Claims (20)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Bilden der Dreherlitze in einer Webmaschine, der Bauart, bei der zwei Kettfäden (O) oder zwei Gruppen von Kettfäden (O) durch entsprechende Fadenführungselemente (5) gesteuert sind, um eine abwechselnde öffnende und schließende Bewegung des Webfachs (B) und ein Umschalten der wechselweisen seitlichen Position in Bezug auf den Stoff, der gebildet wird, auszuführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Fadenführungselemente (5) an einem flexiblen Förderelement (1) fixiert sind, das in einem geschlossenen Ring entlang eines ovalen Wegs angeordnet ist und durch eine Antriebseinrichtung (M) gesteuert ist, so dass abwechselnde Bewegungen entlang des genannten Wegs entsprechend einem voreingestellten Bewegungsgesetz ausgeführt werden, wobei die genannten Kettfäden dazu veranlasst werden, durch Ösen (5a) hindurchzugehen, die in den genannten Führungselementen (5) vorgesehen sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte flexible Förderelement ein Gurt (1) ist, der von zwei Rollen (2) mit parallelen Achsen abgestützt ist, von denen zumindest eine durch das genannte Antriebsmittel (M) zu einer Drehung veranlasst wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Antriebseinrichtung (M) aus einem Schrittmotor oder aus einem bürstenlosen Motor mit Kodiervorrichtung besteht.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungsübertragung zwischen dem genannten Antrieb (M) und dem genannten Gurt (1) vom synchronen Typ ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Gurt (1) und die genannten Rollen (2) mit einer Verzahnung versehen sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position des genannten Gurts (1) durch Sensorvorrichtungen gesteuert ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Fadenführungselemente (5) an dem genannten Gurt (1) an entgegengesetzten Positionen fixiert sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Fadenführungselemente (5) starr sind und eine L-förmige oder bogenförmige Konfiguration aufweisen, die zum Inneren der Vorrichtung verläuft, so dass sich ihre Ösen (5a) näherungsweise entsprechend dem Drehungsmittelpunkt der genannten Rollen (2) bewegen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Garnführungselemente (5) flexibel und elastisch sind und eine geradlinige Konfiguration aufweisen, wenn sie sich nicht unter Belastung befinden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, weiter umfassend eine zentrale Öffnung oder einen Schlitz (8), der zwischen den genannten Rollen (2) ausgebildet ist, um zu ermöglichen, dass die Kettfäden (O) durch die Vorrichtung hindurchgehen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Schlitz (8) einen Fadenschutzrand (9) aufweist, der von dem Schlitz vorsteht und eine bogenförmige oder tunnelförmige Konfiguration aufweist, wobei der weiter vorstehende Teil davon anschließend an den zentralen Bereich des Schlitzes angeordnet ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, weiter umfassend einen zweiten Gurt-/Rollensatz (11'-12'), wobei die Rollen (12') des zweiten Satzes koaxial zu und drehbar mit den Rollen (12) des ersten Satzes sind, und wobei die Fadenführungselemente (18) des ersten Gurts (11) um 180° versetzt in Bezug auf die Fadenführungselemente (15') des zweiten Satzes angeordnet sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte flexible Förderelement aus einem Gurt (1) besteht, der zumindest teilweise entlang einer ovalen Bahn (22) verschieblich ist und durch einen Antriebsgurt (23) mit einer gekoppelten Verzahnung zur Drehung veranlasst wird, der von dem genannten Antriebsmittel (M) gesteuert ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umfang der genannten Bahn durch Freilaufrollen begrenzt ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte ovale Weg ein elliptischer Weg ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte ovale Weg ein Weg ist, der von zwei parallelen geradlinigen Abschnitten, die an den Enden durch Halbkreise abgerundet sind, gebildet ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Antriebseinrichtung (M) durch ein digital betriebenes elektronisches System gesteuert ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte digitale Steuersystem die Informationen über die Geschwindigkeitsraten und über die Winkelpositionswerte des Antriebs selbst kontinuierlich an eine Prozessoreinheit liefert, die den genannten Antrieb steuert.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Prozessoreinheit mittels einer Kodiervorrichtung die tatsächlichen Werte des Motorantriebsmechanismus erfasst und etwaige Fehler in Bezug auf die Werte, die von dem digitalen System geliefert werden, mittels eines Regelsystems mit geschlossener Schleife korrigiert.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte digitale Steuersystem mittels einer "elektrischen Achse" mit dem Hauptantriebsmechanismus der Webmaschine in Synchronismus gehalten wird.
