Claims (12)
- Mäkler mit Wechselvorrichtung für hydraulische Arbeitsgeräte, mit einem Grund- und einem Führungsschlitten, die auf einer Führungsschiene gleiten und miteinander durch eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung verkoppelbar sind, undhydraulischen Zuführungen am Grundschlitten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Grundschlitten eine Platte mit vorzugsweise mehreren hydraulisch beaufschlagbaren Kuppelelementen auf der zum Führungsschlitten zugewandten Seite aufweist, die auf einer nicht zum Führungsschlitten zugewandten Seite mit den hydraulischen Zuführungen am Grundschlitten verbunden sind undder Führungsschlitten einen Kupplungsblock mit je einer Gegenaufnahme für jedes Kuppelelement auf der zum Grundschlitten zugewandten Seite aufweist, wobei die Gegenaufnahmen auf der zum Arbeitsgerät hin gerichteten Seite des Kupplungsblocks mit den Hydraulikschläuchen des Arbeitsgerätes verbunden sind.
- Mäkler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Kuppelelemente oder Gegenaufnahmen als Ventile ausgebildet sind unddie Ventile eine Vorrichtung aufweisen, durch welche sie schließ- und öffenbar sind.
- Mäkler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kuppelelemente auf der Platte in Form von Steckern, die Gegenaufnahmen auf dem Kupplungsblock in Form von Muffen ausgebildet sind.
- Mäkler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Kuppelelemente und der Gegenaufnahmen gleich der Maximalzahl der bei den unterschiedlichen Arbeitsgeräten auftretenden Hydraulikleitungen entspricht.
- Mäkler nach Anspruch 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Platte schwimmend gelagert ist und Elemente zum Ausrichten der Platte in der Plattenebene aufweist, die mit den entsprechenden Gegenelementen im Kupplungsblock zusammenarbeiten. - Mäkler nach einem der Anspruch 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kupplungsblock auf der Seite der Gegenaufnahmen einen Leckölkanal aufweist
und der Leckölkanal mit einer Ölauffangwanne verbunden ist. - Mäkler nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Arbeitsgerät eine Speichereinheit aufweist, in der Informationen über das Arbeitsgerät, vorzugsweise hydraulische und elektrische Betriebsdaten, abgelegt sind. - Mäkler nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Speichereinheit batterielos, vorzugsweise unter Verwendung von einem NMOS-EPROM oder FRAM, arbeitet. - Mäkler nach einem der Ansprüche 7 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Führungs- oder Grundschlitten ein Lese-/Schreibgerät für elektronische Daten vorgesehen ist, das mit der Speichereinheit zusammenarbeitet und aus der Speichereinheit ausgelesene Daten als Signale an die Maschinensteuerung des Mäklers und/oder Signale von der Maschinensteuerung als Daten an die Speichereinheit weiterleitet.
- Mäkler nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die ausgelesenen Daten Informationen zur hydraulischen Beaufschlagung der Kupplunkselemente auf der Platte enthalten. - Mäkler nach einem der Ansprüche 7 - 10, gekennzeichnet durch
die Verwendung eines Handterminals, das die Eigenschaften des Lesegerätes aufweist. - Mäkler nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die elektrischen Zuleitungen des Arbeitsgerätes Steckverbindung aufweisen und die Steckverbindung zwischen Grundschlitten und Verriegelungsvorrichtung ausgebildet sind.
