Definitions
- the invention relates to a fitting part according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Fitting parts of the aforementioned type are already known in many versions, including from DE 24 07 196 C3.
- a fitting part is formed from a faceplate and a drive rod that can be displaced longitudinally to it, the faceplate and pushing element being connected via a rivet bolt which on the one hand penetrates a hole in the faceplate and on the other hand penetrates an elongated hole in the pushing element, the rivet having a widened collar, with which the rivet laterally overlaps the longitudinal edges of the elongated hole.
- a common fitting part is formed from the two individual parts.
- T-shaped guide members are fixedly attached to the faceplate, which also extend through elongated holes in the push members and also provide screw guides. Thanks to the screw guides, the faceplate can be fixed to a window or door.
- a disadvantage of these known configurations is that a third component is required in each case for fastening the two essential components of the fitting part.
- a faceplate of a fitting part is also known, in which a bend running in the direction of the bottom of a fitting receiving groove is provided from a flat-rectangular cross-section faceplate, the depth of the bend being essentially the distance of a first step the groove corresponds to the bottom of the groove, so that the somewhat wider faceplate is supported on the groove step and the offset extends to the groove base at the same time.
- a hole is provided at the lowest point of the offset, through which a fastening screw can be inserted.
- knurling is provided on the section of the offset associated with the groove base, which knocks into a hole in the groove base after the fastening screw has been introduced and thus contributes to a larger friction surface.
- the above-mentioned fitting parts generally serve to form a connecting rod fitting, in which a pushing element referred to as a connecting rod interacts via bolts or directly with bolt interventions for setting or adjusting a ventilation position.
- the object of the invention is to provide a fitting part which can be produced as inexpensively and simply as possible and can be produced while avoiding additional work steps and / or fastening components.
- a fitting part which dispenses with additional fastening components, since the connecting elements are already formed entirely by the rail and are produced in one piece therewith.
- a fitting part with the features explained in more detail above can be produced in that the rail is produced from a metal profile bar with a flat cross-section, the wart-like or mushroom-shaped projections, for example, by a stamping and bending process, for example when the bars are cut to length.
- the dimensions of the material section can be dimensioned significantly larger, since the displaced material is displaced outwards to form the cylindrical projection.
- the bore in the material section serves to guide a fastening screw.
- the material section which anyway guides the pushing element, simultaneously serves as a guide for the fastening screw, also causes a shortening of the elongated holes which are necessarily to be provided in the pushing element.
- a countersink is provided in the rail for receiving a countersunk head of the fastening screw.
- the material of the rail that is to be displaced in any case can serve to lengthen or strengthen the section, but at the same time it prevents the screw heads from protruding over the rail.
- a further advantageous embodiment provides that the material section lies in a region of the rail which is provided with a rough surface structure facing the fastening surface of the fitting part.
- the rough surface structure should be understood, for example, as knurling, fine toothing or the like, as a result of which the usually smooth surface of such rails is provided with a structure which significantly increases the friction. As a result, a much stronger force is required to move the fitting part with respect to the fastening surface, so that the fastening screws are subjected to less bending stress.
- This is of particular advantage in the case of the invention, since the additional guide or fastening pieces, which usually provide support on the groove base or a rebate surface, are dispensed with.
- the rail has an end section that is bent upwards by a material thickness of the rail.
- the rail can overlap an adjacent fitting component in this end section and thus avoid necessary overlap connections, as is known, for example, from DE 36 37 317 C2.
- the material section is produced solely from the rail and points in the direction of the thrust member.
- the thrust member has a wart-like, material-uniform projection formed from it and facing the rail, which penetrates into an elongated hole in the rail.
- the pushing element has projections
- the rail with projections also penetrates into elongated holes of the pushing element.
- the projection in the thrust member has a bore in which a locking bolt of the fitting part is mounted. This takes advantage of the fact that the locking bolts present on some fitting parts need bores for fastening in the thrust member anyway.
- a further development of this embodiment provides that the bore in the thrust member has a thread and that the locking bolt carries a thread at its end assigned to the thrust member. A height adjustment of the locking bolt can thereby be effected, so that it can be adjusted as desired with respect to the rail and / or the thrust member.
- the locking bolt carries an eccentrically mounted mushroom head pin.
- the fitting part 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 consists essentially of the rail 2 and the thrust member designed as a drive rod 3, which is guided longitudinally displaceably below the rail 2.
- the rail 2 has a warty or mushroom-like cylindrical material section 4 protruding from the rail 2, which extends through the drive rod 3 in an elongated hole 5.
