Definitions
- the invention relates to a sports glove, especially a goalkeeper glove, with at least one associated with the back of the glove Stiffening element, which has a plurality of pressure-resistant locking bodies has in an at least approximately along a longitudinal axis of the finger running in a row on a tension-resistant carrier tape are attached so that they are at least in the stretched state Carrier tape with adjoining surface areas abut.
- the stiffening elements form immediately the back of the glove, which is two layers, whereby the inner layer of material forms the tensile carrier on the outside the blocking body as the outer layer of material also the outside of the glove form.
- the invention has for its object a sports glove, in particular Goalkeeper glove, to create a stiffener with improved It has a protective effect, but it is nevertheless visually appealing Design of the glove allows.
- the optical effect of the back of the glove determining outer layer can the stiffening element with regard to the mechanical properties are optimally designed.
- the locking body as injection molded parts made of plastic, for example a polyamide-containing material one has an extremely high compressive strength at the same time best dimensional accuracy and surface quality, so that the locking body in exact geometric arrangement can be attached to the carrier tape so that a flawless flat system and thus an optimal one Locking effect occurs when the carrier tape is moved into the extended position.
- the formation of the main part results in the locking body as a hollow body an extremely low weight, which in connection with Sports gloves with a view to preventing inertia from is very important because sports gloves, especially goalkeeper gloves, be moved with high accelerations in sports have to.
- the design of the locking body as injection molded parts allows, without difficulty, the adjacent surface areas of the locking body opposite the perpendicular to the plane of the carrier tape in the way easily inclined to form that the adjacent surface areas of the locking body butt before reaching the stretched condition of the carrier tape.
- Such a curvature ensures that the Supporting action already begins to occur if, for example, one in question Fingers with appropriate force applied to the slightly bent one Position is stretched out.
- stiffening elements are provided in the pockets are inserted along the back of the relevant finger elements extend and between adjacent layers of material on the back of the glove are divided.
- the front end of the stiffening elements assigned to the fingertips is preferably shaped so that the foremost locking body in the concerned Advance pocket up to the front of the fingertip can be and therefore a support for the front Finger limb is reached.
- the relevant layers on the back of the glove be connected to each other via a fastener, which can be opened to give access to the storage pockets.
- Fig. 1 shows the back of a goalkeeper glove, the finger elements are designated with the numbers 1 to 5.
- a tab 7, the inside is provided with an adhesive fastener element with one on the rear
- the glove collar provided for the adhesive surface serves in usual way to secure the glove on the wrist.
- the back of the glove is multi-layered and has an outer layer 9 a material suitable for sports gloves, which is a synthetic rubber material, leather or the like can act preferably has an outer surface that is colored, printed or can be provided with a special decorative element 11.
- a inner layer 13, which absorbs the fingers of the glove wearer Cavities of the finger elements 1 to 5 extends with the upper one Layer 9 sewn, the seam course defining the finger elements 1 to 5.
- layers 9 and 13 on the rear edge facing the wrist are not sewn, but connected to each other via a fastener 25, so that the access area of the receiving pockets 15 to 19 when open Closure is accessible.
- the stiffening element 23 has a carrier tape 27, preferably in the form of a thin, high-tensile plastic band, which on its Upper side in the longitudinal direction strung together locking body 29 carries. How Fig. 4 to 6 show in a slightly enlarged view, have the locking body 29 in the middle area, which is in line up the carrier tape 27 extends along the longitudinal center line, a cuboid Elevation 31, which is a hollow body, which on the carrier tape 27 facing bottom is open. To the edge of the lower opening 33 close foot parts 35 in on two opposite sides Form flat wing, the underside 37 flat connecting surfaces for Attachment to the carrier tape 27 by welding or gluing form.
- the foot parts 35 extend transversely to the longitudinal axis of the carrier tape 27, i.e. the side surfaces 39 free of the foot parts 35 form on the elevations 31 those contact surfaces on which the locking bodies 29 abut.
- the foot parts 35, the undersides 37 of the connecting surfaces form with the carrier tape 27, extend from the central elevation 31 starting from both side edges of the carrier tape 27.
- Example of Fig. 2 is the carrier tape 27 through the foot parts 35 and the elevations 31 the blocking body is completely covered.
- carrier tape 27 which does not extend from the foot parts 35 to the side edge covered is used to find the total width of the stiffening element to the pocket width specified by the finger width, for example for index finger or middle finger, in order to optimize it To achieve position fixation in the relevant pocket.
- the side surfaces 39 forming the contact surfaces are the Locking body 29 with respect to the perpendicular to the level of the carrier tape 27 slightly inclined outwards by a small angle ⁇ so that the Series of the locking body 29 by the abutment of the Side surfaces 39 already have a slight pre-curvature, as shown in Fig. 3 and that of a natural, very slightly curved finger position equivalent. This slight pre-curvature is also in perspective 1 in the finger element 5 of the thumb. With this training, the supportive blocking effect already sets before reaching the stretched position.
- the wall thicknesses of the locking body 29 plastic injection molded parts because of training the elevation 31 as a hollow body approximately the same in all areas. This leads to the saving achieved by the hollow design Material and weight for uniform cooling processes in the Press forming, so that molds that are easy to produce are used can have a plurality of mold nests for simultaneous molding of, for example, twelve moldings.
- the stiffening element 23 is on the front trimmed so that the front end area is chamfered 41 is narrowed.
- This shape enables the stiffening element 23 in the relevant receiving pocket 15 to 19 of the finger elements to the front of the fingertip.
- Elevations 31 can, in addition, by a corresponding punching process to form the front bevels 41, the stiffening element 23 can be narrowed along the entire length by a corresponding Punching the lateral extension of the foot parts 35 and Carrier tape 27 is reduced to a narrower stiffening element 23, for example for the finger element 1 of the little finger, compared to the stiffening element 23 for the middle finger element 3.
- the length of the stiffening element 23 by Number of lined-up blocking bodies 29 selected as desired become.
- the hollow body 31 of the locking body 29 are the same in shape and size, what with regard Stiffening elements could be advantageous at low manufacturing costs be provided, the locking body of different shape and Have sizes, for example narrower hollow bodies in the front area of the fingers. Stiffening elements could also be provided, although consistently uniform locking body, but this in adaptation to the respective finger width, from stiffening element to stiffening element are different.
- a position fixation may be provided, for example in the form that the Underside of the carrier tape 27 is laminated with a textile material, a frictional connection with the wall of the receiving pocket in question forms. There could also be a mutual entanglement between Underside of the carrier tape 27 and the adjacent wall Adhesive fastener elements can be provided.
