Definitions
- the invention relates to the field of the furniture industry. It affects you Table with a foldable frame and a method of folding the table.
- Folding tables which for space saving reasons when not in use or can be folded up during transport are known for example, the Dauphin Agenda model or the 4950 model Kusch & Co. These well-known folding tables have a construction-related feature a high all-round frame, folded into a T-shaped Tubular steel frame dipped. The all-round frame and that for use Coming relatively thick steel pipe are the reason that the folding tables disadvantageous usually look quite chunky.
- Tables with a steel wire frame which are characterized by a distinguish particularly filigree optics, for example model no. 6530/6533 from Casala or the Tension model from Paustian.
- the frames of this Tables are made of a relatively thin steel wire. Because of the static advantageous employment of the wire struts to the table top is despite the low Material cross-section achieved sufficient stability of the frame. So far, however, none of the steel wire table on the market has via a foldable frame.
- the invention tries to overcome this disadvantage of the known state of the art Avoid technology. It is based on the task of a table with one to develop foldable steel wire frame, which looks and feels very filigree folds up easily.
- this is a table top and a Steel wire frame with four vertical struts and four existing cross struts Folding table achieved in that the vertical struts on the one hand in a fixed top with the table top connected table front edge profile are rotatably mounted and on the other hand, are not rotatably mounted horizontally in rolls below, the Vertical struts are only arranged in one half of the rollers and in the other half of the rollers, the cross struts are rotatably mounted horizontally are, and the cross braces at their upper end in one on the bottom of the Table top arranged anchor plate are fixed.
- the anchor plate has a pan in which a slotted cylindrical tension plate with a positive fit milled flat surface and a rubber buffer is arranged
- the Spring washer can be pressed into the anchor plate by means of an eccentric lever, which via a pin arranged centrally in the pan around the horizontal axis is rotatably connected to the anchor plate and in the penetration area of the Anchor plate is not rotatably guided by means of a square cross-section, with the pin on the side of the anchor plate assigned to the table top with a nut is screwed and a disc spring between the nut and the anchor plate is arranged.
- the plate spring is advantageous when you flip the Eccentric lever any tolerances and ensures that the Spring washer with a constant force in the pan of the anchor plate is pressed.
- the rubber buffer of the tensioning disc prevents the scratching Table top when stacked when folded.
- the table front edge profile over a cavity has, in which a bumper is arranged. This can cause scratch damage be prevented when the end edges of several tables collide.
- rollers are covered with a rubber tube, because this prevents scratching damage on the floor and when the tables are stacked on top of one another in the folded state.
- honeycomb table top is also an advantage because the overall weight of the table is particularly low.
- the eccentric lever To fold the frame, the eccentric lever must be swiveled through 180 ° and the washer can be pivoted out of the pan, around the Axis of rotation of the roller, followed by the vertical struts and the cross struts unfolded around the axis of rotation of the rollers and flat on the Table base so that two of the four rollers on the Place the underside of the table top on.
- Fig. 1 shows a side view of the long side
- Fig. 2 shows a side view of the Front of a folding table according to the invention. Both figures were supposed to better understanding at the same time.
- the table consists of one Table top 1 and a foldable, very filigree-looking steel wire frame 2.
- the steel wire frame 2 in turn consists of four vertical struts 3 and four Cross struts 4.
- the vertical struts 3 are in one at their upper end Table front edge profile 5, which is described in more detail below according to FIG. 6 is rotatably supported.
- the vertical struts 3 are each in rolls 6 not rotatably mounted.
- the vertical struts 3 are each only in one half the rollers 6, i.e. up to the center of the rollers 6.
- the cross struts 4 are rotatably mounted, i.e. at her bottom At the end of the cross struts 4 are rotatably mounted. They are at their top end on the other hand, firmly fixed in an anchor plate 7 on the underside of the table top 1. On in this way a triangular force structure is given, which despite the two articulation points a very stable table frame enables.
- the folding table is therefore stable and still looks delicate.
- FIG. 3 shows a section through the anchor plate and clamping washer along the Line III-III in FIG. 2, while FIG. 4 shows a section through the tensioning disk 9 along the line IV-IV in Fig. 3.
- the anchor plate 7 has for this purpose a pan 8 in which a slotted form-fitting cylindrical clamping disc 9 with a milled flat surface 10 and one Rubber buffer 11 is arranged.
- the clamping disc 9 is in the anchor plate 7th pressed by means of an eccentric lever 12.
- the eccentric lever 12 is with the Anchor plate 7 via a pin 13 arranged centrally in the pan 8 around the Horizontal axis rotatably connected.
- FIG. 5 is a section through the anchor plate 7 along the line V-V in FIG. 3 shown. It can be seen that in the penetration area of the anchor plate 7 the Pin 13 has a square cross-section, so that it is thus in this area is not rotatably guided. The pin 13 is also on the tabletop 1 associated side of the anchor plate 7 screwed with a nut 14. Between the nut 14 and the anchor plate 7, a plate spring 15 is arranged. The Disc spring 15 is equal to any tolerances when the eccentric lever 12 is turned and thus ensures that the clamping disc 9 with a constant Force is pressed into the pan 8 of the anchor plate 7.
- the eccentric lever 12 by 180 ° is pivoted and the tensioning disk 9 is removed from the pan 8 of the anchor plate 7 pivoted out, namely about the axis of rotation 16 of the rollers 6. Then the Vertical struts 3 and the cross struts 4 about the axis of rotation 16 of the rollers 6 unfolded and placed flat on the underside of the table top 1.
- FIG. 6 is a side view of three stacked collapsed folding tables according to the invention represents.
- two of the four rollers 6 are on the Underside of table top 1.
- the other two roles 6 serve as Stacking buffers in the space-saving stacking of the invention Folding tables. So that the next table top 1 is not scratched, the Rolls 6 covered with a rubber tube.
- the next one is also located Table top 1 also on the rubber buffers 11 of the clamping disks 9. by virtue of of which the folding table can be placed on an optically disadvantageous all-round frame the folding frame is swung in, do without.
- the vertical struts 3 serve in the folded state of the tables advantageously as handles.
- the table can therefore be easily transported.
- An advantage is B. also the use of a honeycomb table top, which the table lightweight and therefore easy to use.
- the table front edge profile 5 is shown in more detail.
- the vertical struts 3 are rotatably mounted.
- the Table front edge profile 5 is in one with the table top 1 by means of a tongue 17 Slot of the table top 1 firmly connected. It is advantageous if, as in FIG. 7 shown, the table front edge profile 5 has a cavity in which a bumper 18 is inserted. This can cause scratch damage when Impact of the front edges of the table tops 1 can be prevented.
