Kunststoffgehäuses und die LED-Chipposition innerhalb des Gehäuses festgelegt. - Die erfindungsgemäß für die Beleuchtungseinrichtung eines Saugkopfes eingesetzte Leuchtmittelanordnung kann ultrahelle weiße Leuchtdioden aufweisen, die ein sehr helles Licht abgeben, das manchmal aber als kalt und wenig wohnlich empfunden wird. Die Lichtfarbe ist veränderbar, wenn Leuchtdioden, die monochromatisches Licht unterschiedlicher Wellenlänge abgeben, so miteinander kombiniert werden, dass eine Mischfarbe resultiert. In weiterer Ausgestaltung lehrt die Erfindung, dass die Leuchtmittelanordnung Leuchtmittel aus dicht nebeneinander angeordneten ultrahellen Leuchtdioden oder LED-Chips, die Licht in unterschiedlichen monochromatischen Lichtfarben abgeben, aufweist, wobei die Lichtmittel durch additive Farbmischung der abgegebenen Lichtstrahlen eine gewünschte Lichtfarbe ergeben. Im Rahmen der additiven Farbmischung werden zwei oder drei monochromatische Farben in aufeinander abgestimmter Helligkeit eingesetzt. Es versteht sich, dass die beschriebenen Leuchtmittel auch mit ultrahellen weißen Leuchtdioden beliebig kombiniert werden können, um ein helles Licht in gewünschter Lichtfarbe zu erzeugen.
- Die Leuchtdioden oder die aus Gruppen von Leuchtdioden oder LED-Chips bestehenden Leuchtmittel können ein Gehäuse mit integrierter Linse zur Bündelung der Lichtstrahlen aufweisen. Die im Rahmen der erfindungsgemäßen Lehre bevorzugten ultrahellen Leuchtdioden haben einen Abstrahlwinkel zwischen 20 und 30° und besitzen eine Lichtstärke von 3000 bis 5000 mCd.
- Lichtstarke Leuchtdioden weisen eine Reihe von Vorteilen auf, die erfindungsgemäß bei der Anwendung in einem Saugkopf für Saugreinigungsgeräte genutzt werden. So sind die erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Leuchtdioden klein, erschütterungsfest und haben eine praktisch unbegrenzt lange Lebensdauer. Sie entwickeln kaum Wärme und sind sparsam. Die erforderliche Kleinspannung kann aufgrund der sehr geringen Leistungen der Leuchtdioden mit einfachen Mitteln erzeugt werden.
- Einzelne Leuchtdioden sind zur Ausleuchtung des Arbeitsfeldes vor dem Saugkopf eines Saugreinigungsgerätes nicht ausreichend. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführung der Erfindung weist die Beleuchtungseinrichtung 5 bis 10 Leuchtdioden oder Leuchtmittel, die aus Gruppen verschieden farbiger Leuchtdioden bestehen, zur Ausleuchtung des Arbeitsfeldes auf. Dabei sind die Leuchtdioden/Leuchtmittel zweckmäßig zur Erzeugung eines Lichtkegels fächerförmig ausgerichtet. Die Abstrahlwinkel zwischen benachbarten Leuchtdioden/Leuchtmittel betragen vorzugsweise etwa 5 bis 10°. Die aus einer Mehrzahl, in ihrer Ausrichtung leicht fächerförmig angeordneten ultrahellen Leuchtdioden bestehende Leuchtmittelanordnung ergibt eine Helligkeit, die einer Glühlampe überlegen ist. Durch die gerichtete Lichtabstrahlung der ultrahellen Leuchtdioden erübrigen sich Reflektoren. Das ermöglicht eine einfache und platzsparende Unterbringung der Beleuchtungseinrichtung an der Frontseite eines Saugkopfes für Saugeinigungsgeräte.
Claims (5)
- Saugkopf für ein Saugreinigungsgerät mit einer elektrisch betriebenen Bürstenwalze und einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung zur Arbeitsfeldbeleuchtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungseinrichtung eine Leuchtmittelanordnung aus ultrahellen weißen Leuchtdioden und Leuchtmittel aus dicht nebeneinander angeordneten ultrahellen Leuchtdioden oder LED-Chips, die Licht in unterschiedlich monochromatischen Lichtfarben abgeben, aufweist, wobei die Leuchtmittel durch additive Farbmischung der abgegebenen Lichtstrahlen mit dem Licht der ultrahellen weißen Leuchtdioden eine gewünschte Lichtfarbe ergeben.
- Saugkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leuchtdioden oder die aus Gruppen von Leuchtdioden oder LED-Chips bestehenden Leuchtmittel ein Gehäuse mit integrierter Linse zur Bündelung der Lichtstrahlen aufweisen.
- Saugkopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leuchtdioden oder die aus Gruppen von Leuchtdioden oder LED-Chips bestehenden Leuchtmittel zur Erzeugung eines Lichtkegels fächerförmig ausgerichtet sind.
- Saugkopf nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass benachbarte Leuchtdioden/Leuchtmittel jeweils unter einem Winkel von 5 bis 10° fächerförmig zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
- Saugkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beleuchtungseinrichtung 5 bis 10 Leuchtdioden oder Leuchtmittel, die aus Gruppen verschieden farbiger Leuchtdioden bestehen, zur Ausleuchtung des Arbeitsfeldes aufweist.
