- Planche de glisse comprenant un noyau central (10) en un matériau sensible à l'humidité, notamment en bois recouvert sur le dessus et le dessous de couches de semelle et de renfort (25, 28, 29, 30) et au moins un perçage traversant une couche de renfort et pénétrant dans le noyau, caractérisée par le fait qu'au niveau du perçage, le noyau comprend immédiatement sous la couche de renfort au moins un tasseau (14, 15, 40, 41, 42, 43) logé dans une rainure (12, 13, 36, 37, 38, 39) du noyau.
- Planche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le tasseau (14, 15, 40, 41, 42, 43) est dans une matière plastique insensible à l'humidité.
- Planche selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que le tasseau (14, 15, 40, 41, 42, 43) est en ABS.
- Planche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le noyau comprend deux tasseaux transversaux (14, 15) situés dans la zone centrale de la planche, et qu'elle présente deux perçages (31, 32) chacun réalisé au niveau d'un tasseau.
- Ensemble à skier sur neige comprenant une planche de glisse (1) et deux éléments de retenue (2, 3) d'une chaussure sur la planche, caractérisé par le fait que la planche est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 précédentes.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une planche de glisse, la planche comprenant un noyau central recouvert sur le dessous et le dessus de couches de semelle et de renfort, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les étapes d'usinage d'au moins une rainure (12, 13, 36, 37, 38, 39) de section définie dans une ébauche brute du noyau (10), de mise en place dans la rainure d'un tasseau (14, 15, 40, 41, 42, 43) qui remplit la rainure, d'assemblage du tasseau au reste de l'ébauche de noyau, d'usinage de l'ébauche de noyau pour lui donner la courbe d'épaisseur et de largeur désirée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau du tasseau (14, 15, 40, 41, 42, 43) est choisi parmi les matières plastiques insensibles à l'humidité.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau du tasseau (14, 15, 40, 41, 42, 43) est un ABS chargé de fibres.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que la rainure est transversale (12, 13) à l'ébauche de noyau et elle débouche sur les deux côtés de l'ébauche du noyau (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les phases suivantes de recouvrement du noyau usiné avec des couches de semelle et de renfort (25, 28, 29, 30) pour former une ébauche de planche, puis de perçage de l'ébauche de planche (31) au niveau du tasseau.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que l'ébauche brute de noyau est usinée selon deux rainures transversales (12, 13) situées dans la zone centrale du ski, que des tasseaux (14, 15) sont logés dans les rainures, et que l'ébauche de planche présente un perçage transversal qui traverse chacun des tasseaux.
