Description

  • Le systême de détection des fins de course est effectuè par deux détecteurs de proximité inductifs plaçés sur des lanières souples L ou support mobiles.
  • La détection de fin de course dans le sens couvrir la piscine (débobinnage du volet) est effectuée en détectant la présence métallique de l'axe A d'enroulement du volet une fois que celui-ci est déroulé ou en détectant la présence d'un élément métallique plaçé dans ou sur les dernières lames du volet.
  • La détection de fin de course dans le sens découvrir la piscine (rembobinnage du volet) est effectuée en détectant la présence d'un élément métallique EM placé dans ou sur les premières lames du volet
  • Un système de détection de fin de course pour volet de couverture de piscine flotant a été proposé dans le brevet US 5 524 302.
  • Le système se caractérise par un ou des support(s) de détecteurs , qui sont souples ou mobiles afin d'appliquer le ou les détecteurs de fin de course sur le parcours de la couverture de piscine (couverture flottant sur la piscine). Les supports souples ou mobiles peuvent être placès dans ou hors de l'eau.
  • La figure illustre la détection de fin de course de couverture de la piscine lorsque le volet est complètement déroulé respectivement lorsque le volet est rembobiné.
  • Réalisation possible de l'invention :
  • Les détecteurs D de présence métallique sont placès sur des lanières souples L. Ces lanières sont maintenues en contact permanent avec le volet grâce à un contrepoids C.
  • La détection de fin de course du mouvement de couverture de la piscine est effective lorsque le volet étant tout déroulé , l'axe métallique A est détecté.
  • La détection de fin de course du mouvement de découvrement de la piscine est effective lorsque le volet étant pratiquement rembobiné, le métal EM contenu dans les lames de tête est détecté .
  • Les détecteurs utilisés ont un degré de protection IP67 ou IP68 selon la profondeur d'immersion .

Claims (4)

  1. Système de détection de fin de course immergé pour volet de couverture de piscine flottant, comportant au moins un détecteur de présence métallique (D) coopérant avec au moins un élément métallique (EM, A), ledit élément métallique étant constitué de l'axe d'enroulement métallique (A) dudit volet de couverture ou par un élément métallique (EM) faisant partie des lames de tête dudit volet de couverture, caractérisé en ce que ledit détecteur (D) est placé sur des lanières souples (L), lesdites lanières étant maintenues en contact permanent avec ledit volet de couverture de la piscine par un contrepoids (C), ledit détecteur (D) détectant la fin de course dans le sens du déroulement dudit volet de couverture lorsqu'il entre en contact avec l'axe d'enroulement métallique (A), et détectant la fin de course dans le sens de l'enroulement dudit volet de couverture lorsqu'il détecte la présence de l'élément métallique (EM) faisant partie des lames de tête de ladite couverture.
  2. Système de détection de fin de course immergé pour volet de couverture de piscine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément métallique (EM) est placé dans ou sur les dernières lames dudit volet de couverture.
  3. Système de détection de fin de course immergé pour volet de couverture de piscine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite détection placée sur lesdites lanières souples (L) comprend deux détecteurs de proximité inductifs.
  4. Système de détection de fin de course immergée pour volet de couverture de piscine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits détecteurs (D) ont un degré de protection IP67 ou IP68 selon la profondeur d'immersion.
