Claims (16)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Ausgeben zumindest eines Produkts, mit zumindest einem eigentlichen Ausgabeglied (88, 90) zum Ausgeben des bzw. eines jeden Produkts und Mitteln zum Versorgen des bzw. eines jeden Glieds mit Produkten, wobei die Versorgungsmittel eine einzige Versorgungsleitung (12; 82) aufweisen, die mit zumindest einer Produktentnahmestelle (14, 16, 18; 84, 86) ausgestattet ist, bei welcher das bzw. die jeweiligen Produktausgabeglieder an die Leitung (12; 82) angeschlossen sind, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Einheit aus zumindest einem Paar von Abstreifern (28, 30) aufweist, die in der Leitung (12; 82) in dichter Weise gleitbeweglich gelagert sind, und zwar ausgehend von einer Einlassstation (24) zum Einlassen des Produkts in die Leitung, bei welcher ein vorbestimmtes Produktvolumen zwischen zwei aneinandergrenzende Abstreifer eingebracht wird, bis zu dem zumindest einen Produktausgabeglied (88, 90), wobei die bzw. jede Produktentnahmestelle mit einem abnehmbaren Anschlag (40; 100, 102) versehen ist, an den der in Produktströmungsrichtung in der Leitung hintere Abstreifer während einer Produktausgabephase in Anlage gelangt, wobei die Produkteinlassstation ferner Mittel (36) zum Einführen eines Druckarbeitsmediums in die Leitung für die Überführung der Abstreifer (28, 30) entlang der Leitung und des Produktvolumens aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Paar von Abstreifern ein zusätzlicher Abstreifer (32) zugeordnet ist, der mit dem vorderen Abstreifer (30) des Abstreiferpaares ein Volumen zum Aufnehmen von Arbeitsmedium begrenzt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Produkteinlassstation ferner Mittel (38) zum Einführen eines Mediums zum Ablassen der Leitung vor dem zusätzlichen Abstreifer (32) enthält.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere Paare von Abstreifern (28, 30) enthält, denen jeweils ein zusätzlicher Abstreifer (32) zum Überführen einer Reihe verschiedener Produkte zugeordnet ist, die von einem Arbeitsmediumvolumen getrennt sind, wobei die Leitung mit mehreren Produktentnahmestellen (14, 16, 18; 84, 86) versehen ist, und dass die Produkteinlassstation Mittel zum Einführen der jeweiligen Produkte zwischen die Abstreifer eines jeden Paares enthält.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Nebenkanäle (96, 98, 1112) zum Versorgen der Leitung (12; 82) mit Arbeitsmedium und mit Medium zum Ablassen und Entleeren derselben enthält, die sich parallel zur Leitung erstrecken und mit dieser nach jeder Produktentnahmestelle in Verbindung stehen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgungs- und Entleerungsnebenkanäle und die Produktausgabeglieder über Ventile (100, 102, 104, 106) an die Leitung angeschlossen sind und dass jede Produktentnahmestelle mit einem Abstreifererfassungsglied (108) ausgestattet ist, das mit Mitteln zum Steuern des Öffnens und des Schließens der Ventile in Abhängigkeit von der Verstellung der Abstreifer in der Leitung verbunden ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Anschlag einen Einsatz (46) aufweist, der mit einem Durchgang (48) ausgestattet ist, welcher darauf abgestimmt ist, die Abstreifer durchtreten zu lassen und der in einem mit der Leitung verbundenen Anschluss (44) unter der Wirkung der Steuermittel zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in welcher der Einsatz (46) einen Anschlag bildet, an welchen ein Abstreifer in Anlage gelangt, und einer zweiten Stellung verstellbar gelagert ist, in welcher der Durchgang des Einsatzes koaxial zur Leitung verläuft.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Ventil zum Anschließen eines Ausgabeglieds an die Leitung einen Anschluss (54) enthält, der an die Leitung angeschlossen ist und mit einem Kanal (62) ausgestattet ist, der zu dem Ausgabeglied hin mündet, sowie einen Einsatz (64), der mit einem Durchgang ausgestattet ist, der darauf abgestimmt ist, die Abstreifer durchtreten zu lassen und der in einer Kammer des Anschlusses unter der Wirkung der Steuermittel zwischen einer Ruhestellung, in welcher er an einem Sitz (66) so aufliegt, dass er den Kanal (62) versperrt und das Durchtreten der Abstreifer durch den Durchgang gestattet, und einer aktiven Stellung zum Öffnen des Kanals gleitbeweglich gelagert ist, in welcher er den Durchtritt der Abstreifer verhindert.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung mit Mitteln (26) zum Einführen eines Druckmediums in die Leitung nach den Produktentnahmestellen versehen ist, so dass die Abstreifer wieder in den Bereich der Produkteinlassstation positioniert werden.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung die Form einer Schleife hat.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arbeitsmedium ein Lösungsmittel für das zumindest eine Produkt ist.
  11. Verfahren zum Ausgeben zumindest eines Produkts mittels einer Ausgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - Einbringen zumindest eines Paares von Abstreifern (28, 30) in die Leitung (12; 82) sowie eines zusätzlichen Abstreifers (32),
    - Einführen eines Produktvolumens zwischen die Abstreifer (28, 30) eines jeden Abstreiferpaares,
    - selektives Einspritzen eines Druckarbeitsmediums vor dem vorderen Abstreifer (30) zumindest eines der Paare von Abstreifern derart, dass die entsprechenden Abstreifer und das zwischen diesen eingeführte Produktvolumen zu einer Produktentnahmestelle (14, 16,18; 84, 86) überführt werden,
    - Aktivieren des entsprechenden Ausgabeglieds, so dass eine erste Produktmenge ausgegeben wird, und
    - sequenzielles Einspritzen von Arbeitsmediumvolumina zwischen den vorderen Abstreifer (30) und den zusätzlichen Abstreifer (32), so dass die Abstreiferpaare nacheinander zu Produktentnahmestellen überführt werden und die entsprechenden Ausgabeglieder so aktiviert werden, dass sie aufeinanderfolgende Produktmengen ausgeben.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. die Schritte zum Einspritzen des Arbeitsmediums darin bestehen, ein Lösungsmittel unter Druck in die Leitung (12; 82) vor dem vorderen Abstreifer des zumindest einen Paares von Abstreifern einzuspritzen.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner einen Schritt umfasst, der darin besteht, nach jeder Produktausgabephase den Durchtritt des vorderen Abstreifers über die Produktentnahmestelle hinaus zu erfassen und in Reaktion auf diese Erfassung eine Lösungsmittelmenge in die Entnahmestelle und in das entsprechende Ausgabeglied einzuspritzen.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach den Schritten zum Ausgeben des Produkts ein Ablassen der Leitung (12; 82) durch Einspritzen eines Druckmediums und ein Ablassen einer Versorgungsleitung erfolgen, die zwischen einer Produktentnahmestelle und einem entsprechenden Ausgabeglied verläuft.
  15. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach den Schritten zum Ausgeben des Produkts ein Ablassen einer Versorgungsleitung, die zwischen einer Produktentnahmestelle und einem entsprechenden Ausgabeglied verläuft, durch Einspritzen eines Druckmediums erfolgt.
  16. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Schritt zum Einspritzen des Mediums ein zusätzliches Einspritzen von Medium in die Leitung nach den Abstreifern erfolgt, so dass diese wieder in den Bereich der Produkteinlassstation gebracht werden.
