Dieser senkt sich auf die Flaschen 8 ab und schraubt den Verschluß 2 auf die Gefäßmündung auf. Der Verschlußkopf 11 weist Mittel 21 auf, die während dieses Vorganges auch den Trinkverschluß automatisch schließen. Die so verschlossene Flasche wird dann dem weiteren Drehkreis 20 zugeführt, in dem dann, wie bereits vorbeschrieben, die Schutzkappe 6 aufgesetzt wird. Die Schließung der Trinköffnung 4 kann aber auch bereits im Zuführbereich nach vorgenommener Reinigung vor dem eigentlichen Verschließvorgang vorgenommen werden.
Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Verschließen von Gefäßen mit einem einen wiederverschließbaren Trinkverschluss (2) enthaltenden Schraubverschluss und einer Schutzkappe zum Abdecken eines solchen Trinkverschlusses (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlüsse (2) mit geöffneter Trinköffnung (4) vor dem Verschließvorgang einer Reinigung unterworfen und darauf der geöffnete Verschluss (2) unter Schließung der Trinköffnung (4) auf die Mündung der Gefäße (8) aufgebracht wird und anschließend die Schutzkappen (6) auf die Verschlüsse (2, 5) aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlüsse (2) mit der geöffneten Trinköffnung (4) nach unten einem Reinigungsbad unterworfen und unter Schließung der Trinköffnung (4) in eine Verschließmaschine (9) geführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trinköffnungen (4) nach dem Reinigungsvorgang getrocknet und vor dem Aufbringen auf die Gefäßmündungen verschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trinkverschlüsse (4) mit Aufbringen des Verschlusses (2) auf die Gefäßmündungen verschlossen werden.
- Verschließmaschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschließmaschine (9) mit zusätzlichen Mitteln zum Verschließen des geöffneten Trinkverschlusses (5) ausgebildet ist und mindestens einen weiteren Drehkreis und einen Aufsetzer für Verschlusskappen (6) als weitere Einrichtung zum Aufsetzen der Schutzkappen (6) aufweist.
- Verschließmaschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verschließköpfe (11) mit zusätzlichen Mitteln (21) zum Verschließen des geöffneten Trinkverschlusses (5) ausgebildet sind und die Verschließmaschine mindestens einen weiteren Drehkreis und mindestens einen Aufsetzer für die Schutzkappen (6) als Einrichtung zum Aufsetzen der Schutzkappen (6) aufweist.
