Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Falzen von Bögen (2), insbesondere von bedruckten Papierbögen, wobei ein in einer Zuförderebene (7) liegend in einer Zuförderrichtung (F) zugeförderter Bogen (2) durch ein senkrecht -zur Zuförderebene (7) bewegbares gerades Schwert (6, 6') wenigstens zwei Anfalzelementen zugeführt, zur Bildung eines Falzes (8) zwischen diesen aufgenommen und in Richtung des Falzes weggefördert wird, ohne dass er ganz geschlossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anfalzelemente Anfalzrollen (4, 4') sind und dass der Bogen (2) nach dem Anfalzen zwischen wenigstens zwei Wegförderrollen (5, 5') aufgenommen und von diesen in Richtung des Falzes weggefördert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bogen (2) nach dem Aufnehmen durch die Anfalzrollen (4, 4') von diesen weiter senkrecht zur Zuförderebene (7) gefördert wird und anschliessend zwischen den wenigstens zwei Wegförderrollen (5, 5') aufgenommen und von diesen in Richtung des Falzes weggefördert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bogen (2) beim Wegfördern auf einen in Richtung des Falzes ausgerichteten Sattel (16) aufgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wegförderrollen (4, 4') den Bogen (2) im Bereich des Falzes (8) aufnehmen und wegfördern, während sich die seitlichen Ränder (2c, 2d) des Bogens (2) vorzugsweise wenigstens teilweise zwischen der Zuförderebene (7) und den Anfalzrollen (4, 4') befinden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anfalzrollen (4, 4') beim Bewegen des Bogens (2) durch die Anfalzrollen (4, 4') gegeneinander gedrückt werden und beim Wegfördern des Bogens (2) vorzugsweise voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wegförderrollen (5, 5') beim Wegfördern des Bogens (2) gegeneinander gedrückt werden und beim Fördern des Bogens (2) durch die Anfalzrollen (4, 4') vorzugsweise voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuförderrichtung (F) und die Richtung des Falzes übereinstimmen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Zufördereinrichtung (3, 3') zum Zufördern des Bogens (2) verwendet wird, die auch zum Wegfördern des gefalzten Bogens in Zuförderrichtung (F) dient.
- Vorrichtung zum Falzen von Bögen (2), insbesondere von bedruckten Papierbögen, mit einem Schwert (6, 6'), das eine gerade, in einer Zuförderebene (7) liegende obere Kante (6a) aufweist und senkrecht zur Zuförderebene (7) beweglich ist, und mit zwei Anfalzelementen zur Bildung eines Falzes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anfalzelemente wenigstens zwei parallel zur Zuförderebene (7) angeordnete Anfalzrollen (4, 4') sind, deren Drehachsen (9) jeweils parallel zu der Kante (6a) verlaufen, und dass wenigstens zwei Wegförderrollen (5, 5') vorhanden sind, deren Drehachsen (10) senkrecht zur Zuförderebene (7) verlaufen und die auf der der Zuförderebene (7) abgewandten Seite der Anfalzrollen (4, 4') und/oder seitlich von den Anfalzrollen -(4, 4') angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch einen Sattel zur Aufnahme von gefalzten Bögen (2), der stromabwärts vom Schwert (6, 6') angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anfalzrollen (4, 4') derart gegeneinander beweglich sind, dass zwischen ihnen ein Spalt gebildet wird, in dem der Bogen (2) beim Wegfördern verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch eine Zufördereinrichtung (3, 3') zum Zufördern eines liegenden Bogens (2) in einer Zuförderrichtung (F) in den Bereich zwischen dem Schwert (6, 6') und den Anfalzrollen (4, 4').
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Kante (6a) des Schwerts (6, 6') in Zuförderrichtung (F) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufördereinrichtung (3, 3') wenigstens zwei Transportbänder (3a, 3b, 3a', 3b') umfasst, die seitlich vom Schwert (6) parallel zu diesem angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, gekennzeichnet durch einen Anschlag für zugeförderte Bögen (2), der in der Zuförderebene (7) stromabwärts vom Schwert (6, 6') senkrecht zur Zuförderrichtung (F) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Wegförderrollen (5, 5') von der Zuförderebene (7) weniger als die halbe Bogenbreite beträgt.
- Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16 zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
- Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16 zum Falzen von Papierbögen mit einer Faserausrichtung quer zum Falz.
