Description

The invention relates to a tightening device for moving a wing in the closed position against a frame with a suitably arranged on a first spar skirt, with a pivotable on a relative to the first spar Holm suit part and means for moving the tightening part in the mounted state along its spar to Hintergreifung the suit edge, wherein the suit edge is inclined relative to the direction of movement of the tightening part in the closed position.

Die DE 3719040 offenbart eine solche Anzugseinrichtung. The DE 3719040 discloses such a tightening device.

Such tightening devices are often used in practice and are known. In the simplest case of the tightening device, the tightening edge is arranged on a frame-fixed closing latch. The wing has a locking pin attached to a drive rod of a drive rod fitting. When closing the wing is first moved to a position adjacent to the frame and then driven the drive rod. The lock pin comes against the suit edge and slides along it. Here, the wing is pulled against the frame. The locking pin thus serves as a suit part. Subsequently, the locking pin can penetrate into the latch and lock the wing to the frame. This design of the tightening device is particularly simple and inexpensive to produce.

A disadvantage of the known tightening device is that they only abut the wing in a directly on the frame Position against the frame. Since the suit edge may not hinder the movement of the wing, its length is naturally limited to the dimensions of the spar of the frame.

Furthermore, from the FR 24 20 634 a tightening device without a suit edge is known, in which a pivoting arm is arranged on a faceplate of an intended for locking the wing to the frame espagnolette fitting. The faceplate has along its longest Erstrekkung an angled, designed as a slot control cam for receiving a connected to a drive rod, the swivel arm-driving sliding block. Upon movement of the drive rod in the wing locking direction of the sliding block pivots the swivel arm. This engages behind the suit part and pulls the wing against the frame. A disadvantage of the known tightening device is that the control of the movement of the swing arm designed very complex and prone to failure.

From the DE 195 15 708 A1 is a tightening device has become known, in which the control cam is arranged in an intermediate plate. As a result, the swivel arm can be pivoted about a large angular range. However, the disadvantage here is the very complex design of the control curve and the high number of components to be assembled and manufactured. As a result, this tightening device also designed particularly complex and prone to failure.

The invention is based on the problem, a tightening device of the type mentioned in such a way that it allows movement of the frame with at least a small distance opposite wing and structurally particularly simple design.

This problem is inventively solved in that the tightening edge is at least partially disposed on a movable tightening element and that the tightening element in the open position of the wing in a protruding, in the assembled state his Holm superior position and in the closed position of the wing in a retracted, in the region of his spar located position is located.

By this design, the suit edge can protrude in the open position of the wing over the respective spar and tighten the distance standing in front of the frame wings. As the blade moves against the frame, at least the portion of the tightening edge projecting beyond the spar is moved to the retracted position. Subsequently, the wing can be easily locked with the frame. The tightening device according to the invention does not require a guide curve with a sliding sliding along sliding block and is therefore particularly susceptible to interference. As a result, the tightening device according to the invention also structurally particularly simple. The tightening device according to the invention is also particularly compact. The susceptibility to failure of the tightening device according to the invention is particularly advantageous when used on motorized tilting and to be locked wings advantageous because no pressure forces are exerted by hand on the wing. The tightening part can be fastened on the drive rod like the locking pin of the known tightening device. As a result, the movement of the tightening part requires no additional construction effort, since the drive rod is driven anyway when opening, closing and locking the wing.

To further reduce the structural complexity of the tightening device according to the invention, it is helpful if the tightening element is provided for arrangement on the frame.

The movement of the tightening element is particularly simple according to another advantageous development of the invention and requires a particularly low structural complexity when the tightening element is mounted on a fixed holding part and resiliently biased in its protruding position. By this design, the tightening element can move when closing the wing of the wing and therefore can not jam this.

The range of movement of the tightening element can be kept particularly low according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the tightening part is provided for closer arrangement to the frame as a movable in a frame-locking latch locking pin of the espagnolette fitting.

The tightening element can be particularly easy to assemble according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when a holding part of the tightening element is designed with the locking latch as a structural unit. This also allows the tightening element and the latch against the tightening part and the locking pin at the same time align during assembly. The closing latch and the holding part can be made, for example, of cast aluminum component.

The suit part is particularly simple in construction according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, if it is designed sword-shaped. As a result, the tightening part can be manufactured in particular as a cost-effective, angled sheet-metal strip.

The tightening device requires a particularly small number to be manufactured and assembled components when the tightening part is designed as a locking pin of the espagnolette fitting.

The tightening device requires only a single tightening member for moving the wing against the frame and locking the wing when a tightening edge of the locking catch is aligned with the tightening edge of the tightening element in the protruding position, and when a locking edge provided for retaining the tightening part in the closed position the closing latch is arranged outside the movement range of the tightening element.

Trained as a locking pin tightening part is performed particularly reliable behind the locking edge according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when portions of the tightening edge of the latch and located in the protruding position of the tightening suit of the tightening element are arranged side by side. In this way, the tightening part can first move against the tightening edge of the tightening element during its movement along the spar of the wing. From this suit edge the suit part slides into the sub-area of the adjoining suit edges to behind the locking edge. Subsequently, the tightening element can move to its retracted position and allow the locking of the wing.

A suit edge of the latch can be avoided according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the tightening edge of the tightening element in the closed position is movable to immediately before the locking edge of the latch.

The intended for movement against the tightening edge of the tightening element suit part can according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention particularly evenly along the suit edge when the suit part has a suitably aligned to the tightening edge of the tightening element on running slope.

The range of movement of the tightening edge in the direction provided on the wing can be easily limited according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when a support arm of the located in the protruding position tightening element is biased against a stop of the holding part. The support arm can also support high forces generated when the tightening part slides over the tightening edge.

The control of the movement of the tightening element requires according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, a particularly low cost when the tightening edge of the tightening element is arranged on a tightening arm and when the tightening arm has a stop for the wing at its free end.
