Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine, mit den folgenden Schritten:
    Vorsehen eines Elements (8) zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes mit einem Spulenkörper-Einsatzbereich (9), an welchem ein Spulkörper (B) der Spinnmaschine angebracht wird, und einem Schneidebereich (10), der weiter unten als der Spulenkörper-Einsatzbereich (9) vorgesehen ist, so dass das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes entlang einer Klinge (5a) angehoben und abgesenkt wird, die sich von einem Spindelgrundbereich (5b) aus aufwärts erstreckt, und ein Garn (Y), das von einem Läufer (17) aus mit Spulenkörpergarn (16) verbunden ist, zwischen dem Element (8) zum Schneiden des Fadenendes und dem Spindelgrundbereich (5b) ergriffen wird;
    Anhalten einer Ringschiene (15) bei einem Bereich in der Nähe eines Anschlagbereichs zwischen dem Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes und dem Spindelgrundbereich (5b) während des Abnehmens;
    Anhalten einer Spindel (1) unter der Bedingung, dass das Garn (Y) um den Spindelgrundbereich (5b) herumgewickelt ist;
    Aufwärtsziehen des Spulenkörpergarns (16) mittels einer Abnehmeinrichtung (19) in diesen Zustand;
    Anheben des Elements (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes zusammen mit dem Spulenkörpergarn (16) bis zur Mitte des Ziehvorgangs;
    Führen des Garns (Y), das von dem Spulenkörpergarn (16) aus mit dem Läufer (17) verbunden ist, zwischen dem Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes und dem Spindelgrundbereich (5b); und
    Ergreifen des Garns (Y) zwischen dem Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes, das sich von dem Spulenkörpergarn (16) gelöst hat, und dem Spindelgrundbereich (5b), und Zerschneiden des Garns (Y) mittels des Schneidebereichs (10).
  2. Verfahren zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine nach Patentanspruch 1, bei welchem die Spindel (1) unter der Bedingung anhält, dass ungefähr eine Garnrolle aufgewickelt worden ist.
  3. Verfahren zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, weiter mit einem Niederhaltemittel (11, 12, 22), das zwischen der Klinge (5a) und dem Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes vorgesehen ist und dazu ausgestaltet ist, zu verhindern, dass das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes weiter als auf eine vorbestimmte Höhe zusammen mit dem Spulenkörpergarn (16) angehoben wird, wobei das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes sich von dem Spulenkörpergarn (16) löst, wenn das Spulenkörpergarn (16) über die vorbestimmte Höhe hinaus aufwärts gezogen wird.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine, bei welcher ein leerer Spulenkörper (B) an einer Spindel (1) angebracht wird und ein Spulenkörpergarn (16) mittels einer Abnehmeinrichtung (19) aufwärts gezogen wird und anschließend beim Neustart der Maschine Garn automatisch aufgewickelt wird, wobei die Vorrichtung folgendes aufweist:
    ein Element (8) zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes mit einem Spulenkörper-Einsatzbereich (9), an welchem ein Spulenkörper (B) angebracht ist, und einem Schneidebereich (10), der weiter unten als der Spulenkörper-Einsatzbereich (9) vorgesehen ist;
    einen Spindelgrundbereich (5b), von welchem aus sich eine Klinge (5a) erstreckt, wobei das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes dazu ausgestaltet ist, mit Bezug auf die Klinge (5a) angehoben und abgesenkt zu werden;
    Mittel, um das Element zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes stets gegen den Spindelgrundbereich (5b) zu drücken, um so ein Fadenende zwischen dem Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes und dem Spindelgrundbereich (5b) während des Abnehmens zu ergreifen; und
    ein Niederhaltemittel (11, 12, 22) zwischen dem Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes und der Klinge (5a), das verhindert, dass das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes weiter als um einen vorbestimmten Abstand von einer Position aus angehoben wird, wo das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes gegen den Spindelgrundbereich (5b) anliegt, und zwar während des Abnehmens.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine nach Patentanspruch 4, bei welcher das Niederhaltemittel eine Feder (11) ist, die zwischen dem inneren unteren Bereich des Elements (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes und einem Anschlag (12) vorgesehen ist, der an einer vorbestimmten Position der Klinge (5a) vorgesehen ist, und welche das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes stets hin zum Spindelgrundbereich (5b) vorspannt.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine nach Patentanspruch 4, bei welcher das Niederhaltemittel ein Anschlag (12, 22) ist, der an einer vorbestimmten Position der Klinge (5a) vorgesehen ist und gegen das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes anliegt, um zu verhindern, dass das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes weiter als um einen vorbestimmten Abstand angehoben wird.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine nach Patentanspruch 4, bei welcher die jeweiligen Anschlagflächen des Spindelgrundbereichs (5b) und des Schneidebereichs (10) nach außen hin zur unteren Seite geneigt sind.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine nach Patentanspruch 7, bei welcher ein geneigter Zahnbereich (5b1), der nach oben hervorsteht, an der Anschlagfläche des Spindelgrundbereichs (5b) ausgebildet ist und ein geneigter Zahnbereich (10b), der nach unten hervorsteht und mit dem geneigten Zahnbereich (5b1) im Eingriff ist, an der Anschlagfläche des Schneidebereichs (10) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine nach Patentanspruch 4, bei welcher, um das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes gegen den Spindelgrundbereich (5b) zu drücken, der Spindelgrundbereich (5b) und/oder das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes mit zumindest einem Magneten (20, 21) versehen ist.
  10. Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine nach einem der Patentansprüche 4 bis 9, bei welcher der Spulenkörper-Einsatzbereich (9) mit Mitteln (14, 23, 24, 25) zum Verstärken einer Passkraft mit Bezug auf den Spulenkörper (B) versehen ist.
  11. Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine nach einem der Patentansprüche 4 bis 10, bei welcher der Außendurchmesser des Schneidebereichs (10) des Elements (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes kleiner gemacht ist als der eines Bodenbereichs des Spulenkörpers (B) .
  12. Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine nach einem der Patentansprüche 4 bis 10, bei welcher ein Vorspannmittel (11) vorgesehen ist, um das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes hin zu dem Spindelgrundbereich (5b) unter der Bedingung vorzuspannen, dass sich das Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes an einer Position befindet, in der es gegen den Spindelgrundbereich (5b) anliegt.
  13. Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden eines Fadenendes für eine Spinnmaschine nach einem der Patentansprüche 4 bis 11, bei welcher zumindest eine der Anschlagflächen zwischen dem Element (8) zum Abschneiden des Fadenendes und dem Spindelgrundbereich (5b) rauh gemacht sein kann.
