Figur 5 zeigt ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel, in welchem wiederum gleiche Bezugszeichen gleiche Elemente bezeichnen. Dieses Ausführungsbeispiel unterscheidet sich von demjenigen der Figuren 1 und 2, bzw. 4, dadurch, dass neben der den Walzen 8 und 13 gemeinsamen Stützwalze 14 noch zusätzlich jeweils eine eigene Stützwalze 32 für die Walze 8, bzw. 33 für die Walze 11, vorgesehen ist. Die Walzen 32 und 33 sind dabei jeweils um Achsen 34, bzw. 35, drehbar. Claims (8)
- Two-roll rounding machine having a compressively elastic guiding roll (3, 5) and a compressively rigid rounding roll (6) wherein the rounding roll is acted upon by at least one additional compressively elastic roll (8, 10; 11, 13; 21, 23) characterised in that the two-roll rounding machine comprises a control device (17) that controls the drive (16) of the driven rolls and is arranged so that a sheet-metal blank (20) to be rounded executes at least two passes through the guiding roll and rounding roll.
- Two-roll rounding machine according to claim 1 characterised in that the further compressively elastic roll (8, 10; 11, 13; 21, 23)is acted upon by a compressively rigid supporting roll.
- Two-roll rounding machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that two compressively elastic further rolls ((8, 10; 11, 13) are provided which lie on both sides of the plane (E) going through the axes (4, 7) of guiding roll (3, 5) and rounding roll (6).
- Two-roll rounding machine according to claim 3, characterised in that both of said two compressively elastic rolls (8, 10; 11, 13) are acted upon by a common compressively rigid supporting roll (14).
- Two-roll rounding machine according to claim 3 or claim 4, characterised in that both of said two compressively elastic rolls (8, 10; 11, 13) are acted upon each by an own compressively rigid supporting roll (32, 33).
- Two-roll rounding machine according to one of claims 1 to 5 characterising in that a guide device (30, 31) is provided for leading the rounded sheet-metal blank between the rounding roll (6) and the further roll (8).
- Two-roll rounding machine according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterising in that the rounding roll has a diameter of 30 mm to 80 mm.
- A method for rounding of sheet-metal blanks into tubular bodies by a two-roll rounding machine according to one of claims 1 to 7 characterising in that the sheet-metal blank (20) to be rounded is passed at least two times between the guiding roll (3, 5) and the rounding roll (6).
