Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, mit einer Griffstange und mindestens einem an der Griffstange auf dem Möbel aufsitzenden Fuß, sowie ein Verbindungselement zur Befestigung des Griffes an dem Möbel, wobei der Fuß (3) hülsenförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei in den hülsenförmigen Fuß ein Einsatz (10) einsetzbar ist, der endseitig einen Boden (11) mit einer Bohrung (13) für das Verbindungselement (14) aufweist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Griff, insbesondere einen Möbelgriff mit einer Griffstange und mindestens einem an der Griffstange angeordneten auf dem Möbel aufsitzenden Fuß, sowie ein Verbindungselement zur Befestigung des Griffes an dem Möbel.
Möbelgriffe, insbesondere Möbelgriffe für Küchenmöbel, zeichnen sich häufig durch eine Griffstange aus, die mit zwei Füßen auf der Oberseite, beispielsweise auf der Tür eines Küchenmöbels, aufsteht und durch auf der Rückseite der Tür in den Fuß eingedrehte Schrauben mit der Tür verbunden ist. Hochwertige Möbel und hier insbesondere hochwertige Küchen, zeichnen sich unter anderem durch Edelstahlgriffe aus. Der Preis für Edelstahlgriffe ist jedoch relativ hoch, weshalb der Erfindung die Problemstellung zur Grunde liegt, einen Edelstahlgriff bereitzustellen, der preiswerter in der Herstellung ist.
Zur Lösung der Problemstellung wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass der Fuß, der an der Griffstange angeordnet ist, hülsenförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei in dem hülsenförmigen Fuß ein Einsatz einsetzbar ist, der endseitig einen Boden mit einer Bohrung für das Verbindungselement aufweist.
Der Boden des Einsatzes dient dazu, die relativ hohe Flächenpressung, die die Hülse in Alleinstellung im eingebauten Zustand auf die Oberfläche des Möbels ausüben würde, auf eine größere Fläche zu verteilen, um die Möbelfront gegen Rissbildung, beispielsweise im Furnier, zu schützen.
Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der Einsatz aus Kunststoff besteht. Hierbei tritt ein weiterer Vorteil zutage; nach dem Stand der Technik ist es so, dass der Fuß des Griffes an seinem stirnseitigen Ende, d. h. an dem Ende, das auf das Möbel zugerichtet ist, ein Klebeblättchen aus elastisch nachgiebigem Material aufweist, um bei etwaigen Unebenheiten auf der Stirnseite des Fußes bzw. auf der Möbeloberfläche eine Beschädigung der Oberfläche durch eine zu starke Flächenpressung zu vermeiden. Durch die Eigenelastizität. des aus Kunststoff hergestellten Zusatzes und hier insbesondere des Bodens des Zusatzes, können Unebenheiten ausgeglichen werden. Darüber hinaus wurde die Flächenpressung vermindert, was die Gefahr von Furnierrissen im Bereich des Fußes vermindert.
Weiterhin gestaltet sich die Montage der bekannten Möbelgriffe insbesondere durch diese Klebeblättchen sehr aufwendig. Da der Einsatz nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung in den hülsenförmigen Fuß einschiebbar ist, erfolgt hierdurch eine weitere Erleichterung in Bezug auf die Montage.
Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung entspricht der Boden mit seiner Außenkontur der Außenkontur des stirnseitigen Endes des hülsenförmigen Fußes, an dem der Boden anliegt, so dass der Boden mit der Außenkontur des hülsenförmigen Fußes bündig abschließt. Denkbar ist allerdings auch, dass der Boden über die Hülse überstehend und somit ähnlich einer Rosette ausgebildet ist, oder aber der hülsenförmige Fuß partiell den Boden überdeckt, so dass zwischen Stirnfläche des Bodens und dem hülsen-förmige Fuß eine Schattenfuge entsteht.
Bislang ist es in der Möbelindustrie so, dass Maßnahmen zur Sicherung von Schrauben, z. B. zur Griffbefestigung, nicht bekannt sind.
Nach einem besonderen Merkmal der Erfindung ist nun vorgesehen, dass bei Verwendung eines Verbindungselementes z. B. mit einem Gewindebolzen nach einer ersten Ausführungsform zur Sicherung des Gewindebolzens gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen, die Bohrung im Einsatz in Einschraubrichtung konisch zulaufend oder auch stufenförmig verjüngend ausgebildet ist. Nach einer zweiten Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass auf der Oberseite des Bodens an der Bohrung des Bodens anliegend mindestens eine, vorzugsweise jedoch zwei Zungen angeordnet sind. Durch beide Maßnahmen ist sichergestellt, dass bei in der Bohrung des Bodens eingedrehtem Gewindebolzen bei Beanspruchung des Gewindebolzens auf Zug, sich die Zunge bzw. die Zungen bei der zweiten Ausführungsform bzw. die konische Bohrung bei der ersten Ausführungsform in das Gewinde des Gewindebolzens hineindrücken, und auf diese Weise eine gewisse Sicherung des Gewindebolzens gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen bewirken. Eine dritte Ausführungsform zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Einsatz an seinem oberen, der Griffstange zugewandten Ende einen Kranz aufweist, der leicht konisch ausgebildet ist, so dass der Kranz durch die Gewindebohrung zu der Griffstange in Richtung auf den Schraubbolzen zugedrückt wird, um hierdurch den Schraubbolzen gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen zu sichern. Zur Anordnung des Kranzes an dem oberen Ende des Einsatzes ist vorgesehen, dass der Einsatz in diesem Bereich entsprechend zu dem Boden Mittel zur Aufnahme des Kranzes aufweist, also z. B. eine Decke. Eine andere Variante besteht darin, den Einsatz zumindest partiell aus Vollmaterial herzustellen, um dann den Kranz auf der Oberseite, d. h. der der Griffstange zugewandten Seite anzuordnen.
Anhand der Zeichnungen wird die Erfindung nachstehend beispielhaft näher erläutert:

