Claims (4)

  1. Immersed end-of-run detection system for a floating swimming pool cover shutter, comprising at least one metal detector (D) co-operating with at least one metal element (EM,A), said metal element being made of the metal winding axle (A) of said cover shutter or of a metal element (EM) belonging to the leading slats of said cover shutter, characterised in that said detector (D) is located on flexible straps (L), said straps being kept in permanent contact with said swimming pool cover shutter by a counterweight (C), said detector (D) detecting the end of the run in the unwinding direction of said cover shutter when it comes into contact with the metal winding axle (A), and detecting the end of the run in the winding direction of said cover shutter when it detects the presence of the metal element (EM) belonging to the leading slats of said cover.
  2. Immersed end-of-run detection system for a swimming pool cover shutter according to Claim 1, characterised in that said metal element (EM) is positioned in or on the last slats of said cover shutter.
