Description

The invention relates to the field of cooking appliances. domestic comprising at least one gas burner, and in particular ovens gas, gas hobs and gas stoves.

Household cooking appliances generally include one or more gas burners supplied by one or more injectors. The injector determines the amount of combustible gas entering the burner. However, during the cooking operation, the power of the burner tends to decrease. This decrease in burner power has its origin in the decrease in the amount of combustible gas entering the burner by time unit. One of the main causes of this decrease is the rise in temperature of the injector which causes the gas to expand fuel in the injector causing in turn the decrease in the quantity combustible gas entering the burner. The power of the burner being proportional to the quantity of combustible gas passing through the injector in a given time interval, the power of the burner then tends to decrease.

According to the known prior art, this problem is, in reality, not resolved. Indeed, in practice, when the power of the burner decreases, increasing the flow of combustible gas supplying the injector; so the burner power is restored, but at the cost of more consumption high in combustible gas and therefore in energy.

To solve the problem of the decrease in power of the burner depending on the temperature of the burner and the injector, it appears therefore interesting to solve the problem of the rise in temperature of the injector.

The causes of the rise in temperature of the injector reside in especially in the high temperature of the burner and other parts of domestic cooking appliance that is not thermally isolated from the burner and which communicate their heat to the injector. The injector and burner have relative to each other a determined relative position that a sufficiently rigid intermediate support is responsible for maintaining. The intermediate support supports the injector and maintains this relative position by connecting the injector to the burner, either directly or indirectly by through metallic or thermally structured elements conductors located in the vicinity of the burner. The intermediate support is thermally conductive material, usually metal. So the intermediate support establishes a thermal bridge between the injector and the burner. When the cooking appliance has several burners supplied by several injectors, the injectors are generally connected to the burners by several intermediate supports.

A first solution, not claimed, would be to delete the existing thermal bridge between the injector and the burner, replacing the intermediate support made of metallic material by a support intermediate made of insulating material, so that the heat located at the burner is not communicated to the injector and the injector remains relatively cold compared to the temperature of the burner.

A second solution, not claimed, would consist in carrying out an injector made of insulating material so that the inside of the injector stays relatively cold compared to the burner temperature.

A third solution, claimed, consists in cutting the bridge thermal by retaining an intermediate support which can even be possibly made of thermally conductive material, the support intermediate connecting the injector to one or more parts of the domestic cooking which are thermally insulated from the burner. These parts keep, when the domestic cooking appliance is in operation, a relatively cold temperature compared to the temperature of the burner. This solution has, over the two previous solutions, in particular the advantage to be simpler and less expensive by allowing the use of a material inexpensive for making the intermediate support, like a metal for example, which has sufficient stiffness properties for maintain the relative position of the injector relative to the burner, in order to that the burner supply is not disturbed. Insulating material having good temperature resistance and good rigidity, as in the first or second solution, would certainly cost more.

According to the invention, there is provided a domestic cooking appliance. comprising at least one gas burner, at least one injector supplying the gas burner, at least one intermediate support supporting the injector and being rigid enough to maintain the relative position of the injector by relative to the burner, characterized in that the intermediate support connects the injector to one or more parts of the device which are thermally isolated from the burner.

The invention will be better understood and other features and advantages will appear from the following description and from the drawings seals, given as examples, where Figure 1 schematically represents a partially exploded view of a preferred embodiment of a domestic cooking appliance according to the invention.

The part or parts of the home cooking appliance that are thermally insulated from the burner must not or hardly transmit the heat from the burner to the injector, even if the intermediate support is produced in a thermally conductive material such as a metal for example. These parts must therefore remain at a relatively cold temperature by relative to the burner temperature, during appliance operation domestic cooking, while the burner temperature becomes high. These parts are not themselves directly connected to the burner by a element or chain of thermally conductive elements susceptible to transmit a significant amount of heat. These parts are not in the immediate vicinity of the burner, in the vicinity of which a significant amount of heat, which would make them almost as hot as the burner itself.

Preferably, on the one hand, the parts of the device are sufficiently thermally isolated from the burner and on the other hand the materials constituting the intermediate support have a conductivity sufficiently low thermal so that, in operating mode, at after ten minutes, the injector remains at a temperature between 10 ° C and 40 ° C, which corresponds approximately to the temperature room. In this same operating mode, the burner reaches easily a temperature of 100 ° C, for example after ten minutes. The operating mode is for example a cooking mode.

