Abstract

L'invention concerne un piston en plusieurs parties qui comprend une partie supérieure en acier et une partie inférieure vissée sur cette dernière et comportant les moyeux. L'invention vise à améliorer la résistance mécanique de la partie inférieure, à supprimer les défauts de matériau dans cette dernière et à permettre sa production de manière économique. A cet effet, la partie inférieure est réalisée en acier ferritique perlitique trempé par précipitation, de préférence selon DIN EN 10267, avec addition de titane, et les moyeux de la partie inférieure ne sont pas renforcés, de préférence, avec des douilles.
