Abstract

Die Zahnradförderpumpe weist ein in einer Pumpenkammer (14) eines Gehäuses (10,12) angeordnetes, rotierend angetriebenes Paar miteinander kämmender Zahnräder (16,18) auf, die Kraftstoff aus einem Ansaugraum (26) entlang zwischen den Umfängen der Zahnräder (16,18) und Umfangswänden (15) der Pumpenkammer (14) gebildeten Förderkanälen (30) in einen Druckraum (28) fördern. Eines der Zahnräder (16) weist eine Bohrung (32) auf und ist auf der Antriebswelle (22) befestigt, die im Gehäuse (10) drehbar gelagert ist. Auf der Antriebswelle (22) ist wenigstens ein radial elastisches Verbindungselement (40) angeordnet, das in die Bohrung (32) des Zahnrads (16) eingepresst ist. Das Verbindungselement (40) ermöglicht die drehschlüssige Befestigung des Zahnrads (16) auf der Antriebswelle (22) und bildet eine Überlast-Sicherungsvorrichtung. Das Verbindungselement (40) ermöglicht durch dessen radiale Elastizität einen Toleranzausgleich zwischen Antriebswelle (22) und Zahnrad (16) in radialer Richtung.