Gemäß der Figur 1 weist der insgesamt mit 1 bezeichnete Griff eine Griffstange 2 und zwei hülsenförmige Füße 3 auf, die beabstandet zueinander an der Griffstange angeordnet sind. In den hülsenförmigen Fuß 3 ist der mit 10 bezeichnete Einsatz aus Vollmaterial, z. B. Kunststoff, einschiebbar, wobei im eingesetzten Zustand in den hülsenförmigen Fuß 3 der Boden 11 des Einsatzes bündig mit der Außenwandung des hülsenförmigen Fußes 3 abschließt. Das heißt, dass der Überstand des Bodens 11 über die Wandung 12 des Einsatzes der Materialstärke der Hülse 3 entspricht. Der Einsatz 10 besitzt darüber hinaus eine Bohrung 13 zur Aufnahme einer Schraube 14, die durch den Einsatz hindurch bis in ein Gewindesackloch 5 in der Gewindestange 2 hineinragt und dort befestigt werden kann. Die Tür eine Möbels, auf der der Griff befestigt wird, ist mit 20 bezeichnet. Der Einsatz 10 ist im Bereich der Oberseite des Bodens 11 mit einer Senkung 13a für den Schraubenkopf versehen.
Bei der Darstellung gemäß Figur 2 ist die Bohrung 13 konisch ausgebildet, oder aber stufenförmig verjüngend (Fig. 5), so dass im eingedrehten Zustand der Schraube 14, d. h. dann, wenn die Schraube unter Spannung steht, sich der Einsatz im Bereich der Schraube an die Schraube andrückt.
Bei der Ausführungsform des Einsatzes gem. Fig. 3 sind auf der Unterseite des Einsatzes 10 mit einer Bohrung 13 mehrere Zungen 15 fächerförmig um die Bohrung 13 herum angeordnet, die sich ebenfalls dann in das Gewinde der Schraube 14 eindrücken, wenn die Schraube 14 unter Spannung steht (Figur 3). Die Zungen ragen hierbei etwas in die Bohrung hinein, so dass eine Verkrallung mit dem Gewinde erfolgt. Vorteilhaft ist hierbei unter der Zunge 15 eine Ausnehmung 15a vorgesehen.
Die Ausführungsform des Einsatzes 10 gemäß Fig. 4 ist auf dem Boden 11 ein Körper 17 mit einer den Boden 11 erfassenden, durchgängigen Bohrung 18, die endseitig den konisch zulaufenden Kranz 19 aufweist, angeordnet. Der Körper 17 ist derart gestaltet, dass er an der inneren Wandung des hülsenförmigen Fußes 3 anliegt. Der Körper 17 ist darüber hinaus auf der Oberseite, also dem der Griffstange zugewandten Ende, entsprechend der Kontur der Griffstange z. B. gewölbt ausgebildet, um ein vollständiges Anliegen des Einsatzes bzw. des Körpers an der Griffstange zu ermöglichen.

Claims (15)

  1. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, mit einer Griffstange und mindestens einem an der Griffstange auf dem Möbel aufsitzenden Fuß, sowie ein Verbindungselement zur Befestigung des Griffes an dem Möbel,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß (3) hülsenförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei in den hülsenförmigen Fuß ein Einsatz (10) einsetzbar ist, der endseitig einen Boden (11) mit einer Bohrung (13) für das Verbindungselement (14) aufweist.
  2. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (10) in den hülsenförmigen Fuß (3) einschiebbar ist.
  3. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (11) mit seiner Außenkontur der Außenkontur des stirnseitigen Endes des hülsenförmigen Fußes (3) entspricht, an dem der Boden (11) anliegt.
  4. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (11) über die Außenkontur des hülsenförmigen Fußes (3) überstehend ausgebildet ist.
  5. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hülsenförmige Fuß (3) partiell den Boden (11) seitlich überdeckt, so dass sich eine Schattenfuge ergibt.
  6. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (10) Sicherungsmittel für das Verbindungselement (14) aufweist.
  7. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (14) einen Gewindebolzen umfasst.
  8. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Sicherung des Gewindebolzens (14) gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen die Bohrung (13) im Einsatz (10) in Einschraubrichtung konisch ausgebildet ist.
  9. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Sicherung des Gewindebolzens (14) gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen die Bohrung (13) im Einsatz (10) stufenförmig verjüngend ausgebildet ist.
  10. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Sicherung des Gewindebolzens (14) gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen auf der Unterseite des Einsatzes (10) an der Bohrung (13) anliegend mindestens eine, vorzugsweise jedoch zwei Zungen (15) fächerförmige angeordnet sind.
  11. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Sicherung des Gewindebolzens (14) gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Boden (11) des Einsatzes (10) einen Körper (17) mit einer durchgängigen Bohrung (18) aufweist, wobei an der Bohrung (18) endseitig auf dem Körper (17) ein Kranz (19) angeordnet ist.
  12. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kranz (19) konisch zulaufend ausgebildet ist.
  13. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (10) aus Kunststoff besteht.
  14. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (1) aus Edelstahl hergestellt ist.
  15. Griff, insbesondere Möbelgriff, nach Anspruch 1,
