Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a building system with prefabricated components, which for Building of buildings formed with multiple cells composable are, according to the preamble of claim 1.
For the construction of buildings, it is previously known, single two-dimensional Mount wall elements and then appropriate cover elements sit up. At Monatage of the individual wall elements, however, is a extensive auxiliary construction to support the walls as long as required until a constructive structure the support by ceilings allows, as provided no provision for a horizontal bracing are. An assembly without appropriate Hilsfmittel is therefore locked out. Therefore, the two-dimensional precast system has the Disadvantage of a relatively high cost of installation and Assembly of the individual precast elements.
To improve this state, space cells have been developed, which in Form a "box" or a "container" a cell of the to be created Building with walls, floor and ceiling form, such as from the DE 17 84 054 A1. The word "cell" refers to a part of the to be created building, which is later a room or living room. These Although not the aforementioned cost disadvantage in the assembly, since one these "boxes" can just stack on top of each other, but there is one virtually lost variability in the design of the various Cells of a building to be created because the cell size and geometry of the building "Boxes" is given as fixed and unchangeable. One on the Planning task coordinated area allocation is so limited possible. This standardized containerization of the building needs and the Construction process therefore encounters the contradiction of the construction world, in particular therefore, because this type of spatial cell production hardly design hide it. In addition, the double formation of ceilings or Floors (on each ceiling of a "crate" a respective floor abuts one above it arranged "box") an unnecessary volume of space and thus storey height and additional costs.
However, since the claims are very individualized in building, would the reduction of space cell needs to an uneconomic one Lead the number of different cell variations. Just the story The so-called sanitary cells therefore show that such a system only for special applications with many similar cells (Hospitals, Homes, etc.) comes into consideration. An economic implementation of this Containersystems is in the consideration of individual claims, however not possible.
From DE 1 952 883 A is a building as a collective garage for Housing estates known to be made of monolithic prefabricated, transportable, gate side and bottom side open garage cells is constructed, in two rows with the gate side facing each other in one Fahrtrakt leaving spacing are arranged and ceiling side Means for receiving a propeller spanning the unsupported Have ceiling plate. In this case, the garage cell for receiving the Ceiling loads the Fahrtraktplatte a suitably sized lintel on. This collective garage of garage cells also hardly leaves one individual area allocation too, as certainly with a collective garage also not required.
In contrast, an object of the present invention is a building system indicate at which a large variability in the building design is possible.
This task is achieved by the construction system with three-dimensional precast components solved with the features shown in claim 1.
For this purpose, it is provided that a first 3-D module precast component three Partially forms sidewalls of a cell. this has the advantage that the building to be created on a simply designed Underlay can be built, while at the same time a large variety of variations in few differently designed finished part 3-D modules is achieved.
The system according to the invention is self-supporting and self-standing, so that it No additional mounting supports or mounting aids needed. The Required horizontal stiffening is integrated in the modules themselves. The Position of the 3-D modules allows variable dimensions or ceiling span. There is only one additional horizontal partition (floor or ceiling) with modules arranged one above the other. It is a variable room design according to the building specifications of the client possible. There is none Restriction regarding conceivable geometrical characteristics.
The first one-piece prefabricated component is integrally formed. The first Prefabricated element has C-shaped plan. Three of the first Prefabricated element one-storey side walls border each other over a respective corner of the cell. The first prefabricated component forms three side walls and a ceiling part of the cell in one piece.
Respective bearings for second prefabricated components in the form of Cover elements that complete a ceiling are achieved by that two opposite, formed by the first prefabricated component Side walls protrude beyond the ceiling at one end.
Preferably further developments of the device are in the claims 2 and 3 described.
The invention will be more apparent from the following description explained.
