Claims (1)
- Vorrichtung zum Umformen von Platinen aus flexibel gewalztem Metallband, mit Umformeinrichtungen, die einen Stempel (5) und eine Matrize (6) umfassen und zum Umformen der Platine zusammenwirken, wobei die Platine (1) mit wenigstens zwei voneinander verschiedenen Dicken vorliegt und das Dickenprofil der Platine (1) im wesentlichen symmetrisch zur Mittelebene der Platine (1) verläuft, die Platine (1) also beidseitig einen Dickenübergang (4) aufweist, und die Dickenübergänge (4) auf eine Seite der Platine (1) verlagerbar sind, so daß eine Seite der umgeformten Platine (1) einen Dickenübergang (4) aufweist und die andere Seite der umgeformten Platine (1) plan ist, und wobei die Umformfläche der Umformeinrichtung, die der Platinenseite zugewandt ist, die im umgeformten Zustand der Platine (1) einen Dickenübergang (4) aufweisen soll, eine an den zu erzielenden Dickenübergang (4) angepaßte Form aufweist, und die Umformfläche der Umformeinrichtung, die der Platinenseite zugewandt ist, die im umgeformten Zustand der Platine (1) plan sein soll, plan ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umformeinrichtungen einen Niederhalter (7) umfassen und der Niederhalter (7) eine an den Dickenübergang (4) angepaßte Form aufweist, wenn er auf der Platinenseite vorgesehen ist, die im umgeformten Zustand der Platine (1) einen Dickenübergang (4) aufweisen soll, und plan ist, wenn er auf der Platinenseite vorgesehen ist, die im umgeformten Zustand der Platine (1) plan sein soll, und daß der Niederhalter (7) auf der dem Stempel (5) entsprechenden Seite der Platine (1) vorgesehen ist und zum Niederhalten der Platine (1) mit der Matrize (6) zusammenwirkt.