Un seul montant 9 et une seule paroi extérieure 10 sont représentés sur la figure 1.Figure 1 schematically shows a partially view exploded view of a preferred embodiment of a cooking appliance domestic according to the invention. The cooking appliance shown in Figure 1 is a gas oven 13 but the invention can also be applied to tables gas cooking or gas cooking as described later. A mitt 11 consists of a cavity 1 into which the food is introduced and of walls 2 which surround the cavity 1. Under the muffle 11, is located a box sole 3 comprising one or more gas burners not shown on the Figure 1. The sole box 3 generally made of metal is not thermally isolated from the gas burner (s). The sole box 3 has a orifice 4 for entry of the gaseous fluid generally consisting of gas fuel and atmospheric primary air. Port 4 is preferably the converging entry of a Venturi which is for example located outside of the sole box 3. Opposite the orifice 4, an injector is held in position 5 carried by an injector holder 6 itself carried by a connecting element 7 connecting the injector holder 6 to one or more parts of the oven which are thermally insulated from the burner. The injector 5 is connected to a device fuel gas supply by a gas supply tube 8. In if the sole box 3 has several burners, there can of course be several injectors 5, several injector holders 6, several elements of link 7. The intermediate support 12 includes the injector holder 6 and the connecting element 7. The intermediate support 12 will be described in detail later. The muffle 11 and the sole box 3 are inside the external structure of the oven which generally consists of uprights 9 and outer walls 10. A single upright 9 and a single outer wall 10 are shown in Figure 1.

The intermediate support 12 connects the injector 5 to one or more parts of the oven 13 which are thermally insulated from the burner. These parts do not are not the muffle 11, that is to say are not the walls 2 of the muffle 11. These parts are not the sole box 3. These parts are not one of the parts which is connected to the burner by a thermally conductive bridge like orifice 4 for example. Preferably, the intermediate support 12 connects the injector 5 to the external structure of the furnace 13. This external structure, constituted by the outer walls 10 and the uprights 9, remains generally relatively cold compared to the burner temperature in operating mode, because it is thermally isolated from the burner.

The domestic cooking appliance according to the invention can also be for example a gas hob not shown. The hob gas has a housing that includes one or more gas burners. The intermediate support 12 connects the injector 5 to one or more parts of the hob that is not the burner. These parts are not parts connected to the burner by a thermally conductive bridge. These parts are for example the manifold or the converging part of the Venturi of the burner which are not shown in FIG. 1. Preferably, the support intermediate 12 connects the injector 5 to the hob housing and in particular to the coldest parts of the hob housing.

The domestic cooking appliance according to the invention can also by example be a gas stove, i.e. a device with an oven gas and a gas hob located above the gas oven.

The intermediate support 12 includes an injector holder 6 carrying the injector 5 and a connecting element 7 connecting the injector holder 6 to one or several parts of the appliance which are thermally insulated from the burner.

In one embodiment of the intermediate support 12, the injector holder 6 and connecting element 7 together form a structure piece.

In a preferred embodiment of the support intermediate 12, the injector holder 6 and the connecting element 7 are two separate rooms. In this embodiment, the connecting element 7, distinct from the injector holder 6, has the advantage of being compatible with different types of injectors 5 and injector holders 6. The same element of link 7 also allows different types of injector 5 adjustment and injector holder 6, these different settings resulting in different distances between injector 5 and burner, more precisely here between injector 5 and burner orifice 4.

The connecting element 7 is preferably made of a material with the lowest possible thermal conductivity for transmit as little heat as possible from injector 5 the domestic cooking appliance. The connecting element 7 can take several forms, and in particular those described below.

The connecting element 7 is for example a bar carrying the injector holder 6 and connecting for example two opposite parts of the domestic cooking which are thermally insulated from the burner.

The connecting element 7 is for example a plate carrying the injector holder 6 and connecting for example two opposite parts of the device domestic cooking appliances which are thermally insulated from the burner.

The connecting element 7 is preferably, as shown in the Figure 1, a sheet carrying the injector holder 6 and connecting for example two opposite parts of the home cooking appliance that are thermally insulated from the burner. The sheet is advantageously metallic and advantageously comprises folds in several axes, that is to say hollow and / or bumps in several directions, to have rigidity higher to maintain the relative position of the injector 5 by relative to the burner, that is to say relative to the orifice 4 in FIG. 1.
