Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Schrumpfen einer um einen insbesondere palettierten Gutstapel (12) gelegten Heißschrumpffolie (26) bestehend aus zumindest einer an einem Gestell (2) auf- und abbewegbaren Schrumpfeinrichtung (3) zum Erhitzen und zum Schrumpfen der Heißschrumpffolie (26) in vertikaler Richtung, wobei die Heißschrumpffolie (26) über die Ober- und/oder Unterkante des Gutstapels (12) zur Ober- und/oder Unterschrumpfbildung ragt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ferner besteht aus wenigstens je einer an einer Gasdruckquelle, insbesondere Druckluftquelle anschließbaren Düse (19), die etwa mittig über und/oder unter dem Gutstapel (12) angeordnet und auf diesen im Wesentlichen vertikal zuweisend ausgerichtet ist(sind), wobei jede Düse (19) Austrittsöffnungen (21) aufweist, die in einem nicht mit der Strömungsrichtung fluchtenden Winkel zur Strömungsrichtung innerhalb der Düse (19) ausgerichtet und im Wesentlichen ringförmig angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Düse (19) endseitig eine Fase (20) aufweist, in der Austrittsöffnungen (21) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnungen (21) im Wesentlichen im Winkel von 45° zur Düse (19) ausgerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Düse (19) auf- und abbewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Festhalten der Heißschrumpffolie (26) an dem Gutstapel (12) während des Schrumpfens, insbesondere des Oberschrumpfes, eine Andrückeinrichtung (28) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Andrückeinrichtung (28) an einem Hubtisch (16) für den Gutstapel (12) angebracht ist.
