Abstract
Description
The invention first relates to a filter bag for a vacuum cleaner, with a holding plate and one Anthers, the anthers being tubular is with a closed free end area and an end region connected to the holding plate.
bekannt. Hier wird bspw. auf die EP B1 0 510 314 verwiesen.Filter bags of the type in question are from the
State of the art in various embodiments
known. Here, for example, reference is made to
In view of the prior art described above becomes a technical problem of the invention seen in it a filter bag of the one in question Art to train in an advantageous manner.
Diese Problematik ist zunächst und im Wesentlichen
durch die im Anspruch 1 angegebene Erfindung gelöst,
wobei darauf abgestellt ist, dass der Staubbeutel
aus zwei übereinandergelegten Lagen besteht, die in
Erstreckungsrichtung des Staubbeutels verlaufende Längsrandverhaftungen
und eine quer zu den Längsrandverhaftungen
verlaufende Querrandverhaftung des freien Endbereich
aufweisen, wobei die Längsrandverhaftungen in
einem solchen Abstand zueinander ausgeführt sind, der
die Erstreckung der Halteplatte übertrifft. Zufolge
Querschnitt vom Staubbeutelinneren her betrachteten
Halteplatte zuordbaren oberen Querrandkante. Diese
Querrandkante, bevorzugt Faltkante, erstreckt sich
weiter bevorzugt parallel zu einer Halteplatten-Randkante;
weiter bevorzugt mittig der Halteplatte. Diese
Verbindungszone der Lagen -Querrandverhaftung oder
Querrandfaltung- ist bevorzugt unterbrochen durch eine
vorgesehene Staubbeutel-Füllöffnung, welche in Überdekkung
In diesem
This problem is first and foremost
solved by the invention specified in
The invention further relates to a method for Manufacture of a filter bag for a vacuum cleaner, with a holding plate and a dust bag, the Anthers due to folding and arrest from one Material web is formed by closing one free end area and connecting the other end area to the holding plate. Such methods of manufacture of filter bags are known. Come here especially paper materials, but also textile or Non-woven materials for the dust bag are used. Around a procedure of the type in question in particular regarding the improvement of the dust bag cross-sectional design to improve it is suggested that the material web with such a cross to Length of the anther considered width is chosen that the assigned extension of the Holding plate is surpassed and that the holding plate in a handling area of the material web on this is applied. As a result of this configuration is a Process for producing a filter bag specified by means of which a filter bag with a rectangular anther cross-section, at least in that area of the adjoining the holding plate Dust bag can be produced. The one about the extension material web sections protruding from the holding plate form in the erected state of the dust bag, d. H. in the operating state thereof, which side walls preferred in a projection outside the holding plate floor plan extend. The holding plate is here preferably elongated, wherein whose longitudinal axis preferably extends to the longitudinal extent of the anther extends and overlaps the transhipment area of the material web. This transhipment area - Folded edge - is, at least originally, continuous educated. Die Halteplatte 2 ist im Grundriss langgestreckt rechteckig
ausgebildet und besteht in dem dargestellten
Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem üblichen, mehrlagigen
Pappe-Papier-Werkstoff. Denkbar ist jedoch auch eine
Kunststoffausbildung der Halteplatte 2. Nahe einem
schmalseitigen Endbereich ist mit Abstand zur zugeordneten
Querrandkante 4 die Halteplatte 2 zur Bildung einer

Der Staubbeutel 3 ist schlauchartig ausgebildet mit
einem verschlossenen freien, einen Beutelboden bildenden
Endbereich 6 und einem an die Halteplatte 2 angebundenen
Endbereich 7.

In the illustrated embodiment, there is a nonwoven material

folgend dargestellt.6 schematically shows a process sequence for

Zunächst wird zur Bildung der aufeinander liegenden
Lagen 8 und 9 eine Staubbeutel-Materialbahn 23 mittig
umgeschlagen, wonach im Bereich der hierbei gebildeten
Umschlaglinie 10 durch halbkreisförmige Ausstanzung
oder dergleichen die Staubbeutel-Füllöffnung 16 ausgeformt
wird. Hiernach erfolgt ein Ablängen der doppellagigen
Materialbahn zur Bildung von Längsrändern 11
(Verfahrensschritt Ia).First, the formation of the superimposed
Fig. 7 Verprägungen beidseitig der gewünschten Faltlinien
vorgenommen, wodurch in diesen vorverprägten Bereichen

In addition, it is as shown in the

Der in Fig. 17 schematisch dargestellte Verfahrensablauf
zeigt entsprechend dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel,
dass zunächst zur Bildung der übereinander liegenden
Lagen 8 und 9 eine Materialbahn 23 um eine Umschlaglinie

durch Verklebung und bei einem Staubbeutelmaterial
aus bspw. einem Vlies durch Verschweißung.Subsequently, in a further process step

befüllenden Filterbeutels 1, dessen Seitenwände 20 so
Finally, by placing the