- the material section 4 is made of the same material as the rail 2, i.e. it is made from the material of the rail 2 by plastic deformation.
- the material section 4 is provided with a bore 6, which is visible in particular in FIG. 4. Through the bore 6, the material section 4 is formed overall like a rivet.
- the edge 7 of the material section 4 is deformed outwards for fastening the drive rod 3, as is clear from FIG. 4. It is thereby achieved that the edge 7 forms a projection 8 which engages behind the longitudinal edges 9 of the elongated hole 5, so that the drive rod 3 is fixed between the projection 8 and the rail 2 in the direction of the material section 4.
- the bore 6 in the material section 4 is designed to be able to carry out a fastening screw 10 for fastening the rail 2 to a wing of a window or a door.
- the fastening screw 10 shown in the exemplary embodiment is provided with a countersunk head 11, so that the fastening screw 10 does not protrude beyond the surface of the rail 2 in the assembled state.
- the rail 2 is also provided with a countersink 12 running coaxially with the bore 6.
- This embodiment is particularly advantageous in terms of production technology, since the displacing material of the rail 2 can be used simultaneously to form the material section 4 in order to produce the depression 12.
- the rail 2 is additionally provided with knurling or fine toothing 14 in an area 13 in which the material section 4 is arranged, which provides the otherwise smooth surface of the rail 2 with a rough surface structure.
- the rough surface structure is formed by fine toothing, which is introduced into the surface of the rail 2, for example in the manufacture of the rail 2, by means of a stamping and bending process.
- the rough surface structure faces at least one fastening surface of the fitting part 1.
- the knurling or fine toothing 14 can be provided in the fitting receiving groove 15 indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 4 in such a way that it is assigned to a groove 16 of the fitting receiving groove 15.
- the knurling or fine toothing 14 ensures that the rail 2 which is not supported on the groove base 17 is provided with additional security against longitudinal displacement. Because the rail 2 cannot be supported on the groove base 17, the fastening screw 10 is in fact subjected to bending when the rail 2 is subjected to a force, since the positive engagement of the countersunk head 11 in the depression 12 and, on the other hand, the engagement of the fastening screw in the groove base 17 allows a relative movement of the rail 2 with respect to the groove base 17 at high forces. As a result, the drive rod fitting formed from a plurality of fitting parts 1 can become ineffective.
- the end section 20 of the rail 2 is cranked upwards by the material thickness 21 of the rail 2. Thereby If necessary, the rail 2 can overlap an adjacent fitting component and thus cover a groove or a gap between fitting parts that abut one another.
- the end section 20 is provided with a cylindrical projection 22 which is pushed out of the material of the rail 2 and which can engage in a corresponding bore, for example equivalent to the bore 23 on the end portion 20 opposite the end portion 20.
- the rail 2 and the drive rod 3 are connected according to FIG. 4.
- a locking bolt which is firmly connected to the drive rod 3 is fastened to the drive rod 3.
- the drive rod 3 has the wart-like projection 26 shown in FIG. 4, made of the same material, formed from the thrust member and facing the rail 2, which also has a cylindrical shape and is provided with a bore 27.
- the projection 26 extends through an elongated hole 28 shown in FIG.
- the bore 27 of the material section 26 serves to fasten the locking bolt 25.
- the bore 27 is designed as a threaded bore and the locking bolt 25 is provided with a thread at its end assigned to the drive rod 3, so that it only has to be screwed in to fasten the locking bolt 25 to the drive rod 3.
- the locking bolt 25 is provided with a self-tapping thread, so that additional tapping in the bore 27 can be omitted.
- the locking bolt 25 is also easy and simple to assemble. This can advantageously also be adjusted in size 29 (FIG. 5), namely its height, by screwing it in or out.
- the locking bolt is fixed against turning, for example by the self-tapping threaded shaft of the locking bolt 25.
- special coatings fix the locking bolt 25 in any position and prevent rotation of the locking bolt when engaging in a bolt engagement.
- the locking bolt 25 is provided as a mushroom head pin in the exemplary embodiment shown, the mushroom head 30 being formed eccentrically to the threaded shaft 31. As a result, the interaction of the locking engagement and the locking bolt 25 can be adjusted by rotating the locking bolt 25.
- the elongated hole 28 for engaging the material section 26 is provided with knurls 14 and material sections 4 with holes 6 on the side of two areas. This is to ensure reliable transmission of the forces acting on the locking bolt 25 to the rail 2.
- the material section 26 does not protrude over the rail 2, but only dips into the elongated hole. At least an improved guidance of the drive rod 3 on the rail 2 is thereby achieved.
