Definitions
- the invention relates to a distributor device according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- Such distribution devices are used in particular for the promotion of Concrete, used in building construction, for example to move concrete ceilings into buildings. Depending on the height and size, it is necessary to pour the concrete over a to distribute further area. To do this, one uses distribution systems that are mostly formed from a distribution boom on several boom sections and on transport vehicles, on cranes or the like. transportable or stationary are. When it comes to placing booms, it depends on clever subdivision of the mast into individual mast sections that are articulated or are telescopically connected, a maximum distribution field for conveying of being able to operate concrete.
- This high mobility of the distributor boom is particularly important in the front, area of the jib near the tip of the distributor.
- the area of the distributor boom that is close to the bogie is Stretch function of greater importance because of the associated achievability of height and width. It is useful to have at least one distributor mast and preferably to make the basic boom telescopic, what about the alternative of angling the distribution booms Brings the advantage of a smaller space requirement.
- a generic known distribution device in a generic known distribution device according to the US patent US-A-4 130 134 is the distribution device on a bogie Truck and has a telescopic boom, its length adjustment by a scissor system made up of several conveyor line elements is achieved.
- the known conveyor line shears for length adjustment to the telescopic hub of a basic boom three conveyor line elements used in a row. These conveyor line elements are arranged so that they are between a folded position in the retracted telescopic position and between an extended position of the Conveyor line elements are folded in the extended telescopic position can.
- each of the delivery line elements vibrates during the Telescopic process by approx. 180 ° and takes up a vertical position to the telescopic direction.
- the well-known delivery line scissors needed at least three conveyor line elements, of which the two are on the outside each with one of its ends on the centrally arranged conveyor line element are articulated and with their other ends on the respective telescopic part of the placing boom attached and there with the supply or discharge concrete delivery line are connected.
- these three delivery line elements are the outer ones Delivery line elements for telescopic length compensation in principle without Significance because they are only insignificant compared to the telescopic tubes they carry Execute evasive movement perpendicular to the telescopic longitudinal axis, to the extent that the articulation points change during the telescopic process Remove vertically from the telescopic longitudinal axis on the middle conveyor line element.
- the telescopic length compensation is done exclusively by swiveling of the middle conveyor line element. This is on an am Manifold boom centrally supported in the longitudinal direction of the boom and due to the arrangement encompassing the mast profile only up to around 120 ° pivotable. That's why the telescopic length compensation is only approx. 1.7 times the true length of the middle conveyor line element can be used.
- middle Telescopic position in which the middle conveying line element is roughly in one 90 ° position to the telescope of the distributor boom, this concrete conveyor line element protrudes simultaneously on each side of the jib by about 1 ⁇ 4 of the telescope stroke, so that the entire system height of such a Arrangement corresponds to about half of the telescope stroke. This is common practice Telescopic stroke lengths of 4-6 m are extremely annoying.
- the known concrete spreading device thus has the disadvantage that it in Cross direction builds comparatively large, but considering the circumstance it is disadvantageous that in such distribution devices a variety of folded mast sections can be accommodated in the tightest of spaces must be subdivided into individual sections, including those supported by them Concrete delivery line along with the other accessories for the distribution device. As a result, a more compact and simpler version of a distribution device comes with telescopic mast section increased importance.
- the conveyor line elements pivot by about 90 °, what necessarily results in a system height of about half a telescope length. This is with standard telescope lengths of 4-6 m extremely annoying, because of it a relatively large space requirement when unfolding the system and also an increased construction effort results.
- the object of the invention is to provide a distributor device which is particularly suitable for conveying concrete to create the comparatively simple and structurally compact Setting up a desired length adjustment of a concrete delivery line to a telescopic Pylon allows.
- the conveyor line elements are each rectified Leg ends formed on each other with respect to the two conveyor line elements are prepared. This results in an essentially S-shaped construction in the extended position the delivery line elements. This results in a very compact structure, which is great for the distribution device is of great advantage because it has a variety of moveable Has elements that are not when extending or unfolding the mast sections may hinder.
