Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen und/oder Verteilen von flüssigen oder pastösen Stoffen zur Beschichtung von Oberflächen, insbesondere Farben, Lackfarben und Lacken, auf den Oberflächen (2a) von Werkstücken (2), wobei wenigstens zwei Spindeln (7,7') vorgesehen sind, deren Achsen annähernd parallel zu den Oberflächen (2a) angeordnet sind, und die an ihrem Umfang mehrere pinselartige Vertreiber (8) aufweisen, und wobei wenigstens eine der Spindeln (7) beweglich über die Oberfläche (2a) eines an den pinselartigen Vertreibern (8) vorbeilaufenden Werkstückes (2) führbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Spindeln (7,7') jeweils um ihre Achse rotieren, und daß wenigstens zwei der Spindeln (7) um einen gemeinsamen Rotor (9) in ihrer Ebene drehbar geführt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
wenigstens eine der Spindeln (7') mit ihrer Achse ortsfest ist, wobei die wenigstens eine mit ihrer Achse ortsfeste Spindel (7') eine Antriebseinheit (10) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die pinselartigen Vertreiber (8) in einem spitzen Winkel zu den Achsen der Spindeln (7,7') an dem umfang der Spindeln (7,7') um diese angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Drehzahl und die Drehrichtung des Rotors (9) und die Drehzahlen und Drehrichtungen der Spindeln (7,7') jeweils unabhängig voneinander einstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die flüssigen oder pastösen Stoffe zur Beschichtung von Oberflächen (2a) außerhalb der Vorrichtung (6) auf die Oberflächen (2a) aufbringbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die flüssigen oder pastösen Stoffe zur Beschichtung von Oberflächen (2a) in der Vorrichtung (6) auf die Oberflächen (2a) aufbringbar sind, wobei die flüssigen oder pastösen Stoffe zur Beschichtung von Oberflächen (2a) auf der, den Oberflächen (2a) abgewandten Seite der Spindeln (7,7') von den pinselartigen Vertreibern (8) aufnehmbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die pinselartigen Vertreiber (8) auf dem Umfang von scheibenartigen Haltern (14) angeordnet sind, wobei die pinselartigen Vertreiber (8) in an dem Umfang der scheibenartigen Halter (14) angebrachten Öffnungen eingeklebt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die scheibenartigen Halter (14) mit einer zentralen Öffnung (18) verdrehsicher auf die Spindeln (7,7') aufsteckbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Abstandscheiben (16) mit einer zentralen Öffnung (18) verdrehfest auf die Spindeln (7,7') aufsteckbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die zentrale Öffnung (18) in der Art ausgebildet ist, daß die Abstandscheiben (16) und/oder die scheibenartigen Halter (14) und damit die pinselartigen Vertreiber (8) mit der Achse der jeweiligen Spindel (7,7') einen rechten Winkel bilden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die zentrale Öffnung (18) in der Art ausgebildet ist, daß die Abstandscheiben (16) und/oder die scheibenartigen Halter (14) und damit die pinselartigen Vertreiber (8) mit der Achse der jeweiligen Spindel (7,7') einen spitzen Winkel bilden, wobei wenigstens zwei Winkelausgleichselemente (15,17) mit einer zentralen Öffnung (18) auf die jeweilige Spindel (7,7') aufsteckbar ist, und wobei aufeinander folgende scheibenartige Halter (14), Abstandscheiben (16) und/oder Winkelausgleichselemente (15,17) eine formschlüssige Verbindung miteinander aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Spindeln (7,7') auf ihrer dem Rotor (9) bzw. der Antriebseinheit (10) abgewandten Seite jeweils wenigstens ein Befestigungselement (20) aufweisen, so daß die scheibenartigen Halter (14), die Ausgleichsscheiben (16) und/oder die Winkelausgleichselemente (15,17) auf der jeweiligen Spindel (7,7') gegeneinander spannbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die zwischen den Spindeln (7,7') liegenden Bereiche Niederhalter (11) aufweisen, wobei wenigstens einige Bereiche der Niederhalter (11) annähernd parallel zu den Oberflächen (2a) angeordnet sind, wobei die Niederhalter (11) an ihren den Spindeln zugewandten Kantenbereichen (25) gerundet bzw. gefast ausgeführt sind.
