Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pipe laying with features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a pipelayer is known from GB-A-2013616 and comprises a sub-vehicle, a cab and is provided with a boom having at its outer end a pulley head with pulleys. Furthermore, drives are provided for driving, for lifting and lowering the jib and for winding and unwinding of the rope running over the pulley rope, wherein the boom by means of a turntable and a pivot drive about a pivot axis perpendicular to the undercarriage pivotable,
  • the pulley head in which a pulley for the support cable and the upper pulley a pulley are mounted, is firmly connected by welding to the outer end of the boom.
  • This rigid connection of the pulley head with the boom has the consequence that the pulley head and the rollers stored in it are always in the vertical plane in which runs the more or less strongly inclined boom.
  • the boom In order to align the rope pulley head to the pipe to be suspended when attaching the load and to set down the pipe in the intended installation position, the boom must be brought into a suitably aligned position by maneuvering. This procedure, in which the pipelayer must also be moved and maneuvered when the pipe to be laid is to be rotated by a small angle relative to the ground or is not nearly vertically below the pulley head is complicated and time consuming.
  • the invention has for its object to form the pipe laying so that it is better adapted to the requirements to be met and allows for easier and faster working.
  • the pivotability of the pulley head allows pivoting to the left or right out of the vertical boom level, with the pulley head can adjust to a laterally offset on the ground load.
  • the forces occurring at the pulley head are linearly introduced into the pulley head, with the result that all the components participating in the absorption of forces are more precisely dimensioned and do not have to be designed to be several times larger than before.
  • the pipelayer 1 according to FIGS. 1 to 4 has a sub-vehicle 2, which is designed as a tracked vehicle with lateral drive chains 3 and 4 and has a driver's cab 5, which is arranged on the left-hand side at a distance from the longitudinal center plane 6 of the sub-vehicle 2.
  • a slewing ring 7 with vertical pivot axis 8 is arranged centrally behind the driver's cab 5 on the lower vehicle 2 and carries a structure.
  • the turntable 7 or the structure is pivotable by means of a pivot drive, not shown, and comprises a boom base 9, to which a boom 10 is articulated with a horizontal tilt axis 11.
  • a pivot drive not shown
  • two parallel hydraulic units 12 and 13 are each provided with a cylinder 14 and a piston rod 15 which are articulated with axes parallel to the tilt axis 11 16 and 17 on the boom base 9 and on the boom 10.
  • a counterweight 20 which is adjustable by means of an adjusting device 21 in its distance from the pivot axis 8.
  • the adjusting device 21 is also hydraulically actuated and has a cylinder 22 and a piston rod 23 which extend in the middle between the two telescopic guides 18 and 19.
  • the boom 10 At its inner hinged end of the boom 10 carries a reversibly driven by a drive, not shown winding roller 24 for a support cable 25 which is connected via a pulley 26 at the free end of the boom 10 to a pulley 27 with an upper pulley 28.
  • the movable (lower) roller assembly 29 of the pulley 27 is is connected with an indicated only as a piece of rope attachment device 30 for pipes.
  • the guide roller 26 and the pulley 28 are mounted in a pulley head 31, which in turn is mounted about a setting axis 32 pivotally mounted on the outer end of the boom 10.
  • Figures 1 and 2 show the boom 10 with retracted hydraulic units 12 and 13 and when retracted adjustment 21 in its rest position in which the boom 10 extends in the longitudinal center plane 6 approximately horizontally forward. This rest position is also the driving position for the transport of the piping publisher 1 to its place of use and back.
  • the boom 10 can be raised to an upright position in which it can be pivoted about the driver's cab 5 around the pivot axis 8 in a working position.
  • a pivotability about the pivot axis 8 of at least 270 ° is desired.
  • an intermediate piece 33 is connected, which has two parallel support plates 34 and 35, fixed by two spacers 36 and 37 and extending through these fastening bolts 38 and 39 in their mutual position are.
  • the intermediate piece 33 further has between the support plates 34 and 35 bearing plates 40 and 41, which are adapted in shape and size to the outer end of the boom 10, so that the box-shaped intermediate piece 33 on the outer end of the boom 10 as shown in FIG can be postponed and by means of Fixing bolts 38, 39 can be firmly clamped with it, as can be seen Figure 6.
  • a bearing cylinder 42 is inserted, which is welded to the support plates 40 and 41 directly and with the support plates 34 and 35 via a plurality of radial struts 43.
  • a bearing bush 44 is used from a sliding material with a low coefficient of friction, which has an end face on the bearing cylinder 42 engaging radial flange 45.
  • the bushing 44 serves for the pivotable mounting of the pulley head 31, which has two parallel bearing plates 47, 48, between which on a shaft 49, the guide roller 26 and on an axis 51, the pulley 28 are mounted with a series of circumferential grooves 53.
  • the support cable 25, not shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, extends from the pulley 28 via the single-groove pulley 26 and further along the boom 10 - in the illustration according to FIG. 5 at a small distance above the boom 10 - to the winding roller 24 near the inner end of the boom Cantilever 10.