- the articulation points of the two conveyor line elements articulated on the telescopic pipes are essentially alternating in the two telescope end positions arranged crosswise to each other.
- the two conveyor line elements relevant to length compensation have approximately the length of 1 ⁇ 4 of the stroke of the telescopic mast section.
- Each of the conveyor line elements pivots through the entire telescopic process by about 180 ° and takes a vertical position to the telescopic direction.
- Applying the roll folding principle ensures that this vertical position the two delivery line elements never occur simultaneously, but one after the other. That means, that the system height, i.e. the space requirement, makes up about a quarter of the telescope stroke, which corresponds approximately to the length of a single conveyor line element.
- This is beneficial for the compact construction of the delivery line shears. Not only the whole System height, depending on the number of conveyor line elements, only approx. 1 ⁇ 4 or less of the stroke amount, but there are also no intermediate pieces and the associated additional construction effort. Overall, the moving components and are also reduced the necessary joints including their displacement.
- the articulation points of the conveyor line elements are expediently relative to one another movable telescopic tubes spaced from each other, whereby the Articulation points of the delivery line shears are static in every phase of the telescopic movement form a certain triangle, so that the forces acting on the conveyor line elements are statically determined at all times are what the design, stability and durability of the structure is important.
- the articulation points move on precisely defined Paths, namely the fixed articulation points parallel to the telescopic direction Orbits relative to each other.
- each conveying line element essentially Is C-shaped, with adjacent and directly articulated with each other connected conveyor line elements essentially an S-shape or Waveform with two opposite amplitudes. Thereby can the two conveyor line elements together with little space pass.
- Fig. 1 shows a purely schematic and partial representation of a placing boom for thick materials, in particular concrete, which, for example, at 1 on a transport conveyor vehicle, a truck, for example.
- Distribution booms are used to place concrete on site using a concrete pump, for example to promote the erection of a concrete ceiling, the generally of several Mast sections built up by swiveling and extending the sections can cover a wide distribution area.
- the one shown Distribution boom has a telescopic mast section which can be pivoted about the structure 1 2, which, as shown in FIG. 3, consists of a first telescopic tube 3 and a in contrast, extendable second telescopic tube 4 is constructed.
- the extendable telescopic tube so here the telescopic tube 4, is arranged extendable within the telescopic tube 3, but also the position shown in Fig. 3 is possible, in which the telescopic tube 3 within, overlapped by the telescopic tube 4, is arranged.
- the concrete placing boom serves as a support for the actual concrete delivery line, which consist of several, articulated concrete delivery pipes is constructed.
- the invention is concerned with the concrete delivery line in the field of the telescopic boom section, because here due to the telescopic Extending the telescopic tubes a length adjustment of those arranged in this area Concrete delivery line is required.
- the following is regarding the Concrete delivery pipes of delivery line elements arranged in this area spoken.
- the concrete delivery line is adjacent arranged the placing boom 2.
- a concrete delivery pipe 5 which is attached at 6 to the telescopic pipe 3 and as a result the articulation 7 with pivoting of the telescopic boom section 2 is equally pivotable.
- Concrete delivery pipe 5 is fixed via a bearing block 8 with respect to the telescopic pipe 3.
- a conveying line element 9 connects to this concrete conveying pipe 5, which with one end at 10 pivotally mounted on the bearing block 8 and the rest is fixed immovable. That is, the conveying line member 9 is pivotable with respect to the axis 11.
- Delivery line element 9 is directly at 12 with a further delivery line element 13 articulated, the pivot axis being designated 14.
- the second conveyor line element 13 is at its other end at 15 in turn articulated, d. H. pivotable, but non-displaceable on a bearing block 16 mounted, which is attached to the extendable telescopic tube 4.
- Bearing block 16 is also a concrete delivery pipe connected to the delivery line element 13 17 added, the further, not shown here Concrete delivery line area is illustrated at 18.
- FIG. 1 and 2 show the telescopic boom section 2 in its retracted telescopic end position.
- this Mast section 2 in a known manner to further mast sections 19 and 20 are folded or rolled up and after extending and swiveling the telescopic Distribution boom section 2 rolled up and forward or can be folded out.
