Abstract

A filter device (34,36,38,40,42) is reversibly arranged in the rain water seepage shaft section (12,14) between an inflow aperture (16) and an outflow aperture (18), and is held by a retaining device (30,32). This device takes the form of radially inwardly extending bolts or similar continuously or at least partly continuously acting as a shoulder section (30). The holding device may also be formed as a corrugation (12a) on the inner periphery of the shaft section, in which the filter device engages. A further alternative for it takes the form of an inner tube or holding body insertable in the shaft section.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Versickerungseinrichtung Versickerung von Wasser, insbesondere RegenwasserThe invention relates to a percolation device infiltration of water, especially rainwater

There are known infiltration devices, which are usually used to initiate rainwater into the ground, without it comes to the surface to a backwater, ie without flooding-like responsible occur. Even without drains, it should be possible to initiate rainwater into the ground. Furthermore, the rainwater should not be discharged into a sewage system, as well as the introduction of rainwater, for example, large parking lots, large roofs or the like. With fees from the cities and municipalities is occupied. In order to save costs, infiltration devices are accordingly used to introduce rainwater into the soil.

The rainwater is introduced via an inlet opening in the shaft section of a percolation device or a percolation shaft and then can be transported via a drain opening in a seepage pipe. The seepage pipe is provided at its outer periphery with a plurality of holes or perforations through which the water can be introduced into the soil. The seepage pipes are often placed in a gravel bed, so that starting from the openings in the seepage pipe, the water can be introduced into the gravel bed and then into the surrounding soil, without it even with larger amounts of water, which may be incurred in torrential rains Backlog can come.

With such infiltration devices, it has now been found that dust particles, dirt deposits or the like, which may be incurred on roof surfaces, parking areas or the like, can also lead to dirt deposits in the shafts and infiltration pipes. The infiltration pipes, i. their perforations or openings and the associated gravel bed can now be added by such amounts of dirt in the rainwater over time, or can the discharge capacity of a silted drainage pipe or a muddy gravel bed and even in weak rainfall, the rainwater introduced into the infiltration device not more properly be launched into the underground.

Eine derartige, durchaus als problematisch anzusehende Versickerungseinrichtung ist beispielsweise aus dem DE 296 16 503.4 U1 bekanntSuch, to be regarded as problematic infiltration device is for example from the DE 296 16 503.4 U1 known

The DE 197 01 522 C1 discloses a percolation device in which a filter device is suspended from a radial inner flange of an upper manhole subsection and the upper manhole subsection is seated with its inner flange on an adapter plate, which in turn rests in an annular shoulder formed on an upper edge section of a lower manhole subsection. DE 197 01 522C1 will be the closest thing to the technology.

Zur weiteren Illustration des technischen Hintergrunds kann auf die Druckschriften US 5,810,510 A , US 5,511,904 A sowie DE 196 33 987 A verwiesen werden, welche jeweils eine Versickerungseinrichtung zur Versickerung von Wasser mit einem Schachtabschnitt offenbaren, wobei wenigstens eine Zulauföffnung am Schachtabschnitt und wenigstens eine Ablauföffnung am Schachtabschnitt vorgesehenen sind. For further illustration of the technical background may refer to the publications US 5,810,510 A . The object of the invention is to develop the known from the prior art infiltration devices such that they are easier and more flexible to assemble and are inexpensive to produce.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by infiltration device according to claim 1.

Advantageous embodiments of the device according to the invention are defined by the subclaims.

The advantages to be achieved according to the invention are based on the fact that a filter device can be reversibly arranged in the shaft section between the inlet opening and the outlet opening. That is, the filter device may be withdrawn from the infiltration well or percolation device as needed to remove debris collected by the filter device. This dirt can not get in this way in the perforated or perforated or slotted seepage pipe, which usually runs horizontally in a gravel bed in the ground, and block this.

Advantageously, a holding device is arranged in the shaft section between the inlet opening and the outlet opening, which holds the filter device, and in particular reversibly holds. In this case, the holding device can be arranged over the shaft circumference on the inside of the shaft, for example in the form of screws or bolts which project radially into the shaft interior. Of course, the holding device may otherwise be realized in any other way, for example as a shoulder portion, which is continuously provided over portions on the inner circumference or may extend over the entire inner circumference preferably in a plane perpendicular to the vertical center axis of the manhole section.

