Claims (12)
- Steckvorrichtung (1), insbesondere zur Verwendung fuer eine elektrische Steckverbindung in einem Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem ersten Steckteil (2), das mittels einem Sicherungselement (6) zur loesbar arretierten Verbindung mit einem zweiten Steckteil (3) vorgesehen ist, gekennzeichnet durch, ein Antriebselement (4) fuer das Sicherungselement (6), welches zwischen den beiden Steckteilen (2,3) vorgesehen ist, und infolge einer translatorischen Steckbewegung der beiden Steckteile (2,3) eine selbsttaetige Sicherungsbewegung des Sicherungselementes (6) bewirkt.
- Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebselement (4) fuer das Sicherungselement (6) erste Getriebemittel aufweist, welche eine geringe Steckkraft zwischen den beiden Steckteilen (2,3) in eine hohe Sicherungskraft des Sicherungselementes (6) uebersetzen.
- Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Antriebselement (4) ein in Steckrichtung zu dem ersten Steckteil (2) relativbewegbarer Schieber (5) vorgesehen ist, welcher fuer eine Linearfuehrung in dem ersten Steckteil (2) mit wenigstens zwei Schenkeln (9,10) versehen ist, welche mittels einem Endstueck (13) miteinander verbunden sind, und wobei in den Schenkeln (9,10) jeweils mindestens eine Nut (11) vorgesehen ist, in die jeweils mindestens ein steckteilseitiger Vorsprung (12) des Schiebers (5) eingreift.
- Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,2, oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Schenkel (9,10) jeweils eine Schraegflaeche (schiefe Ebene,14,15) zur Auflage jeweils eines sicherungselementseitigen Antriebsnocken (16) aufweist.
- Steckvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprueche 1- 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Antriebsnocken (16) an einem Aussenumfang (17) des Sicherungselementes (6) nach radial aussen weisend angeordnet ist.
- Steckvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprueche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungselement (6) mit wenigstens einem Sicherungsnocken (18) versehen ist, welcher an dem Sicherungselement (6) nach radial innen weisend vorgesehen ist.
- Steckvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprueche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungselement (6) mittels Umfangsnocken (7,8) oder einem Bund in axialer Richtung fest und um eine Achse a drehbar in dem ersten Steckteil (2) festgelegt ist.
- Steckvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprueche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Steckteile (2,3) zylindrische Gehaeuseteile aufweisen, wobei das erste Steckteil (2) zusammen mit dem Schieber (5) und dem Sicherungselement (6) im wesentlichen das gesamte zweite Steckteil (3) radial aussen umgreift, dass das Sicherungselement (6) innerhalb des ersten Steckteiles (2) angeordnet ist, und das zweite Steckteil (3) mindestens eine, jedem Sicherungsnocken (18) zugeordnete Nut (19) aufweist.
- Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Nut (19) wenigstens eine Schraegflaeche (schiefe Ebene,25,25) zum Angriff des jeweils zugeordneten Sicherungsnockens (18) aufweist.
- Steckvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprueche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Gesamtuebersetzungsfaktor des Antriebs fuer das Sicherungselement (6) aus einer Summe von wenigstens zwei Teiluebersetzungsfaktoren von wenigstens zwei Getriebemitteln ergibt.
- Steckvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprueche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Getriebemittel Schraegflaechen (schiefe Ebenen,14,15,24,25) aufweist.
- Steckvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprueche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Getriebemittel selbsthemmend sind.