- Corresponding joints are designated with 21 and 22, however, this does not require further discussion here.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 In the telescopic end position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are the Conveying line elements 9 and 13 in the extended position, wherein in this extended position the conveying line elements 9 and 13 extend counter to the concrete conveying direction F. That is, the articulation point 15 at one end of the conveying line element 13 is to the left of the articulation point 10 of the end of the other concrete conveying line element 9th
- the conveying line element 13 moves with its articulation point 15 in the telescopic direction and runs depending on the telescopic extension position at the articulation point 10 at the end of the other conveyor line element 9 past, with articulation point 10 here due to the fixed, ie not extendable Telescopic tube 3 remains stationary.
- pivot point 15 1 to the left of the articulation point 10 arranged pivot point 15 is in the extended position shown in FIG. 4 of the tube 4 now to the right of the articulation point 10. That is, in the two telescopic end positions are the two pivot points 10 and 15 of the scissor assembly from the two conveyor line elements alternately to each other Arranged cross.
- FIG. 5 shows the basic structure of a structure as already shown in FIGS. 1-4 explained delivery line scissors from delivery line elements 9, 13, wherein for same components the same reference numerals are used.
- the telescopic distributor mast is on the top left in its retracted telescopic end position and on the right schematically shown the extended telescopic tube.
- the delivery line elements 9 and 13 are only shown schematically as straight lines, to explain the functional course. The ends of the two are visible Delivery line elements 9 and 13 at 10 and 15 fixed relative to the corresponding Telescopic tubes 4 and 3 relocated, but with a pivoting movement within of the joint is made possible.
- the feed line element swivels clearly 9 with the start of the extension movement of the telescopic tube 4 upwards and the articulation point 15 runs in the conveying direction F to the right.
- the course of the The articulation point 15 here runs on a straight line parallel to the telescopic axis of the telescopic structure, wherein the pivot point 15 can be seen by a distance h is offset downwards relative to the fixed articulation point 10, consequently the path of the articulation point 15 over its entire path by the distance h is offset.
- the articulation point 15 passes the following lower illustrations finally the articulation point 10 and the conveyor line scissors come out of the Function position shown above with extended position of the elements 9 and 13 opposite corresponding to the conveying direction F in the extended position in the concrete conveying direction F. the illustration below.
- the maximum deflection across the direction of concrete delivery F is evident when the articulation point 15 is below the Joint is located between the two elements 9 and 13, the transverse extent in principle determined by the length of the conveyor line element 13 is. Since it is also possible in an advantageous manner, the lengths of both conveyor line elements to be different, can be shown in FIG. 5 Constellation of a delivery line scissor assembly the delivery line element 13 with a short length compared to the other conveying line element 9 be chosen or vice versa.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a distributor device according to the preamble of the claim 1.
Such distribution devices are used in particular for the promotion of Concrete, used in building construction, for example to move concrete ceilings into buildings.
That is why the use of mobile concrete pumps is decisively shaped by highly sensitive articulated distributor boom. These are arranged on a bogie and carry a concrete delivery line. Such placing booms can take on a wide variety of work positions required on site, e.g. B. stretched vertically or horizontally, angled and the like. You can thus, in whatever configuration, the discharge end of the one you carried Guide the concrete delivery line precisely to the concrete placement point. Leading the tip of the distributor boom is made by turning the distributor boom and / or angle adjustment of the individual distributor mast sections with each other.
This high mobility of the distributor boom is particularly important in the front, area of the jib near the tip of the distributor. By doing on the other hand, the area of the distributor boom that is close to the bogie is Stretch function of greater importance because of the associated achievability of height and width. It is useful to have at least one distributor mast and preferably to make the basic boom telescopic, what about the alternative of angling the distribution booms Brings the advantage of a smaller space requirement.
In the area of the telescopic construction of a boom section a length adjustment of the concrete delivery lines must be ensured. Admittedly, a flexible design of the concrete delivery line elements can be used enable length adjustment in the area of the telescopic mast section, however, this is limited to short stroke lengths because there are flexible concrete delivery pipes only allow limited bending. With longer stroke lengths Such a construction is forbidden, rather you have to use rigid concrete delivery line elements pass.
