Definitions
- the invention relates to a binding for a snowboard with the in the preamble of Features specified claim 1.
- a snowboard is a piece of sports equipment with which a user, similar to skis, can slide down a slope on snow. About that on the snowboard to connect standing users with the snowboard are on the snowboard 1
- Two bonds 2 are regularly provided, one each with a suitable one (Snowboard) shoe 3 clad foot 4 of the user in one of the two Bindings 2 is attachable.
- each binding 2 has a binding plate 5 on which a system of straps, buckles and slings or of other connecting means 6 for connecting the shoe to the binding plate 5 is provided.
- Each binding plate 5 is in turn with the snowboard 1 connected that the longitudinal axis 7 of the connected to the binding plate 5 Foot 4 with the longitudinal axis 8 of the snowboard 1 an acute angle W includes.
- an acute angle W For setting the acute angle W and connecting the Binding plate 5 at this angle with the snowboard 1 have known Bindings on a mounting plate 10, which by means of screws 12th can be screwed onto the snowboard 1 and the binding plate 5 when screwed down holds the snowboard 1 in the selected setting of the acute angle W.
- the mounting plate 5 is circular in shape surfaces 14, 15, 16 arranged in a central axis 31, into a Correspondingly complementary recess 17, 18, 19 of the Binding plate 5 rotatable (with sufficient play) fitted and has one circular pressure surface / locking surface 14, which against an opposite complementary pressure surface / locking surface 17 of the binding plate 5 can be pressed by the mounting plate 10, inserted into the recess of the Binding plate 5, is screwed onto the snowboard.
- the pressure / locking surface 14, 17 is designed as a ring gear in known bindings 2, such that the Sprocket of the mounting plate 10 in a form-fitting manner in that of the binding plate 5 engages as soon as the mounting plate 10, inserted into the binding plate 5, is screwed onto the snowboard.
- the teeth are from the sprocket axis seen from the radial direction triangular cross-sectional areas and protrude from a flat circular ring surface or a truncated cone surface.
- the user connects the Snowboards, i.e. the snowboarder usually both feet firmly with the Snowboard.
- the longitudinal axis 7 of the right foot shoots one for the Departure suitably set acute angle W1 and the longitudinal axis 7 of the left An acute angle W2 with the Longitudinal axis 8 of the snowboard.
- the snowboarder solves a (in the Rule attached to the back of the snowboard as seen in the direction of movement) Foot 4 of the snowboard to get in on the ground next to the snowboard Repel direction of movement 22 forward and transmits with the other on the foot attaches the thrust to the snowboard, causing it to causes a sliding movement with the snowboard.
- a disadvantage of this forward movement caused by pushing off with one foot of the snowboard is that the longitudinal axis 7 of that which remains fixed on the board Foot 4 through an angle W transverse to the longitudinal axis 8 of the snowboard and thus also by a corresponding angle W 'transverse to the longitudinal axis of the repellent Foot is aligned and in the direction of the snowboarder's view of the latter approaches.
- This forced unnatural orientation of the feet to each other and the joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles also become the direction of movement of the snowboarder in a very unhealthy, harmful way (Fig. 2a).
- the invention is therefore based on the problem of a binding for a snowboard to create, in which the adjustment of the angle between the longitudinal axis of the they foot and the longitudinal axis of the snowboard in easier Wise and can be done very quickly.
- Embodiments of the invention are specified in subclaims 2 to 15.
- the binding plate 5 has in the embodiment a recess which is cylindrically symmetrical about the axis of rotation 31 of the binding from the support level 25 and thus from the snowboard starting first cylindrical Section 35 having a diameter D1 and a length L1, the via an annular shoulder surface 36 into a second cylindrical section 37 merges with a diameter D2 which is larger than the diameter D1 is.
- the bearing plate 30 is now with enough play to ensure the Rotation of the binding plate 5 about the binding rotation axis 31, i.e. With sufficiently large distances between the opposing Surfaces of the bearing and binding plate in the recess of the binding plate appropriately trained.
- the bearing plate 30 has a lower one Support level 40 for support on the snowboard, one of which with a First section 45 formed with a cylindrical surface with the diameter D1 ′ Length L1 'starts from a circular shoulder surface 46 into a second cylindrical portion 47 with a diameter D2 'passes. Lying storage and binding plate in the illustrated, fully assembled state with their respective Support level (25; 40) on the essentially flat snowboard surface, so to ensure the rotatability of the binding plate 5 around the Binding axis 31 in particular L1 'greater than L1 and D1' less than D1 as well D2 'be less than D2.
- the size difference between the lengths L1 and L1 ' as well as between the diameters D1 and D1 ', D2 and D2' should be in the Range from a few centimeters to one millimeter the lowest possible rotation of the binding plate 5 under Ensure winter sports conditions while avoiding a Wobble of the binding plate, as it could possibly occur if the game is too big.
- Screws 12 are provided which extend through elongated holes in the bearing plate into prepared blind holes in common snowboards are screwed and then the bearing plate 30 against rotation and displacement hold securely on the snowboard 1.
- a selected angle W are in the first embodiment Section 45 of the bearing plate 30, which has the diameter D1 ', is equidistant Distributed locking depressions 50 are provided, into which a Locking element 60 pushed radially in the direction of the binding axis of rotation 31 or can be pulled out in the opposite direction.
