      a transport device supplying a sheet stack being provided on the sheet feeder (12), and a transport device carrying a sheet stack away being provided on the sheet deliverer (14), and
      in that the sheet feeder (12) and the sheet deliverer (14) are coupled to each other by means of a transport connection in such a way that at least one stack and/or pallet transport can be carried out in a direct connection between sheet feeder (12) and sheet deliverer (14).
    2. Sheet-fed rotary press according to Claim 1, characterized in that the further sheet transport means form an endless chain conveyor system (11) with a leading run (11A) and a return run (11B), the leading run (11A) being assigned at least to the sheet deliverer (14) and the return run (11B) being arranged above the first printing units (1 to 4) and/or operating units (5) as a sheet-carrying part of the chain conveyor system (11) and it being possible for the printed sheets, after being transported back on the return run (11B), to be transferred to the sheet deliverer (14) on the side of the sheet-fed rotary press facing the sheet feeder (12).
    3. Sheet-fed rotary press according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least one operating unit (5) formed of cylinders and drums is arranged downstream of the first printing units (1-4), it being possible for the printed sheets to be transferred to the chain conveyor system (11) by the operating unit (5) and, furthermore, the operating unit (5) being formed as a drum transfer unit and being provided with devices for coating and/or calendering and/or perforating and/or creasing and/or grooving and/or cutting and/or heating and/or moistening and/or numbering or formed as a recto printing unit.
    4. Sheet-fed rotary press according to Claim 1 to 3, characterized in that at least one further printing unit (30, 31), by means of which printed sheets can be printed from the underside, is assigned to the first printing units (1-4), and which, by means of a sheet transfer system (32) is connected to the sheet-fed rotary press, the sheet transfer system (32) transferring the correct side of the printed sheets to the printing unit (30, 31).
    5. Sheet-fed rotary press according to Claim 1 to 3, characterized in that at least one further printing facility comprising one or more second printing units (41-44) is assigned to the first printing units (1-4) in a plane above the first printing units (1-4), the printing facility being arranged parallel to the first printing units (1-4) and being assigned to the latter in the direction opposite to their transport direction, and in that, between the first printing units (1-4) and the second printing units (41-44), a sheet transfer system (45) is arranged in such a way that the printed sheets are supplied, with the same edge leading, to sheet-carrying elements belonging to the second printing units (41-44) and are printed from the rear in the further printing units (41-44).
    6. Sheet-fed rotary press according to Claim 1 to 5, characterized in that the transport connection is designed as a pallet transport system (B), which is linked to a feed roller track (A) led through the sheet feeder (12) and/or to a discharge roller track (C) led through the sheet deliverer (14).
    7. Sheet-fed rotary press according to Claim 6, characterized in that the pallet transport system (B) is provided with devices for moving empty and loaded palettes, it being possible for pallets to be buffered, supplied and carried away, changed in their transport orientation and optionally removed from the sheet feeder (12) or supplied to the sheet deliverer (14).
    8. Sheet-fed rotary press for multicolour printing according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sheet feeder (12) and the sheet deliverer (14) are designed as a common structural unit.
    9. Sheet-fed rotary press for multicolour printing according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that varnishing (9), flexographic printing or gravure printing units are provided for use in the printing units (1-4; 30, 31; 41-44) and/or operating units (5).
    10. Sheet-fed rotary press for multicolour printing according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that dryers (16) are provided in parallel with the transport path of the chain conveyor systems (11; 32, 37; 45) of one or both sides of the printed sheets to be transported.
    11. Sheet-fed rotary press for multicolour printing according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an apparatus for delivering rejects (18) is arranged downstream of the sheet deliverer (14) in the transport direction of the chain conveyor system (11), preferably somewhat above the sheet feeder (12).
    12. Sheet-fed rotary press for multicolour printing according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the printing sheets can be supplied to the sheet-fed rotary press by the sheet feeder (12) preferably by means of a high feeder system, the feed plane of a feed table (22) arranged between the sheet stack in the sheet feeder (12) and the acceptance point of the feed drum (17) being inclined only a little or even not at all, and a stack changing apparatus (12A) being formed as a residual stack carrying system which can be moved into and out of the space underneath the feeder plane into the stacking area of the sheet feeder (12).