In a generic known distribution device according to the US patent US-A-4 130 134 is the distribution device on a bogie Truck and has a telescopic boom, its length adjustment by a scissor system made up of several conveyor line elements is achieved. In the known conveyor line shears for length adjustment to the telescopic hub of a basic boom three conveyor line elements used in a row. These conveyor line elements are arranged so that they are between a folded position in the retracted telescopic position and between an extended position of the Conveyor line elements are folded in the extended telescopic position can. Here, each of the delivery line elements vibrates during the Telescopic process by approx. 180 ° and takes up a vertical position to the telescopic direction. The well-known delivery line scissors needed at least three conveyor line elements, of which the two are on the outside each with one of its ends on the centrally arranged conveyor line element are articulated and with their other ends on the respective telescopic part of the placing boom attached and there with the supply or discharge concrete delivery line are connected. Of these three delivery line elements, however, are the outer ones Delivery line elements for telescopic length compensation in principle without Significance because they are only insignificant compared to the telescopic tubes they carry Execute evasive movement perpendicular to the telescopic longitudinal axis, to the extent that the articulation points change during the telescopic process Remove vertically from the telescopic longitudinal axis on the middle conveyor line element. The telescopic length compensation is done exclusively by swiveling of the middle conveyor line element. In middle Telescopic position in which the middle conveying line element is roughly in one 90 ° position to the telescope of the distributor boom, this concrete conveyor line element protrudes simultaneously on each side of the jib by about ¼ of the telescope stroke, so that the entire system height of such a Arrangement corresponds to about half of the telescope stroke. This is common practice Telescopic stroke lengths of 4-6 m are extremely annoying.
According to US-A-41 30 134, a double arrangement is alternatively also the delivery line scissors for a particularly long telescopic stroke or multiple telescoping stimulated, which nevertheless still has the disadvantage that for each additional arrangement of a delivery line shear additional Conveyor line elements must be used, namely one for telescopic length compensation relevant and one not for telescope length compensation relevant part as a connecting intermediate piece. This inevitably leads to considerable additional construction work and complexity of the arrangement of the concrete delivery line elements.
The known concrete spreading device thus has the disadvantage that it in Cross direction builds comparatively large, but considering the circumstance it is disadvantageous that in such distribution devices a variety of folded mast sections can be accommodated in the tightest of spaces must be subdivided into individual sections, including those supported by them Concrete delivery line along with the other accessories for the distribution device. As a result, a more compact and simpler version of a distribution device comes with telescopic mast section increased importance.
It is known to telescope the concrete delivery line itself (DE-A-196 41 789), but this is connected with the problem that in the place of gradation the concrete hardens between the inner and outer pipe of the concrete delivery line and thus the entry and exit or cleaning is considerably more difficult, if not impossible. Also the guidance of the telescopic Concrete conveying pipes and the problems of roundness of the Pipes have meant that such a construction has so far been practical not implemented.
Finally, it is known from US-A-39 42 554, in a telescopically adjustable Crane mast, which carries a conveyor line, for the purpose of length compensation of the inlet and Extension movement of the crane mast two articulated with each other Articulate conveyor line elements on the front and rear telescopic part, so that a Z-like folding and unfolding movement of the crane mast when moving in and out Delivery line results (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 6 and 7). They move when telescoping Conveying line elements each from an extended position approximately parallel to the telescopic direction when the mast is extended up to a position perpendicular to the telescope direction when the mast is retracted Mast or vice versa. The conveyor line elements pivot by about 90 °, what necessarily results in a system height of about half a telescope length. This is with standard telescope lengths of 4-6 m extremely annoying, because of it a relatively large space requirement when unfolding the system and also an increased construction effort results.
From EP-A-432 854 a distribution device of the generic type is known in which two conveyor line elements in a telescopic position to each other arranged crosswise are and in the other telescopic end position in an inclined position to each other, while the extension of one telescopic part, the two conveyor line elements to each other pass. However, the structure of the network is made up of the interconnected Conveyor line elements comparatively bulky, what with the variety of moving elements the distribution device disadvantageous when unfolding or extending the mast and is disturbing.
