Claims (9)
- Dichteinheit für das Rotorgehäuse einer Offenend-Rotorspinnvorrichtung mit einer schwimmend gelagerten Dichtscheibe (2) und einer Trägerplatte (10) mit einer Bohrung (4), die von einer Dichtkante (11) umgeben ist, welche mit der schwimmend gelagerten Dichtscheibe (2) zusammenarbeitet, wobei die Dichtscheibe (2) mittels eines elastischen Elementes (3) an der Trägerplatte (10) gehalten ist, und eine Durchgangsbohrung (22) für den Durchtritt eines Rotorschaftes besitzt, und ein Anschlag (5,32) vorgesehen ist, der für die Dichtscheibe (2) in vertikaler Richtung eine Unterstützung bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Element (3) an der Trägerplatte (10) befestigt ist.
- Dichteinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterstützung durch einen im wesentlichen unterhalb der Dichtscheibe (2) angeordneten Kante (5) besteht, die an der Trägerplatte (10) angeordnet ist.
- Dichteinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterstützung durch einen Vorsprung (32) am elastischen Element (3) gebildet wird, der in eine Aussparung (23) der Dichtscheibe (2) eingreift.
- Dichteinheit nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerplatte (10) mit einem Gegenstück, beispielsweise in Form einer Gegenscheibe (6), zusammenarbeitet, wodurch zwischen beiden die Wandung des Gehäuses einer Offenend-Rotorspinnvorrichtung aufgenommen wird, so daß die Dichteinheit (1) am Rotorgehäuse befestigbar ist.
- Dichteinheit nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerplatte (10) einen Durchmesser zwischen 35 mm und 75 mm besitzt.
- Dichteinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerplatte (10) einen Durchmesser zwischen 40 mm und 60 mm besitzt.
- Dichteinheit nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtscheibe (2) einen Durchmesser zwischen 34 mm und 60 mm besitzt.
- Dichteinheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtscheibe (2) einen Durchmesser zwischen 38 mm und 50 mm besitzt.
- Dichteinheit nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtscheibe (2) einen Durchmesser zwischen 40 mm und 45 mm besitzt.