As a holding device, a corrugation can be used on the inner circumference of the shaft section, for example, when the shaft section is formed as a corrugated pipe. In the event that the shaft section is formed as a corrugated tube with a smooth inner skin, for example, the smooth inner tube can be omitted at one point, so that the. Filter device or the holding device is able to engage in a corrugation on the inner circumference of the shaft section.

The holding device can also be designed, for example, as an inner tube, which is inserted into the shaft section and, for example, stands up on the shaft bottom. This inner tube may then have respective passage openings or passage slots in order to pass the water from the filter device to the drain opening of the shaft section. Of course, the holding device may also be in the form of a holding body or the like., For example, like a tripod or the like., Wherein Tripod legs, for example, also down on the shaft bottom of the shaft portion of the infiltration device according to the invention can get up. The filter device would be suspended here in the upper end of the inner tube or the tripod ring.

An advantageous embodiment according to the invention results when the manhole section is divided into two subsections. In this case, one of the shaft subsection has the inlet opening, while the other of the shaft subsections is assigned to the outlet opening. The two shaft sections are rotatable relative to each other about the common longitudinal axis, so that the connection of an inlet pipe and a drain pipe can be made simpler by the connecting pieces at the inlet opening and the drain opening of the infiltration device according to the invention practically to the pipes to be connected by rotating the shaft subsections to their common Longitudinal axis can be aligned.

One of the shaft subsections has a neck portion, which is designed in particular approximately like a ring. This ring portion may be extended into the other tray sub-portion, the other tray sub-portion being rotatable about the nose portion. By the neck portion, for example, a ring-like portion, the two shaft sub-sections are rotatably connected or plugged together about the common longitudinal axis. The joint can then no more soil in the installed state penetrate. In order to make a fixation of the two shaft subsections to each other, for example, a sleeve, a clamping ring or a comparable object can be used.

Furthermore, the neck portion on the holding device. The holding device can be used as a separate part together with the neck portion in one of the pipe sections, for example, glued, welded or otherwise fixed.

The holding device may preferably be formed as a shoulder portion which extends over one or more parts of the inner circumference of the shaft section or the holding device. In this case, when the holding device as a shoulder portion in the Slot section protrudes, the filter device may be formed with a correspondingly smaller outer diameter and be formed on its outer periphery with a support portion to rest on the shoulder portion. Since the filter device then has a correspondingly smaller outer diameter than the inside diameter of the shaft section, it is easy to extract the reversible filter device from an upper end section of the infiltration device for emptying and cleaning purposes and to insert it into the infiltration device again after its regeneration.

The filter device preferably has a stabilizing or coarse filter section, which can retain coarse solid constituents in the water. The stabilizing portion may be formed bucket-shaped and have holes, so that only stones, loams, leaves and the like. Retained, while the water with finer suspended parts, sand, mud and the like. Through the large openings of the stabilization section can pass.

In order to be able to retain the fine solid constituents in the water, the filter device has a fine filter section. The fine filter section preferably surrounds the stabilization section, wherein the fine filter section leaves open the inlet region of the stabilization section.

Advantageously, the filter device or the fine filter section comprises a nonwoven or a fabric fleece, a metal mesh, a plastic fabric or the like, or consists essentially of such a material or a combination of such materials.

Preferably, the fine filter device may be formed bag-like, wherein the opening edge of the stabilizing section or coarse filter section can be fixed. In this case, the opening edge may be formed with a seam in which a string, a chain or the like. Is guided. By means of this cord, chain or the like., The bag opening can be pulled or reopened, so that the fine filter means are placed, for example, to the stabilizing section or coarse filter section at its upper edge can, and can be determined there by narrowing the opening or closing the opening.

a holding device together with the indicated filter device like this in the embodiment according to FIG Fig. 1 can be used in a plan view ( Fig. 2 ), a half-section ( Fig. 2a ) and a section ( Fig. 2b ) along the section line A - B according to Fig. 2 ,

In the figures, identical or at least functionally identical components are identified by the same reference numerals, so that repetitions are unnecessary.

