Abstract
Description
Das erfindungsgemässe, mit dem Führungselement in Verbindung bringbare Stellelement ist von einem Anwender schnell und einfach sowie ohne Werkzeug in eine vorgespannte Freigabestellung bringbar, in der das Auflageelement gegenüber dem Führungselement versetzbar ist. Nach der Versetzung des Auflageelementes in die gewünschte Position federt das Stellelement mit Hilfe der Vorspannkraft wieder zurück in seine Ausgangsstellung, in der es wiederum formschlüssig mit dem Auflageelement zusammenwirkt. Das wirtschaftlich fertigbare Stellelement ist einfach im Aufbau, besteht beispielsweise aus Kunststoff und ist spritztechnisch herstellbar.
Eine ebenfalls genaue, parallel zur Setzrichtung verlaufende Führung zwischen dem Auflageelement und dem Führungselement wird dadurch erreicht, indem das Auflageelement zweckmässigerweise auf einer Innenseite zwei einander zugewandte, parallel zur Setzrichtung verlaufende zweite Führungsbereiche aufweist, die formschlüssig mit einer sich parallel zur Setzrichtung erstreckenden, an einer Aussenseite des Führungselementes angeordneten Führungsrippe zusammenwirken.

Claims (9)
- Schraubgerät zum Setzen von in einem streifenförmigen Schraubenmagazin (17) angeordneten Schrauben (18) mit einer Schraubvorrichtung, die ein Gehäuse (1), ein Führungselement (2), ein Auflageelement (6), ein Stellelement (10) und einen senkrecht zur Setzrichtung der Schrauben (18) erstreckenden Führungskanal (25) aufweist, wobei das Gehäuse (1) fest mit dem Schraubgerät in Verbindung bringbar ist, das Führungselement (2), das Auflageelement (6) das Stellelement und der Führungskanal (25) gegenüber dem Schraubgerät entgegen der Setzrichtung gegen die Kraft einer Feder (20) versetzbar sind, das Führungselement (2) einen senkrecht zur Setzrichtung der Schrauben (18) abragenden Träger (4) für das Schraubenmagazin (17) aufweist, das Auflageelement (6) gegenüber dem Führungselement (2) parallel zur Setzrichtung stufenweise versetzbar ist und wenigstens eine Ausnehmung (9) sowie eine Auflagefläche (7) aufweist, die das Führungselement (2) setzrichtungsseitig überragt und das Stellelement der Festlegung des Auflageelementes (6) an dem Führungselement (2) dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageelement (6) mehrere parallel zur Setzrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Ausnehmungen (9) aufweist und das Stellelement (10) elastisch ausgebildet ist, mit dem Führungselement (2) in Verbindung steht sowie in einer entspannten Ausgangsstellung, formschlüssig mit wenigstens einer Ausnehmung (9) des Auflageelementes (6) zusammenwirkt und in einer vorgespannten Freigabestellung eine Versetzung des Auflageelementes (6) gegenüber dem Führungselement (2) sowie dem Stellelement (10) ermöglicht.
- Schraubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Stellelement (10) wenigstens einen elastischen Arm (11) besitzt, der in einer sich senkrecht zur Setzrichtung und senkrecht zur Längserstreckung des Führungskanals (25) erstreckenden Ebene schwenkbar ist und eine Verriegelungszunge (14) aufweist, die zur Verbindung des elastischen Stellelementes (10) mit dem Führungselement (2) mit wenigstens einem Anschlag (32) des Führungselementes (2) formschlüssig in Verbindung bringbar ist.
- Schraubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit dem Führungselement (2) in Verbindung stehende Stellelement (10) parallel zur Setzrichtung begrenzt versetzbar ist, damit eine parallel zur Setzrichtung gemessene Höhe (H) des von dem Stellelement (10) und dem Führungselement (2) gebildeten Führungskanals (25) veränderbar ist.
- Schraubvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastische Arm (11) des Stellelementes (10) einen Verbindungssteg (12) aufweist, der zur axialen Festlegung des Auflageelementes (6) an dem Führungselement (2) formschlüssig in eine der Ausnehmungen (9) des Auflageelementes (6) ragt.
- Schraubvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Stellelement (10) zwei in der gleichen Ebene zueinander schwenkbare elastische Arme (11) aufweist, die entgegen der Setzrichtung von einem Boden (15) des Stellelementes (10) abragen.
- Schraubvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Stellelement (10) zwei einander gegenüberliegende, sich parallel zur Setzrichtung erstreckende Führungsleisten (13) aufweist, die formschlüssig in zwei einander gegenüberliegende Führungsnuten (5) des Auflageelementes (6) ragen, die sich ebenfalls parallel zur Setzrichtung erstrecken.
- Schraubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflagelement (6) auf einer Aussenseite zwei einander gegenüberliegende, sich parallel zur Setzrichtung erstreckende, erste Führungsbereiche (27) aufweist, die formschlüssig mit sich parallel zur Setzrichtung erstreckenden, an einer Innenseite des Gehäuses (1) angeordneten, einander zugewandten Führungskanten (3) zusammenwirken.
- Schraubvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageelement (6) auf einer Innenseite zwei einander zugewandte, parallel zur Setzrichtung verlaufenden zweite Führungsbereiche (28) aufweist, die formschlüssig mit einer sich parallel zur Setzrichtung erstreckenden, an einer Aussenseite des Führungselementes (2) angeordneten Führungsrippe (29) zusammenwirken.
- Schraubvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Führungskanal (25) zwei einander gegenüberliegende Führungsstege (22, 23) ragen.
