Abstract

Bien entendu, la mise en place du dispositif avec sa paille avec le couvercle se fait avec une orientation angulaire relative déterminée. Claims (7)

  1. Device for automatically extracting a straw, intended for carrying out the process in which there is placed in a can (3) closed off by a lid (14), a device of the type comprising a straw support member (7) consisting of an elastically deformable retaining arm (8) adapted to be tensioned by elastic deformation, by the action of the lid when it is attached, characterised in that the lid (14) comprises opening means (4) adapted to move a precut tab (5) into the can, and in that the device comprises a retaining tube (10) for the straw, said elastically deformable retaining arm (8) being such that one of the ends is connected to a peripheral ring or annular ring (9) which is sandwiched during the crimping of the can between the lid (14) and more particularly its crimping groove (31) and the upper peripheral rim of the opening of the can, while the free end of the arm (8) comprises the retaining tube portion (10) for the straw, and in that the deformation of the retaining arm is effected by direct action of the lid (14) on the straw, the retaining arm (8) comprising an actuating arm (18) adapted to be activated and moved by the precut tab (5) when the can is opened.
  2. Straw extraction device according to claim 1, characterised in that it is advantageously made in one piece by injection moulding plastics, the annular ring (9) comprising a succession of deformable lips (15) which are sandwiched peripherally during the crimping of the can between the lid (14) and more particularly its crimping groove (31) and the upper peripheral rim of the opening of the can.
  3. Straw extraction device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the resilient connection of the retaining arm (8) to the peripheral ring (9) is formed by the succession of two resiliently deformable zones: a first deformation zone (16) allowing the retaining arm (8) to pivot horizontally about a vertical pivot axis (XX') and a second deformation zone (17) distinct from the first deformation zone (15) allowing the arm (8) to pivot vertically about a horizontal pivot axis (YY').
  4. Process for positioning the device according to any one of the preceding claims in a can, characterised in that it comprises tensioning said arm (8) by direct or indirect action on the lid during the attachment of said lid (14) to said device (1).
  5. Process according to claim 4, characterised in that it comprises the following preliminary steps:
    a) fixing the straw to the retaining arm to form an intermediate sub-assembly (30), specifically the straw (2)/extraction device (1) sub-assembly;
    b) attaching the intermediate sub-assembly (30) to the lid to form a closing sub-assembly (31).
  6. Process according to claim 5, characterised in that it comprises the following complementary steps:
    c) filling the container (3) with the desired beverage;
    d) placing the closing sub-assembly in the container;
    e) crimping the lid (34) onto the container (3).
  7. Process according to one of claims 5 and 6, characterised in that it comprises tensioning the retaining arm (8) by the action of the lid on the straw (2) retained by the arm.