The object of the invention is to provide a distributor device which is particularly suitable for conveying concrete to create the comparatively simple and structurally compact Setting up a desired length adjustment of a concrete delivery line to a telescopic Pylon allows.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a device according to claim 1 solved, expedient configurations by the in the dependent claims included features are marked.
According to the invention, the conveyor line elements are each rectified Leg ends formed on each other with respect to the two conveyor line elements are prepared. This results in an essentially S-shaped construction in the extended position the delivery line elements. This results in a very compact structure, which is great for the distribution device is of great advantage because it has a variety of moveable Has elements that are not when extending or unfolding the mast sections may hinder. The articulation points of the two conveyor line elements articulated on the telescopic pipes are essentially alternating in the two telescope end positions arranged crosswise to each other. When extending and retracting the movable telescopic tube the two articulation points of the conveyor line elements run into its telescopic end positions past each other, with the delivery line elements in both telescopic end positions are in the stretched position, but in an end position opposite to the concrete conveying direction and in the other in the direction of the concrete conveying direction.
The two conveyor line elements relevant to length compensation have approximately the length of ¼ of the stroke of the telescopic mast section. Each of the conveyor line elements pivots through the entire telescopic process by about 180 ° and takes a vertical position to the telescopic direction. By the invention Applying the roll folding principle ensures that this vertical position the two delivery line elements never occur simultaneously, but one after the other. That means, that the system height, i.e. the space requirement, makes up about a quarter of the telescope stroke, which corresponds approximately to the length of a single conveyor line element. This is beneficial for the compact construction of the delivery line shears. Not only the whole System height, depending on the number of conveyor line elements, only approx. ¼ or less of the stroke amount, but there are also no intermediate pieces and the associated additional construction effort. Overall, the moving components and are also reduced the necessary joints including their displacement.
In addition, as a result of the length determination, but also the articulation of the conveyor line elements individual on the two telescopic tubes that can be moved relative to each other Adjustments of the delivery line shears to the given conditions on the transport vehicle and the boom to be used are possible.
The articulation points of the conveyor line elements are expediently relative to one another movable telescopic tubes spaced from each other, whereby the Articulation points of the delivery line shears are static in every phase of the telescopic movement form a certain triangle, so that the forces acting on the conveyor line elements are statically determined at all times are what the design, stability and durability of the structure is important. Here the articulation points move on precisely defined Paths, namely the fixed articulation points parallel to the telescopic direction Orbits relative to each other.
With the invention is not only for complicated placing booms and their movement sequence realizes crucial small system height, but it is regarding the design and arrangement of the conveyor line elements relevant for length compensation and their joints one with the complexity of the known today Concrete placing masts decisive adaptation to the structural environment possible. It should be borne in mind that in the case of different mast segments existing concrete spreading devices more or less limited Installation space and freedom of movement is available because in this area at the same time drive parts such as cylinders, levers and the like for the distributor boom pivoting movement must be accommodated in the smallest of spaces.
It is also expedient here that each conveying line element essentially Is C-shaped, with adjacent and directly articulated with each other connected conveyor line elements essentially an S-shape or Waveform with two opposite amplitudes. Thereby can the two conveyor line elements together with little space pass.

The concrete placing boom serves as a support for the actual concrete delivery line, which consist of several, articulated concrete delivery pipes is constructed. The invention is concerned with the concrete delivery line in the field of the telescopic boom section, because here due to the telescopic Extending the telescopic tubes a length adjustment of those arranged in this area Concrete delivery line is required. The following is regarding the Concrete delivery pipes of delivery line elements arranged in this area spoken.

With the structure described it is possible with surprisingly simple and Above all, compact construction of a conveyor line shear length adjustments a concrete delivery line on a telescopic boom.

A further advantageous embodiment results from FIG. 6, in which the

der senkrechten Anordnung eines der Förderleitungselemente 9, 13 die
