Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von mit einem Aufdruck auf seiner Mantelfläche versehenen Behälter (4), insbesondere einer Aerosoldose aus Aluminium, welcher bevorzugt vor dem Aufdruck als ein im wesentlichen zylindrischer Körper mit einer im wesentlichen zylindrischen Mantelfläche vorliegt, wobei eine Folie (11) mit Erhöhungen bedruckt wird oder Vertiefungen in sie eingebracht werden und ein Abschnitt dieser Folie dann mit einer Applikationswalze (24) auf die Mantelfläche des Behälters (4) aufgebracht wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt von der Folie auf der Applikationswalze (24) während deren Drehung abgeschnitten wird und bis zur Übertragung auf den Behälter (4) auf der Applikationswalze (24) verbleibt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Folie (11) mit einer Dicke von 0,012 mm bis 0,020 mm verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erhöhungen auf der Folie im Tief-, Offset-, Flexo-, Digital- oder Siebdruck hergestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie auf ihrer Rückseite zur Mantelfläche des Behälters hin beschichtet wird, wobei die Beschichtung auf der Rückseite der Folie (11) aus einem Lack, insbesondere aus einem Heissklebe-, Schmelzklebe-, Thermohaft-, Thermoverbund- oder Thermolaminierlack besteht.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (4) vor dem Aufbringen der Folie (11) auf eine Temperatur von 120° bis' 180°C erwärmt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von mit einem Aufdruck auf seiner Mantelfläche versehenen Behälter (4), insbesondere einer Aerosoldose aus Aluminium, welcher bevorzugt vor dem Aufdruck als ein im wesentlichen zylindrischer Körper mit einer im wesentlichen zylindrischen Mantelfläche vorliegt, wobei zum Aufbringen einer Folie (11) mit einem Aufdruck/Eindruck auf den Behälter (4) eine Wickelstation (3) vorgesehen und dieser eine Zuführeinrichtung (1) für die Behälter (4) zugeordnet ist und in der Wickelstation (3.1) eine Applikationswalze (24) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikationswalze (24) zumindest ein Querschneidemesser (30) zugeordnet ist, welches geringfügig über den Umfang der Applikationswalze (24) hervorsteht und beim Vorbeidrehen mit einem Gegenmesser (21.1) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinrichtung aus einem Drehstern (1) besteht, der eine Mehrzahl von Dornen (2) aufweist, auf denen die Behälter (4) aufgesteckt sind, wobei der Drehstern (1) getaktet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wickelstation (3) eine Aufheizzone (5) vorgeschaltet ist, in der bevorzugt die Dorne (2) aufheizbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Wickelstation (3) eine Walze oder Druckrolle (6) vorgesehen ist, welche zum Aufbringen der Folie (11) auf dem Mantel des Behälters (4) abrollt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckrolle (6) ein Walzenpaar (8,9) vorgeschaltet ist, zwischen dessen Walzen die Folie (11) zur Wickelstation (3) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Applikationswalze als Vakuumwalze (24) ausgebildet und in ihrem Inneren in ein Vakuumsegment (27) und ein Segment (28) mit Normaldruck aufgeteilt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Applikationswalze (24) als Expansionswalze ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wickelstation (3) ein Markenleser (19) und eine Bahnkantenregelung (14) vorgeschaltet sind.
