Definitions
- the invention relates to a label according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- a method for producing the label mentioned is from known from EP-A 0 919 650, wherein in a volume with a Base fabric from base warp threads and base weft threads in Chain direction of consecutive, contiguous labels with one figure created by embroidery threads and one barcode produced by code weft threads.
- the labels each have a rectangular shape with two long sides and two narrow sides, with the warp threads parallel and the weft threads across the long sides of the label lie and the barcodes by each in the weft direction Code strips from one or more parallel code weft threads be formed.
- the disadvantage is that the cut Long sides have rough edges that make them comfortable to wear affect and injure people and on Carrying surface can cause damage.
- a label is also known from EP-A-0 328 320 in which the code strips from one or more parallel Threads are formed analogously to EP-A-0 919 650. From EP-A-0 328 320 are no further information on the structure of the Tissue and the code strip.
- the labels are basically made that the longitudinal edges are aligned parallel to the warp threads are so that the embroidery threads are relatively short and themselves a stable formation of the label results.
- Embroidery weft threads run over a longer length of the label, which is particularly important with the floating leadership of the Embroidery weft threads to make the label more unstable would lead.
- the specialist thus already selects from basic ones Consider arranging the labels so that their Long side runs in the warp direction and is prevented from the labels with their long sides or to the warp direction to arrange. There are additional folds on the narrow sides provided, each label exists in this area from four layers; this is unacceptable for the user and the wearer.
- the object of the invention is to improve labels with an invisible barcode, so that such labels become soft Have long sides.
- the advantages achievable with the label according to the invention are essentially the fact that the unfolded permanent long sides of the labels with soft and skin-friendly Cut edges are executed and thus the Comfort is significantly improved because of the Ground shots produced virtually no eyebrows exhibit.
- such labels with different Length and width on the same type of weaving machine be woven. Due to the foldable narrow sides of the labels can arise when separating the wide fabric Cutting edges of the strips are covered, creating the labels be further improved.
- the code wefts can with a shot density that can be selected within wide limits registered and for the production of the invisible barcodes in the base fabric are bound, each depending in the warp direction running, successive in the weft direction Code strips, according to the desired code pattern in each case formed by tying one or more of the warp threads Become. Because the weft threads are parallel to the long sides The labels will run the entire length each label achieves a uniform translucency, because the basic weft threads as well as the embroidery weft threads and cover the back evenly.
- Up to a weaving width of approx. 115 cm can be used in the wide weave Labels are woven with a web repeat so that only there is little waste.
- the weft density in the base fabric can be selected so that on the same weaving machine Labels with simulated bindings such as taffeta, half satin and Satin can be produced.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Etikett gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruches
1.The invention relates to a label according to the preamble of the
A method for producing the label mentioned is from known from EP-A 0 919 650, wherein in a volume with a Base fabric from base warp threads and base weft threads in Chain direction of consecutive, contiguous labels with one figure created by embroidery threads and one barcode produced by code weft threads. The labels each have a rectangular shape with two long sides and two narrow sides, with the warp threads parallel and the weft threads across the long sides of the label lie and the barcodes by each in the weft direction Code strips from one or more parallel code weft threads be formed. The disadvantage is that the cut Long sides have rough edges that make them comfortable to wear affect and injure people and on Carrying surface can cause damage.
A label is also known from EP-A-0 328 320 in which the code strips from one or more parallel Threads are formed analogously to EP-A-0 919 650. From EP-A-0 328 320 are no further information on the structure of the Tissue and the code strip.
The production of labels with usable cut Long sides is a longstanding problem.
First of all, the labels are basically made that the longitudinal edges are aligned parallel to the warp threads are so that the embroidery threads are relatively short and themselves a stable formation of the label results. With an alignment of the label across the warp threads would Embroidery weft threads run over a longer length of the label, which is particularly important with the floating leadership of the Embroidery weft threads to make the label more unstable would lead. The specialist thus already selects from basic ones Consider arranging the labels so that their Long side runs in the warp direction and is prevented from the labels with their long sides or to the warp direction to arrange. There are additional folds on the narrow sides provided, each label exists in this area from four layers; this is unacceptable for the user and the wearer.
The object of the invention is to improve labels with an invisible barcode, so that such labels become soft Have long sides.
The advantages achievable with the label according to the invention are essentially the fact that the unfolded permanent long sides of the labels with soft and skin-friendly Cut edges are executed and thus the Comfort is significantly improved because of the Ground shots produced virtually no eyebrows exhibit. In addition, such labels with different Length and width on the same type of weaving machine be woven. Due to the foldable narrow sides of the labels can arise when separating the wide fabric Cutting edges of the strips are covered, creating the labels be further improved. The code wefts can with a shot density that can be selected within wide limits registered and for the production of the invisible barcodes in the base fabric are bound, each depending in the warp direction running, successive in the weft direction Code strips, according to the desired code pattern in each case formed by tying one or more of the warp threads Become. Because the weft threads are parallel to the long sides The labels will run the entire length each label achieves a uniform translucency, because the basic weft threads as well as the embroidery weft threads and cover the back evenly.
Embodiments of the invention are in the dependent claims specified.
Up to a weaving width of approx. 115 cm can be used in the wide weave Labels are woven with a web repeat so that only there is little waste. The weft density in the base fabric can be selected so that on the same weaving machine Labels with simulated bindings such as taffeta, half satin and Satin can be produced. In the edge area of the narrow sides the stripe can be the embroidery weft threads and the code weft threads are removed so that the final folds are advantageously thin become.

2 bis 5 erläutert wird.FIG. 1 shows a
in Schussrichtung aufeinander folgende Codestreifen 23 gebildet
ist.As usual, the
The
Reference is made to FIGS. 6 and 7. As the
6 a shows the
Nachfolgend wird das Verfahren zur Herstellung von
Etiketten beschrieben.
The following is the process for producing
Labels described. As Fig.8 shows, the
Manufacturing the labels in a first
In a third step, the
Fig. 9 shows the application of a