  • the axis 49 of the guide roller 26 is mounted in two parallel mounting plates 54, 55, so that the pulley 28 and its axis 51 can pivot about the axis 49 of the guide roller 26.
  • the pulley 28 hangs vertically underneath the deflection pulley 26 without the action of external forces, as FIG. 5 shows.
  • the two mounting plates 54, 55 are connected to a bearing pin 56 having an enlarged and circumferentially flared pin head 57 which is disposed between the two mounting plates 54, 55 and fixedly welded thereto.
  • the bearing pin 56 is mounted in the bearing bush 44, so that the entire pulley head 31 is pivotable about the adjustment axis 28. This runs in the longitudinal direction of the boom 10th
  • the bearing pin 56 at the transition to the pin head 57 a pin collar 59 which engages over the one end face of the bearing bush 44. Furthermore, a stop member 60 is connected to the bearing pin 56, for example by means of a screw, which engages over the other end face of the bearing bush 44. The screw and the stop member 60 are accessible via a recess 61 in the contact plate 41. The distance between the stop member 60 and the pin collar 59 ensures sufficient axial clearance of the journal 56th
  • the deflection roller 26 is associated with a cable hold-down 62, which is formed according to Figure 7 of two radially upstanding mounting tabs 64, 65 and a support rod 63 extending therebetween.
  • a corresponding cable restraint 66 is assigned to the pulley 28 with the circumferential grooves 53.
  • a drooping actuator 67 is connected to the bearing plate 47 of the pulley head 31, which makes it possible to pivot the pulley head 31 to a limited extent by hand about the adjustment axis 32.
  • the pulley 28 can be pivoted to a limited extent about the axis 49 and thereby moved out of a vertical position below the guide roller 26.
  • Figures 8 and 10 show the arrangement of a pulley head 31 on the boom 10 using an intermediate piece 33, this arrangement is largely consistent with the described arrangement according to Figures 5 to 7, so that the same reference numerals are provided for corresponding parts.
  • the attached support piece 68 with the load hook 69 is also shown in FIG.
  • a mechanical locking device 70 is provided with the help of which the respective pivot position of the pulley head 31 and in particular its center position relative to the boom 10 can be fixed.
  • this blocking device 70 includes a blocking plate 71 which is welded to the intermediate piece 33 and protrudes laterally from this intermediate piece 33 laterally, and a pivot plate 72 which is fixedly connected to the pulley head 31 and the bearing plate 48 and mounting plate 55 and in the same Way unilaterally protrudes laterally.
  • the two plates 71 and 72 extend parallel to each other and enclose a plate-shaped intermediate layer 73 between them, which consists of a friction material.
  • a tensioning device 74 has two clamping bolts 75 and 76, which extend through the two plates 71, 72 and the intermediate layer 73 and are each formed by a clamping screw 77, which according to Figure 9 with its head 78 via a spring ring 79 on the outside the blocking plate 71 is supported.
  • a clamping screw 77 On the clamping screw 77, a clamping nut 80 is screwed, which rests on a spring ring 81 on the outside of the pivot plate 72.
  • the clamping bolts 75 and 76 extend with only a small clearance through holes in the pivot plate 72 and in the intermediate layer 73.
  • the blocking plate 71 as shown in Figure 12 to accommodate the clamping bolts 75 and 76 has a slot 82 which is circular arc around the adjustment axis 32 of the pulley head 31 extends.
  • This slot 82 allows for dissolved clamping nuts 80 pivoting the pivot plate 72 relative to the blocking plate 71 and thus of the pulley head 31 relative to the boom 10.
  • the length of the slot 82 limits the pivoting range, since its ends cooperate as a stop with the clamping bolts 75 and 76. This swivel range should be at least 45 °.
  • FIGS. 13 to 16 largely corresponds to that according to FIGS. 8 to 12, but instead of the mechanically actuable blocking device 70, a hydraulically actuable blocking device 83 is provided. This coincides largely with the blocking device 70, and accordingly, the same reference numerals for the blocking plate 71, the pivot plate 72, the intermediate layer 73 and the slot 82 are provided in the blocking plate 71 in FIGS. 14 and 16.
  • Deviating the clamping device 84 is formed. It has only a single clamping bolt 85, which rests with its head 86 directly to the blocking plate 71 and rests on a welded to the blocking plate 71 supporting piece 87.
  • annular clamping cylinder 88 On the head 86 facing away from the end of the clamping bolt 85, an annular clamping cylinder 88 of approximately U-shaped, the pivot plate 72 open towards cross section is placed, which receives a corresponding annular pressure piston 89 and screwed by a screwed onto the bolt end and secured nut 90 on the clamping bolt 85 is set.
  • This nut 90 is not a clamping nut as the clamping nut 80 as shown in FIG 9 but forms an abutment for the clamping cylinder 88th
  • the clamping cylinder 88 is frontally provided with a connection 91 for a hydraulic line, not shown. If it is supplied with pressure fluid, then the clamping cylinder 88 is supported on the nut 90 and the pressure piston 89 is extended, so that the plates 71 and 72 are pressed against the intermediate layer 73 and thereby rotatably clamped together.
