Description
- on découpe une portion d'un tube métallique,
- on coiffe avec cette portion de tube une partie d'une surface externe d'un corps de grenade,
- on fixe par soudure la portion de tube au corps de grenade,
- on dispose le système d'amorçage à l'intérieur du tube,
- on sertit le tube sur le système d'amorçage.
- on découpe une portion d'un tube métallique,
- on réalise une collerette formant butée de sertissage à une extrémité du tube, avant de le disposer autour d'un système d'amorçage ou bien après l'avoir disposé autour du système d'amorçage,
- on coiffe une partie d'une surface externe d'un corps de grenade avec le tube portant le système d'amorçage,
- on fixe par soudure la portion de tube au corps de grenade.
- la figure 1 représente schématiquement et en coupe partielle une grenade portant un système d'amorçage fixé par un dispositif de fixation selon l'art antérieur,
- la figure 2 représente un premier mode de réalisation d'un dispositif de fixation selon l'invention,
- la figure 3 représente un deuxième mode de réalisation d'un dispositif de fixation selon l'invention,

Claims (12)
- Grenade avec dispositif de fixation d'un système d'amorçage (5) sur le corps (2) de la grenade (1), dispositif constitué par un support (9) rendu solidaire par un moyen de fixation du corps (2) de la grenade, support (9) caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une paroi cylindrique mince (10) dont un rebord supérieur (11) est serti sur le système d'amorçage (5).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support (9) est constitué par une coupelle présentant une paroi de fond (12) solidaire de la paroi cylindrique (10) et disposée en appui sur une face supérieure (7) du corps (5) de grenade.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la coupelle (9) présente au moins deux trous (13) autorisant le passage de tiges (6) solidaires du corps (2) de grenade.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la coupelle (9) est rendu solidaire des tiges (6) par soudure.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support est constitué par un tube (9) qui est fixé par soudure au niveau d'une paroi externe (15) du corps (2).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi externe (15) sur laquelle est fixée le tube (9) comporte un épaulement (18) constituant une butée pour le tube (9).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi externe (15) sur laquelle est fixée le tube (9) est arrondie, l'extrémité du tube présentant une partie évasée (16) et un chanfrein (17).
- Procédé de fixation d'un système d'amorçage (5) sur un corps (2) d'une grenade (1), procédé caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :on découpe une portion (9) d'un tube métallique,on coiffe avec cette portion (9) de tube une partie d'une surface externe d'un corps (2) de grenade,on fixe par soudure la portion de tube (9) au corps (2) de grenade,on dispose le système d'amorçage (5) à l'intérieur du tube (9),on sertit le tube (9) sur le système d'amorçage (5).
- Procédé de fixation d'un système d'amorçage (5) sur un corps (2) d'une grenade, procédé caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :on découpe une portion (9) d'un tube métallique,on réalise une collerette (11) formant butée de sertissage à une extrémité du tube (9), avant de le disposer autour d'un système d'amorçage (5) ou bien après l'avoir disposé autour du système d'amorçage (5),on coiffe une partie d'une surface externe d'un corps (2) de grenade avec le tube (9) portant le système d'amorçage (5),on fixe par soudure la portion de tube (9) au corps (2) de grenade.
- Procédé de fixation d'un système d'amorçage selon une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque la partie du corps (2) de grenade sur laquelle vient s'appliquer le tube (9) se trouve arrondie, on procède à un léger évasement (16) de l'extrémité du tube (9) avant ou lors du positionnement du tube (9) sur le corps (2) de grenade, cela afin d'élargir la surface de contact relative entre tube et corps de grenade.
- Procédé de fixation d'un système d'amorçage selon une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la soudure est réalisé par laser.
- Procédé de fixation d'un système d'amorçage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la soudure laser est réalisée de façon à couper une extrémité du tube (9) de façon à aménager un chanfrein d'extrémité (17) à cette extrémité du tube (9).