The embodiment according to Fig. 1 discloses a percolation device or infiltration well 10 having features according to the invention.

The infiltration well 10 has an upper well subsection 12 and a lower well subsection 14. At the upper end of the shaft subsection 12, a maintenance opening 22 is provided. At the lower end of the lower shaft subsection 14, a shaft bottom 20 is arranged.

The upper shaft sub-section 12 has an inlet opening 16 or a corresponding connecting piece 16, to which an inlet pipe 50 is connected. The inlet pipe 50 may for example supply water from the downpipe of a gutter or, for example, water from a gutter of a car park or the like.

The lower shaft subsection 14 has a drain opening or a connection for connecting a pipe 18. At this port 18, a pipe 52 is connected, the as infiltration pipe into the ground, ie embedded in the soil. The infiltration tube 52 is provided with perforations or holes and is usually embedded in a gravel bed so that the water introduced into the infiltration device 10 can be introduced into the underground via the openings and the gravel bed.

The tube of the shaft section 12, 14 may be a corrugated tube, a smooth tube, or as here a corrugated tube with corrugations 12a and a smooth inner tube 12b. Of course corrugated pipes keep a larger earth pressure and are generally more stable than smooth-walled pipes. The combination of a corrugated wall and an inner smooth wall is ideal, as in the vertical direction no dimensional variations are to be feared and at the same time the earth pressure can be better absorbed via the corrugations.

At the lower end of the upper manhole sub-section 12, a holding device 30 in the form of a radially inwardly extending ring can be seen. This has a neck portion 32 which can be inserted into the upper end portion of the lower manhole subsection 14. At the upper end of the holding device 30 is fixed to the upper shaft sub-section 12, for example, glued, connected to this by plastic welding or the like.

A filter device 34 to 42 is suspended on the lower portion of the upper shaft subsection 12 in the holding device 30. When the upper manhole subsection is lowered (see the arrows), the filter device completely disappears in the lower manhole subsection 14.

The filter device comprises a support body or a coarse filter 36 and a fine filter 40. The coarse filter or support body 36 has passage openings through which the water introduced into the device 10 can flow into the fine filter 40.

The support body or coarse filter has a shoulder portion 38 which comes to rest on the shoulder region of the holding device 30. A funnel-like region 34 may be provided on the coarse filter to provide the necessary clearance for the fine filter, to, without catching with the holding device 30, to be removed from its holder upwards through the opening 22 of the upper shaft subsection 12 and to be able to be inserted through this again after emptying or cleaning in the infiltration device 10 according to the invention.

The support body or coarse filter 36 may be formed, for example, as a plastic bucket with holes or slotted metal buckets. He may also be formed like a cage. In any case, the coarse filter or supporting body 36 should be able to serve as a holder for the fine filter and to retain coarse constituents.

Of course, it is also possible in principle to use only a fine filter 40 with a flange portion in the holder 30.

In the present embodiment, the fine filter 40 has a collar 42, which surrounds the upper Auflageabschntt 38 of the coarse filter or supporting body 36 radially inwardly tapered. This collar can be expanded or narrowed by means of a string or the like, to be removed for cleaning purposes or to be arranged for filtering purposes again.

In Fig. 2 a holder 30 is shown with an indicated coarse filter or support body 36. The holding device 30 has a shoulder portion, which is also identified by the reference numeral 30. The shoulder portion is divided into individual segments, but of course can also be formed continuously. The neck portion 32 can be seen on the outside of the shoulder portion 30. Attachment sections 33 can be used to fix the holding device or the rotary ring 30, 32 at one of the shaft subsections 12, 14.

According to Fig. 2a is an upper portion 32 a, which is also formed like a ring, to recognize. This can be inserted into the lower opening of the upper manhole subsection 12 to be connected to the upper manhole subsection 12. This can, as indicated above, by gluing, friction welding, etc., are performed. To stabilize the shoulder portion 30 stabilizing webs 31 may be provided make the shoulder portion 30 more resilient, which may become necessary if the filter device is not cleaned for a long time and in addition to the load of the filtered substances nor the water pressure is to be collected. Of the Fig. 2b is the placement of the stabilizing sections 31 relative to the neck portion or shoulder 32 and the support shoulder 30 even more clearly visible.
